Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態における充電電力管理装置101と施設102の構成図である。施設102とは、電気自動車(以下、「EV」という)を充電する施設をいう。ここで、施設102は、複数のEVを管理する充電ステーションのような施設や、個人宅のような施設をいい、EVを充電できる施設であるなら形式は限定されない。充電電力管理装置101は、施設102(施設1、施設2・・・施設N)を管理して、どのEVへ、どの時間帯に、どれぐらいの充電電力で充電するかを決定する。ここでEVとは、充電可能な電気エネルギーを利用する乗り物全般をいい、自動車に限定されない。
Claims (10)
- 分類規則に基づいて充電予定の複数の電気自動車をグループ化するグループ化部と、
前記グループ内の前記電気自動車の蓄電池の情報及び充電器の情報に基づいて、前記グループ内の前記電気自動車を統合した統合電気自動車の充電を制約する制約条件を設定し、前記制約条件に基づいて前記統合電気自動車への充電電力であるトータル充電電力を時間毎に決定するトータル充電電力決定部と、
前記トータル充電電力を、前記統合電気自動車に統合された前記グループ内の前記電気自動車に分配して前記電気自動車毎の個別充電電力を時間毎に決定する個別充電電力決定部と、
を備える充電電力管理装置。 - 前記グループ化部は、前記電気自動車の運転計画を利用した前記分類規則に基づいて前記電気自動車を前記グループ化する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電電力管理装置。 - 前記運転計画は、前記電気自動車が充電予定の施設を特定する情報を含み、
前記分類規則は、前記施設が同じとなる前記電気自動車を同じグループとする規則である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の充電電力管理装置。 - 前記運転計画は、前記電気自動車の充電予定の施設への到着予定時刻、前記施設からの出発予定時刻、及び出発時必要蓄電量のうち少なくとも一つの情報を含み、
前記分類規則は、前記運転計画に基づいて前記電気自動車を前記グループ化する規則である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の充電電力管理装置。 - 前記グループ化部は、前記運転計画に含まれる複数の異なる情報をベクトルで表した場合に、前記ベクトル間のユークリッド距離が閾値以下である前記電気自動車を同じグループにグループ化する
ことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の充電電力管理装置。 - 前記制約条件は、前記電気自動車のそれぞれに接続される充電器の定格出力を足し合わせた容量以下となる条件である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の充電電力管理装置。 - 前記制約条件は、電力購入コストが最小となる条件である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の充電電力管理装置。 - 前記個別充電電力決定部は、前記電気自動車に搭載された充電池の蓄電容量と現在蓄電量との差の正規化した値に基づいて前記トータル充電電力を分配して前記個別充電電力を時間毎に決定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の充電電力管理装置。 - 前記個別充電電力決定部は、前記電気自動車の出発までの残り時間に基づいて前記電気自動車の優先度を決定し、前記優先度の高い前記電気自動車から前記トータル充電電力を分配して前記個別充電電力を時間毎に決定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の充電電力管理装置。 - 分類規則に基づいて充電予定の複数の電気自動車をグループ化するステップと、
前記グループ内の前記電気自動車の蓄電池の情報及び充電器の情報に基づいて、前記グループ内の前記電気自動車を統合した統合電気自動車の充電を制約する制約条件を設定し、前記制約条件に基づいて前記統合電気自動車への充電電力であるトータル充電電力を時間毎に決定するステップと、
前記トータル充電電力を、前記統合電気自動車に統合された前記グループ内の前記電気自動車に分配して前記電気自動車毎の個別充電電力を時間毎に決定するステップと、
を備える充電電力管理方法。
