Claims (12)
- 低強度超音波を生成する超音波トランスデューサと、
前記超音波トランスデューサが支持されたヘッドギアと、を含み、
前記ヘッドギアは、後頭部を支持する後頭部支持部と、頭頂部を支持する頭頂支持部とを具備する後衛部ケースと、前記後衛部ケースに対して一方向に沿って摺動移動自在に連結され、両側頭部を支持する2つの側頭部支持部を具備する前衛部ケースと、を含み、
前記前衛部ケースは、一方向に沿い一側頭部から他側頭部まで延長され、両端部に、前記2つの側頭部支持部がそれぞれ配置された前衛部バンドと、前記頭頂支持部と前記前衛部バンドとの間において、一方向に沿って延長される滑走バンドと、を含み、
前記滑走バンドは、その一端部が前記前衛部バンドに固定され、他端部が前記後衛部ケースに摺動自在に支持され、
前記滑走バンドは、前頭葉を施術する第1施術モードにおいて、前記頭頂支持部に向かう第1方向に沿い摺動し、前頭葉を、前記超音波トランスデューサを配置可能に開放し、側頭葉を施術する第2施術モードにおいて、前記第1方向と反対になる第2方向に沿い摺動して前記頭頂支持部から離隔し、側頭葉を、前記超音波トランスデューサを配置可能に開放し、
前記ヘッドギアと前記超音波トランスデューサとの間に、前記ヘッドギアと前記超音波トランスデューサとを連結する連結装置が配置され、
前記連結装置は、複数個のリンク構造を含み、前記超音波トランスデューサを前記第1施術モードと前記第2施術モードとの間で移動させることができる医療用ヘッドギア。 - 前記第1施術モード及び第2施術モードにより、前記滑走バンドの位置を固定させるための摺動ロッキング装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用ヘッドギア。
- 前記前衛部バンドは、対象体の頭回りにより、変形自在な弾性部材によって設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用ヘッドギア。
- 前記後衛部ケースに支持され、前記ヘッドギアの位置を感知するための1以上の赤外線反射体を具備する第1マーカーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用ヘッドギア。
- 一方向に沿って延長され、両端部が、前記後衛部ケースの両端部にそれぞれ支持され、対象体の下顔面を支持する第1下顔面支持部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用ヘッドギア。
- 一方向に沿って延長され、両端部が、前記前衛部バンドの両端部にそれぞれ支持され、対象体の下顔面を支持する第2下顔面支持部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用ヘッドギア。
- 前記超音波トランスデューサは、前記低強度超音波を生成する超音波発生装置、及び前記超音波発生装置を対象体の頭皮に固定させるためのアプリケータを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用ヘッドギア。
- 前記超音波トランスデューサに支持され、前記超音波発生装置の焦点方向を感知するための1以上の赤外線反射体を具備する第2マーカーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療用ヘッドギア。
- 前記連結装置は、前記ヘッドギアと前記超音波トランスデューサとの間に配置された第1連結バー及び第2連結バー、前記ヘッドギアと前記第1連結バーとを連結する第1ジョイント、前記第1連結バーと前記第2連結バーとを連結する第2ジョイント、並びに前記第2ジョイントと前記超音波トランスデューサとを連結する第3ジョイントを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用ヘッドギア。
- 前記第2ジョイントに配置され、前記第1ジョイントないし前記第3ジョイントを拘束するリンク拘束装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療用ヘッドギア。
- 前記後頭部支持部が、前記後頭部の周囲方向に沿って延長され、前記後頭部支持部を延長させたり縮小させたりすることができる後頭部調節部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用ヘッドギア。
- 請求項1ないし11のうちいずれか1項に記載の医療用ヘッドギアを含む経頭蓋超音波伝達装置。
