Description
Claims (10)
- サンプルが血液を含む場合に、前記サンプルとの増幅反応において直接増幅される拡散標的の多重検出のための方法であって、前記増幅反応の励起が620nmよりも大きい波長でなされ、かつ、前記励起が2mWを超えるパワーで引き起こされることを特徴とする方法。
- 単一の閉止チューブ形式で実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記励起は5mWを超えるパワーで引き起こされる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記血液は全血である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルは、少なくとも10体積%の血液を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記励起は、633〜640nmの範囲で照射される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記増幅反応は、PCR、等熱増幅、又はRT−PCRを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 後続のプロセスは、検出される複数の信号から発生する複数の観察されたスペクトルを分光的に脱畳み込みすることを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記励起は、レーザ又は発光ダイオード(LED)によって照射される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記増幅反応を加熱及び冷却するように配置された作動面と、前記増幅反応の上限温度と下限温度との中間の一定温度に維持される基面とを有するペルチェセルを用いて、前記増幅反応を引き起こし且つ制御することを含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
