以上にて説明したように、本開示の第1の実施形態に係る酵素センサでは、検出対象の酵素の存在を電解質への電子の受容および放出という可逆的な機構によって電流に変換しているため、検出対象の酵素の量をより正確に測定することが可能である。

一対の電極、前記一対の電極で挟持された電子伝達層、および検出対象の酵素の基質を少なくとも含む膜にて、前記検出対象の酵素以外の酵素を少なくとも1種以上内包し、前記電子伝達層と接する電子発生カプセルを備える酵素センサと、
前記酵素センサにて検出した酵素の量から、前記酵素センサを装着した装着対象の状態を判断する判断部と、
判断された前記装着対象の状態に基づいて駆動する駆動部と、
を備える電子機器。

前記駆動部による駆動は、テキスト表示、画像表示、音声再生、音楽再生、発光動作、化合物の放出、または機械的動作のいずれかを少なくとも含む、前記(13)に記載の電子機器。

前記駆動部は、駆動によって前記装着対象の状態を特定の状態に誘導する、前記(13)または(14)に記載の電子機器。

Claims (13)
- 一対の電極と、
前記一対の電極で挟持された電子伝達層と、
検出対象の酵素の基質を少なくとも含む膜にて、前記検出対象の酵素以外の酵素を内包し、前記電子伝達層と接する電子発生カプセルと、
を備え、
前記検出対象の酵素は、アミラーゼであり、
前記電子発生カプセルの膜に含まれる基質は、でんぷんであり、
前記電子発生カプセルに内包される酵素は、マルターゼおよびグルコースオキシターゼを少なくとも含む、
酵素センサ。 - 前記電子発生カプセルの形状は、略球形である、請求項1に記載の酵素センサ。
- 前記電子伝達層は、電子を受容可能な電解質を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の酵素センサ。
- 前記電子伝達層は、前記電解質を含む溶液をゲル化させた層である、請求項3に記載の酵素センサ。
- 前記電子伝達層には、凹構造が設けられ、
前記電子発生カプセルは、前記凹構造の内部に保持される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の酵素センサ。 - 少なくとも前記凹構造の開口は、イオン交換膜にて覆われている、請求項5に記載の酵素センサ。
- 前記凹構造は、前記電子伝達層の一面に複数設けられ、かつ前記凹構造の各々の開口は、可動式の遮蔽板によって閉鎖されており、
前記遮蔽板は、前記電子発生カプセルの状態に基づいて、前記凹構造の各々の開口を開放する、請求項5または6に記載の酵素センサ。 - 前記検出対象の酵素の検出信号を取得する検出部をさらに備え、
前記検出部は、前記一対の電極の間にパルス電圧を印加することで、前記検出信号を取得する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の酵素センサ。 - 前記パルス電圧は、互いに対称な矩形波形の正負のパルス電圧である、請求項8に記載の酵素センサ。
- 前記検出信号は、所定の時間ごとに取得され、
前記検出信号は、前記検出対象の酵素の量に応じた大きさの電流である、請求項8または9に記載の酵素センサ。 - 一対の電極、前記一対の電極で挟持された電子伝達層、および検出対象の酵素の基質を少なくとも含む膜にて、前記検出対象の酵素以外の酵素を内包し、前記電子伝達層と接する電子発生カプセルを備える酵素センサと、
前記酵素センサにて検出した酵素の量から、前記酵素センサを装着した装着対象の状態を判断する判断部と、
判断された前記装着対象の状態に基づいて駆動する駆動部と、
を備え、
前記検出対象の酵素は、アミラーゼであり、
前記電子発生カプセルの膜に含まれる基質は、でんぷんであり、
前記電子発生カプセルに内包される酵素は、マルターゼおよびグルコースオキシターゼを少なくとも含む、
電子機器。 - 前記駆動部による駆動は、テキスト表示、画像表示、音声再生、音楽再生、発光動作、化合物の放出、または機械的動作のいずれかを少なくとも含む、請求項11に記載の電子機器。
- 前記駆動部は、駆動によって前記装着対象の状態を特定の状態に誘導する、請求項11または12に記載の電子機器。
