Claims (12)
- 運動中の対象の3D超音波画像のシーケンスを視覚化する方法であって、前記運動が、複数の起源からの運動コンポーネントで構成される複雑な運動であり、前記方法が、
第1の時点に取得された第1の3D超音波画像及び第2の時点に取得された第2の3D超音波画像を含む3D超音波画像のシーケンスを得るステップと、
前記複雑な運動に寄与する前記運動コンポーネントの特定のサブセットを、基準運動としてモデル化する運動追跡モデルを提供するステップと、
前記第1及び前記第2の3D超音波画像から前記複雑な運動を決定するステップと、
前記複雑な運動の運動分解された視覚表現を得るために、前記対象の前記複雑な運動に対する前記運動追跡モデルの寄与を視覚化するステップと、
を含み、
前記3D超音波画像が、前記対象の異なるセグメントをそれぞれ表す複数のスライスに分解可能であり、
前記運動追跡モデルが、基準回転コンポーネントを有し、前記視覚化が、前記基準回転コンポーネントに対する前記対象のセグメントの回転を視覚化することを含み、
前記運動追跡モデルを提供する前記ステップが、予め規定された運動追跡モデルを提供することを含み、
前記予め規定された運動追跡モデルが、中心軸に沿う並進コンポーネント及び複数の回転コンポーネントを有し、前記複数の回転コンポーネントが、前記中心軸に沿う前記対象の個々の異なる領域の回転をモデル化する、
方法。 - 前記基準回転コンポーネントが、前記セグメントの1つに関連付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記運動追跡モデルを提供する前記ステップが、
前記第1の時点に取得された第1の3D超音波画像内において第1のポイント及び第2のポイントを選択して、前記第1の3D超音波画像における基準軸を規定するステップと、
前記基準軸を中心とする回転を追跡するために、前記第1の3D超音波画像において第3のポイントを選択するステップと、
前記第2の時点に取得された第2の3D超音波画像を前記第1の3D超音波画像と比較することによって、前記第1のポイント、前記第2のポイント及び前記第3のポイントの運動を追跡するステップと、
前記第1のポイント、前記第2のポイント及び第3のポイントの前記追跡された運動から、前記運動追跡モデルを規定するステップと、
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記視覚化するステップが、
前記運動追跡モデルを前記複雑な運動から減算し、
前記複雑な運動の前記運動分解された視覚表現を得るために減算結果を表示すること、
を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記視覚化するステップが、
前記複雑な運動を表示し、
前記表示された複雑な運動上へのオーバレイとして前記運動追跡モデルの表現を表示すること、
を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記視覚表現が、心臓の左心室の短軸ビューでのBモード視覚表現であり、前記視覚表現が、心筋のセグメント化されたグラフィック表現に基づく、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記運動追跡モデルを提供する前記ステップが、グラフィカルユーザインタフェースにおいて前記運動追跡モデルを選択することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記視覚化するステップののち、前記グラフィカルユーザインタフェース上で前記運動追跡モデルを調整するステップと、
前記複雑な運動の調整された運動分解された視覚表現を得るために、前記対象の前記複雑な運動に対する前記調整された運動追跡モデルの寄与を視覚化するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 超音波システムのプロセッサにおいて実行されるとき、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するためのコンピュータプログラムコードを有するコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 請求項9に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体と、
超音波を送信し、送信された超音波に応じて超音波エコーのシーケンスを収集するプローブと、
収集された超音波エコーから3D超音波画像のシーケンスを生成するプロセッサであって、前記コンピュータプログラムコードを実行するように適応されるプロセッサと、
を有する超音波システム。 - 前記複雑な運動の前記運動分解された視覚表現を表示するためのワークステーションを更に有し、前記プロセッサが、前記ワークステーションを制御するように適応される、請求項10に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記ワークステーション上で前記運動追跡モデルを規定し及び/又は調整するためのグラフィカルユーザインタフェースを更に有する、請求項11に記載の超音波システム。
