Claims (9)
- ガスタービン(10)の吸入システム(12)のための空気供給及び調和システム(100)であって、当該空気供給及び調和システム(100)が、
前記ガスタービン(10)の圧縮機(16)からの圧縮空気を受け取るように構成された入口(106)を有する空気処理ユニット(102)であって、該空気処理ユニット(102)が、前記入口(106)から下流側の熱交換器(112)、及び該空気処理ユニット(102)の入口(106)から下流側に配置されたボルテックスクーラー(104)であって前記熱交換器(112)及び該空気処理ユニット(102)の出口(122)と流体連通したボルテックスクーラー(104)を含む空気処理ユニット(102)と、
前記吸入システム(12)のダクト内に配置され、前記空気処理ユニット(102)の出口(122)と流体連通した自浄フィルタ(58)と
を備えており、前記ボルテックスクーラー(104)が、前記熱交換器(112)のすぐ下流側且つ前記空気処理ユニット(102)の出口(122)から上流側に配置される、空気供給及び調和システム(100)。 - 前記熱交換器(112)が空気対空気熱交換器である、請求項1に記載の空気供給及び調和システム(100)。
- 前記空気処理ユニット(102)が、水分離器(114)、圧力調整バルブ(116)、又はヒートレス式エアドライヤ(120)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気供給及び調和システム(100)。
- 前記空気処理ユニット(102)の入口(106)が、1又はそれ以上の抽出ポート(108)を介して前記圧縮機(16)に流体接続され、前記1又はそれ以上の抽出ポート(108)のうちの少なくとも1つの抽出ポート(108)が、前記圧縮機(16)の中間部分に沿って又は前記圧縮機(16)から下流側に位置付けられた圧縮機吐出ケーシング(110)に沿って配置される、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の空気供給及び調和システム(100)。
- 前記圧縮空気が、400°F(204℃)〜800°F(427℃)の間の温度で前記空気処理ユニット(102)の入口(106)に流入して、50°F(10℃)〜150°F(66℃)の間の温度で前記ボルテックスクーラー(104)の出口(130)から流出する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の空気供給及び調和システム(100)。
- 前記圧縮空気が、250psia(1724kPa)の圧力で前記空気処理ユニット(102)の入口(106)に流入して、100psia(689kPa)の圧力で前記ボルテックスクーラー(104)の出口(130)から流出する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の空気供給及び調和システム(100)。
- 前記ボルテックスクーラー(104)から下流側に配置された1又はそれ以上の計装装置を更に備える、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の空気供給及び調和システム(100)。
- ガスタービン(10)であって、当該ガスタービン(10)が、
吸入システム(12)と、
前記吸入システム(12)の下流側にある圧縮機(16)と、
前記圧縮機(16)の下流側にある燃焼セクションと、
前記燃焼セクションの下流側にあるタービンと
を備えており、前記吸入システム(12)が、入口ダクト(44)と、該入口ダクト(44)内に配置される少なくとも1つの自浄フィルタ(58)とを有しており、前記ガスタービン(10)が更に、
前記圧縮機(16)及び前記少なくとも1つの自浄フィルタ(58)と流体連通した請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の空気供給及び調和システム(100)
を備えている、ガスタービン(10)。 - 前記空気処理ユニット(102)の入口(106)が、1又はそれ以上の抽出ポート(108)を介して前記圧縮機(16)に流体接続され、前記1又はそれ以上の抽出ポート(108)のうちの少なくとも1つの抽出ポート(108)が、前記圧縮機(16)の中間部分に沿って又は前記圧縮機(16)から下流側に位置付けられた圧縮機吐出ケーシング(110)に沿って配置される、請求項8に記載のガスタービン(10)。
