Claims (15)
- 3次元対象物を付加的に製造するための装置であって、
プロセスチャンバと、
造形材料から成る連続層を選択的に固化するためのエネルギービームを生成するように構成された、エネルギービーム生成装置と、
前記プロセスチャンバの少なくとも一部を通して流体流を流すように構成された、流体流動装置と、
前記流体流の物理的パラメータ及び/又は化学的パラメータを示す流れ情報を検出するように構成された、検出装置と、
前記流体流を拡散するように構成された複数の流動開口部を備えると共に、少なくとも1の自由度で移動可能に取り付けられた、拡散エレメントと、
前記検出装置によって検出された流れ情報に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記流体流動装置及び前記拡散エレメントの各々と関連付けられた1つ以上の動作を制御するように構成された、制御装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記検出装置は、前記プロセスチャンバ内に配置可能であるか又は配置されている検出エレメントを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流れ情報は、前記流体流の密度測定値、圧力測定値、及び/又は温度測定値を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセスチャンバ内の第1の位置と、前記プロセスチャンバ内か又は前記プロセスチャンバの外部の第2の位置とから成る、少なくとも1の自由度で移動可能に取り付けられた、前記検出エレメントを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2又は請求項2に従属する請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセスチャンバの内部の動作位置と前記プロセスチャンバの外部又は内部の非動作位置との間で可動な、前記拡散エレメントを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1の自由度で移動可能に取り付けられた、当該装置の被覆ユニットに取り付けられた、前記検出エレメントを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記拡散エレメントは、ハニカム構造を有する前記複数の流動開口部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 複数の前記拡散エレメントを備え、前記複数の拡散エレメントのそれぞれが、前記流体流を拡散するように構成された前記複数の流動開口部を備えており、前記複数の拡散エレメントが、隣接した前記拡散エレメント同士の間に流動空間を設けて、連続的に構成及び配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 第1の拡散エレメントと第2の拡散エレメントとを備え、前記第1の拡散エレメントが、前記第2の拡散エレメントに対して少なくとも1の自由度で移動可能に取り付けられていると共に、前記第2の拡散エレメントの上流に隣接して又は下流に隣接して配置されており、前記第1の拡散エレメントは、前記第1の拡散エレメントと前記第2の拡散エレメントとの間の流動空間の容積を変更するように可動であることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 - 前記第1の拡散エレメントと前記第2の拡散エレメントとの間で横方向に延在すると共に、少なくとも1の自由度で移動可能に取り付けられた、1つ以上の壁エレメントを備えることを特徴とする、
請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記検出装置によって検出された前記流れ情報を視覚化する少なくとも1項目の視覚化情報の光学的出力をもたらすように構成された、出力装置を備えることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 - 3次元対象物を生成的に製造する方法であって、
3次元対象物を付加的に製造するための装置のプロセスチャンバ内で、造形材料から成る連続層を選択的に固化する、少なくとも1つのエネルギービームを、エネルギービーム生成装置で生成することと、
流体流動装置で生成された流体流を、前記プロセスチャンバの少なくとも一部を通して流すことと、
前記流体流の物理的パラメータ及び/又は化学的パラメータを示す流れ情報を、検出装置で検出することと、
前記流体流を拡散するように構成された複数の流動開口部を備えると共に、少なくとも1の自由度で移動可能に取り付けられた、拡散エレメントで前記流体流を拡散することと、
前記検出装置によって検出された流れ情報に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記流体流動装置及び前記拡散エレメントの各々と関連付けられた1つ以上の動作を、制御装置で制御することと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記プロセスチャンバ内の第1の位置と、前記プロセスチャンバ内か又は前記プロセスチャンバの外部の第2の位置とから成る、少なくとも1の自由度で移動可能に取り付けられた検出エレメントを、前記少なくとも1の自由度で動かすことを含むことを特徴とする、
請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記検出エレメントを前記少なくとも1の自由度で動かすことは、製造装置の被覆ユニットであって、少なくとも1の自由度で移動可能に取り付けられていると共に、前記検出エレメントが取り付けられた、被覆ユニットを動かすことを含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記製造装置は、複数の前記拡散エレメントを備え、前記複数の拡散エレメントのそれぞれが、前記流体流を拡散するように構成された前記複数の流動開口部を備えており、前記複数の拡散エレメントが、隣接した前記拡散エレメント同士の間に流動空間を設けて、連続的に構成及び配列されており、
前記複数の拡散エレメントのうちの第1の拡散エレメントであって、前記複数の拡散エレメントのうちの第2の拡散エレメントに対して少なくとも1の自由度で移動可能に取り付けられていると共に、前記第2の拡散エレメントの上流に隣接して又は下流に隣接して配置されている、第1の拡散エレメントを動かすことを含み、
前記第1の拡散エレメントを動かすことが、前記第1の拡散エレメントと前記第2の拡散エレメントとの間の前記流動空間の容積を変更することを特徴とする、
請求項14に記載の方法。
