Claims (1)
- 一方及び他方の面を上下方向に向けて設けられた金属製の結氷板と、
前記結氷板の一方及び他方の面に水を散布するノズルとを備え、
前記結氷板は、
一次冷凍サイクルにおいて冷却された低温の一次冷媒によって
少なくとも氷の融点より低い温度に冷却された二次冷媒が流通する
二次冷媒流通流路を有していると共に、
少なくとも氷の融点より高い温度の熱媒が流通する熱媒流通流路を有し、
前記一次冷媒はアンモニア、 前記二次冷媒は二酸化炭素、前記熱媒は水又は不凍液であって、
前記二次冷媒流通流路及び前記熱媒流通流路は、
互いに独立した流路で、
前記結氷板における下部から上部まで全体的に形成されており、
前記二次冷媒は、前記二次冷媒流通流路を前記結氷板の下部から上部に向けて供給され、
前記熱媒は、前記熱媒流通流路を前記結氷板の上部から下部に向けて供給される
ようになっていると共に、
前記結氷板中において、
前記二次冷媒流通流路は、異なる方向に流れる隣接した流路を形成すると共に、
前記熱媒流通流路は、
前記二次冷媒流通流路を挟むように所定の間隔を開けて水平に延在するように
配置されていると共に、
前記結氷板の上縁部及び下縁部に沿う位置にも配置されている
ことを特徴とする製氷機。
