Claims (10)
- カテーテル(2)と、
前記カテーテル(2)の長手方向に連続して配置され、それぞれ前記カテーテル(2)を囲む第1のバルーン(4)および第2のバルーン(6)であって、前記第1のバルーン(4)は前記カテーテルの遠位端(5)に位置するパンピングバルーンであり、前記第2のバルーン(6)は前記第1のバルーンの近位端に隣接して位置し、前記第1のバルーン(4)よりも前記カテーテルの近位端(2)に近い、バルブバルーンである、第1のバルーン(4)および第2のバルーン(6)と、
心周期およびカテーテル末端(5)の動脈圧をモニタリングするモニタリング部と、
前記第1のバルーン(4)と前記第2のバルーン(6)にそれぞれ対応して配置され、気体を供給および抜き取るためのエアポンプと、
一端が前記第1のバルーン(4)および前記第2のバルーン(6)とそれぞれ連通し、他端が対応して配置される前記エアポンプとそれぞれ連通する第1の吸気管(3)および第2の吸気管(7)と、
前記第1のバルーン(4)を、周期的に、心臓拡張期には、前記第1のバルーン両端に血液が押し出されるよう大動脈の血液空間を占拠するように膨張させ、心臓収縮期には、積極的に心臓からの拍出する血液を取り出し、心拍出量を増やせるよう空間を形成するように収縮させ、前記第2のバルーン(6)を、心臓収縮期には、大動脈の遠位端の血液が前記第1のバルーン(4)収縮時に逆流しないよう大動脈の遠位端が閉塞されるように膨張させ、心臓拡張期には、前記第1のバルーン(4)の膨張により形成される血流が下流に押し出されるように収縮させるために、前記モニタリング部でモニタリングされた心周期およびカテーテル末端(5)の動脈圧に基づき、前記第1のバルーン(4)と前記第2のバルーン(6)の膨張および収縮を行うよう前記エアポンプを制御するための制御部と、
を備える大動脈内デュアルバルーン駆動パンピングカテーテル装置。 - 心臓の拡張期と収縮期において、前記第1のバルーン(4)がそれぞれ膨張および収縮するのと同期して、前記第2のバルーン(6)は逆に収縮および膨張するよう前記エアポンプが制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の大動脈内デュアルバルーン駆動パンピングカテーテル装置。
- 心臓の拡張期において、前記第1のバルーン(4)が膨張し始める前に、前記第2のバルーン(6)が収縮し始めるよう前記エアポンプが制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の大動脈内デュアルバルーン駆動パンピングカテーテル装置。
- 心臓の収縮期において、前記第1のバルーン(4)の収縮と前記第2のバルーン(6)の膨張が同時に行われるよう前記エアポンプが制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の大動脈内デュアルバルーン駆動パンピングカテーテル装置。
- 前記第1の吸気管(3)は前記カテーテル(2)を囲むとともに前記第2のバルーン(6)を貫通して延出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の大動脈内デュアルバルーン駆動パンピングカテーテル装置。
- 前記第1の吸気管(3)と前記第1の吸気管(3)で囲まれた前記カテーテル(2)は前記第2のバルーン(6)を貫通して延出した後、前記第2の吸気管(7)と並行に延出することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の大動脈内デュアルバルーン駆動パンピングカテーテル装置。
- 前記第1の吸気管(3)は、前記第2のバルーン(6)を貫通して延出した後、前記第2の吸気管(7)に囲まれ、前記第2の吸気管(7)とともに延出することを特徴とする請求項1または5に記載の大動脈内デュアルバルーン駆動パンピングカテーテル装置。
- 前記カテーテル(2)と前記第1の吸気管(3)はそれぞれ、前記第2のバルーン(6)を貫通して延出した後、前記第2の吸気管(7)と並行に延出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の大動脈内デュアルバルーン駆動パンピングカテーテル装置。
- 前記第1のバルーン(4)の長さは、前記第2のバルーン(6)の長さよりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の大動脈内デュアルバルーン駆動パンピングカテーテル装置。
- 前記第1のバルーン(4)の長さは、前記第1のバルーン(4)と前記第2のバルーン(6)の全長の10分の9であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の大動脈内デュアルバルーン駆動パンピングカテーテル装置。
