Description
Claims (12)
- 照明装置であって、当該照明装置は、
複数の第1のワイヤであって、第1の長手方向軸線及び1つ又は複数の屈曲部分(12)を有する複数の第1のワイヤと、
複数の第2のワイヤであって、該複数の第2のワイヤは、第2の長手方向軸線及び1つ又は複数の屈曲部分(16)を有しており、前記第1の長手方向軸線及び前記第2の長手方向軸線は実質的に同じ面内に配置されており、前記第1のワイヤ及び前記第2のワイヤは、交差領域内で交差し、前記第1のワイヤの前記屈曲部分(12)は前記交差領域に配置され、前記第2のワイヤの前記屈曲部分(16)は前記交差領域外に配置され、それによって、前記交差領域において前記第1のワイヤの前記屈曲部分(12)と前記第2のワイヤの前記第2の長手方向軸線との間に所定の最小距離(14)が提供される、第2のワイヤと、
複数の発光素子であって、該複数の発光素子のうちの1つの発光素子が前記交差領域のうちの1つの交差領域に配置され、且つ前記第1のワイヤ及び前記第2のワイヤに電気的に接触している、複数の発光素子と、を有する、
照明装置。 - 前記複数の第1のワイヤ及び前記複数の第2のワイヤに電気的に接触している制御ユニットをさらに含み、該制御ユニットは、前記複数の発光素子の一部を残りの発光素子から独立して作動させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第2のワイヤは、前記第1のワイヤの前記屈曲部分(12)の略中央で前記第1のワイヤと交差する、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記所定の最小距離、前記第1のワイヤの材料、前記第2のワイヤの材料、前記第1のワイヤの断面、及び前記第2のワイヤの断面の少なくとも1つは、前記第1のワイヤ及び前記第2のワイヤが当該照明装置の所定の変形応力下での接触を回避するように選択される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光素子は、前記第1の長手方向軸線に沿って延びる前記第1のワイヤの接触部分に電気的に接触しており、及び
前記発光素子は、前記第2の長手方向軸線に沿って延びる前記第2のワイヤの接触部分に電気的に接触している、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記発光素子は、コンタクトパッドを含み、
該コンタクトパッドは、第1のワイヤと第2のワイヤとの間の前記所定の最小距離に対応して、互いに対して配置され、及び/又は
前記コンタクトパッドは、前記第1の長手方向軸線と前記第2の長手方向軸線との間の角度に対応する角度で配置される細長い形状を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記発光素子、前記第1のワイヤ、及び/又は前記第2のワイヤは、絶縁材料で少なくとも部分的に覆われている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 少なくとも1つのキャビティを有するフレーム要素をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つのキャビティは、少なくとも1つの発光素子を取り囲むように配置される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置を製造する製造方法であって、当該製造方法は、
前記第1の長手方向軸線を有する前記第1のワイヤに屈曲部分を設けるステップと、
前記第2の長手方向軸線を有する前記第2のワイヤを提供するステップと、
前記第1のワイヤ及び前記第2のワイヤを前記交差領域内で交差するように配置するステップであって、前記第1のワイヤの前記屈曲部分が、前記交差領域において前記第1のワイヤと前記第2のワイヤとの間に所定の最小距離が提供されるように、前記交差領域に配置される、配置するステップと、
前記発光素子を前記交差領域に配置するステップと、
前記発光素子と前記第1のワイヤとの間、及び前記発光素子と前記第2のワイヤとの間に電気的接触を確立するステップと、を含む、
製造方法。 - 前記第1のワイヤの少なくとも1つの接触部分及び/又は前記第2のワイヤの少なくとも1つの接触部分に対応するキャビティを含む接触材料ステンシルを使用して、接触材料を塗布し前記電気的接触を確立するステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記照明装置の支持体の形状に一致するように前記照明装置を変形させるステップをさらに含む、請求項9又は10に記載の製造方法。
- 自動車の照明における、特にコミュニケーション・ライト、表示灯、信号灯、及び/又は室内灯としての、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置の使用。
