Description
Claims (13)
- 3D印刷装置のためのプリンタユニットであり、
前記プリンタユニットからの印刷材料を堆積させるよう構成されるノズルを含むプリンタヘッドと、
前記印刷材料から前記プリンタヘッドに印刷材料供給方向とは逆方向に加えられる圧力Psを検出するよう構成される圧力センサと、
前記圧力センサに結合される制御ユニットとを有するプリンタユニットであって、前記制御ユニットが、堆積印刷材料の単位長さ当たりの印刷材料堆積量を一定に維持するために、前記圧力センサによって検出される前記圧力から前記プリンタヘッドの所望の移動速度Sdへの増加伝達関数fに基づいて、前記プリンタヘッドの移動速度を制御するよう構成されるプリンタユニット。 - 印刷材料を供給するよう構成される供給ユニットを更に有し、前記圧力センサが、前記供給ユニットに結合され、前記印刷材料から前記供給ユニットに前記印刷材料供給方向とは逆方向に加えられる圧力を検出するよう構成される請求項1に記載のプリンタユニット。
- 前記圧力センサが、前記ノズルに結合され、前記印刷材料から前記ノズルに前記印刷材料供給方向とは逆方向に加えられる圧力を検出するよう構成される請求項1又は2に記載のプリンタユニット。
- 前記伝達関数が、前記圧力センサによって検出される前記圧力と前記プリンタヘッドの前記所望の移動速度との間の少なくとも1つのフィルタ関数を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のプリンタユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィルタ関数が、遅延関数、平均化関数、スケーリング関数、及び非線形関数を含むリストから選択される請求項4に記載のプリンタユニット。
- 前記伝達関数が、前記プリンタヘッドの移動速度、前記ノズルの温度、前記印刷材料の供給速度、及び堆積印刷材料の単位長さ当たりに堆積される印刷材料の量を含むリストから選択される少なくとも1つのパラメータに基づいて決定される請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のプリンタユニット。
- 前記プリンタヘッドの移動速度、前記ノズルの温度、前記印刷材料の供給速度、及び堆積印刷材料の単位長さ当たりに堆積される印刷材料の量を含むリストから選択される少なくとも1つのパラメータを測定するよう構成される測定デバイスを更に有する請求項6に記載のプリンタユニット。
- 前記伝達関数が予め定義されている請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のプリンタユニット。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記プリンタヘッドの移動速度が所定の範囲外である場合には、前記プリンタユニットの動作を中断するよう構成される請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のプリンタユニット。
- プリンタユニットからの印刷材料を堆積させるよう構成されるノズルを含むプリンタヘッドを有する前記プリンタユニットによって物体を3D印刷するための方法であって、
前記印刷材料から前記プリンタヘッドに印刷材料供給方向とは逆方向に加えられる圧力を検出するステップと、
堆積印刷材料の単位長さ当たりの印刷材料堆積量を一定に維持するために、検出される前記圧力から前記プリンタヘッドの所望の移動速度への増加伝達関数に基づいて、前記プリンタヘッドの移動速度を制御するステップとを有する方法。 - 前記プリンタユニットが、印刷材料を供給するよう構成される供給ユニットを更に有し、前記方法が、前記印刷材料から前記供給ユニットに前記印刷材料供給方向とは逆方向に加えられる圧力を検出するステップを更に有する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷材料から前記ノズルに前記印刷材料供給方向とは逆方向に加えられる圧力を検出するステップを更に有する請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記プリンタヘッドの移動速度が所定の範囲外である場合には、前記プリンタユニットの動作を中断するステップを更に有する請求項10乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
