The drain trap according to the present invention may be provided with at least one of (A) and (B), but the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment includes (A) and (B). This will be described in detail below. Here, when (B) is provided at least, the flange member 21 needs to be detachably provided on the tubular member 23, but when (A) is provided but (B) is not provided, the flange is thus provided. The member 21 does not have to be detachably provided on the tubular member 23, and the flange member 21 may be an integral type or a separate type with the tubular member 23. Since the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment includes (A) and (B) as described above, the flange member 21 is a separate type from the tubular member 23.

The structure of the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6.
The drain trap 100 is roughly connected to the drain pipe P and attached to the fixing cylinder 2 fixed to the peripheral edge of the mounting hole FA formed in the floor plate F and the fixing cylinder 2. The decorative cover 3, the trap body 4 supported by the fixing cylinder 2, the elbow member 5 fitted into the trap body 4 and supported by the fixing cylinder 2, and the elbow member 5 attached and fixed. It is composed of a lock member 6 screwed to the cylinder body 2.

The fixing cylinder 2 is composed of a tubular member 23 (upper cylinder portion 23A, lower cylinder portion 23B and taper portion 23C), a flange member 21, and an elastic member 22. Even if the flange member 21 is detachably connected to the tubular member 23 as described above (the aspect described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-261183 according to the application of the present applicant), the flange member 21 is fixed and connected. (Aspects described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-023688 relating to the application by the present applicant) may be used. Here, in order to provide (A) and (B), the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment is provided.
The flange member 21 will be described as being a separate type from the tubular member 23, and the flange member 21 is detachably connected to the tubular member 23.

If the tubular member 23 is detachably connected to the flange member 21, the flange member 21 can be disengaged by releasing the connection of the flange member 21 to the tubular member 23 when the floor material is replaced. Therefore, since the tubular member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2 is supported on the peripheral edge of the mounting hole FA of the floor plate F, a minimum hole through which the tubular member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2 can be inserted is formed. The floor material can be replaced. Therefore, it is preferable in that it is possible to solve the problems that complicated work and a large amount of work time are required when replacing the floor material.

Here, the fixing cylinder 2 is formed of a resin that is colorless and transparent, colored transparent, or colored opaque, for example, ABS resin. By adopting the ABS resin in this way, it is possible to suppress a decrease in strength even if it is formed transparently. As will be described later, in the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, the flange portion 21 does not have to be provided with an inspection port as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2017-09930 according to the application by the present applicant. When the fixing cylinder 2 (particularly the flange member 21 constituting the fixing cylinder 2) is formed transparent (colorless and transparent or colored transparent), the connection end surface between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be visually inspected. preferable.

The fixing cylinder 2 is sandwiched between the tubular member 23, the flange member 21 having an annular shape, the outer circumference of the tubular member 23 and the inner circumference of the flange member 21, and has an annular shape. It is composed of an elastic member 22. Details of these will be described later.
The decorative cover 3 can be attached to the fixing cylinder 2, and by attaching to the fixing cylinder 2, the upper surface of the flange member 21 is covered, and the fixing cylinder 2 and the screw S are blindfolded upward. The appearance of the drain trap 100 as seen from the front can be made up.

The trap body 4 is arranged inside the bowl 41 and a bowl 41 having an outer diameter that can be fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the lower cylinder portion 23B or the tapered portion 23C of the tubular member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2. It is formed of a partition wall 42 including an inclined portion 421 and a vertical portion 422. Then, the inside of the bowl 41 is divided into two in a semicircular cross section by the vertical portion 422 of the partition wall 42, while the lower end edge of the vertical portion 422 of the partition wall 42 and the bottom surface of the bowl 41 are separated from each other. A flow passage 4A is formed. Further, on the back surface side of the inclined portion 421 of the partition wall 42, an outflow port 4B extending substantially half a circumference is formed on the upper portion of the housing 41. Therefore, as will be described later, the drainage from the equipment flows into one space having a semicircular cross section of the bowl 41 along the inclined portion 421 of the partition wall 42, and the drainage 41 passes through the flow passage 4A. It reaches the other space having a semicircular cross section and overflows from the outlet 4B. At this time, it is possible to secure a water seal having a height reaching the outlet 4B from the bottom surface of the trap body 41 inside the trap body 41.

On the upper outer peripheral surface of the bowl 41 of the trap body 4, a peripheral step portion 411 having an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the lower tubular portion 23B or the tapered portion 23C of the tubular member 23 in the fixing tubular body 2 protrudes. It is formed and can be supported by the support portion 23U of the tubular member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2 described above.
The elbow member 5 is an elbow-shaped tubular body formed of rubber or the like, to which a drain hose (not shown) can be connected to one end thereof, and to the other end of the bowl in the trap body 4 described above. An outer peripheral surface that can be fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral step portion 411 of 41 is formed, and a protruding portion 51 that can be supported on the inner peripheral upper surface of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23 in the fixing tubular body 2. Is formed.

The lock member 6 has a male screw 6M that can be screwed into the female screw 23M of the upper cylinder portion 23A of the tubular member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2 described above, and is attached to the elbow member 5 from the other end side. It has become.
[Detailed structure of drain trap: Fixing cylinder]
The fixing cylinder 2 forming a characteristic structure in the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment having such a schematic structure will be described in detail below.

As described above, the fixing cylinder 2 is sandwiched between the tubular member 23, the flange member 21 having an annular shape, the outer circumference of the tubular member 23, and the inner circumference of the flange member 21. It is composed of an elastic member 22 having an annular shape.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 4, roughly, the flange member 21 has a shape in which the tubular portion 21C stands up on the annular portion 21B. A plurality of (three here) screw holes 21A are formed in the annular portion 21B at predetermined intervals (here, 120 degree intervals) in the circumferential direction, and the screws S are formed through the screw holes 21A. The drain trap 100 can be fixed to the floor plate F via the flange member 21 and the fixing cylinder 2 by screwing the drain trap 100 into the floor plate F. Further, the outer peripheral surface 22D of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface 21D of the tubular portion 21C of the flange member 21. Further, the annular portion 21B of the flange member 21 is provided with a plurality of (three in this case) intervals (here, 120 degree intervals that are different from the screw holes 21A) in the circumferential direction. A notch portion 21F is provided, and by using this notch portion 21F, the flange member 21 can be suitably separated from the fixing cylinder 2.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 5, roughly, the elastic member 22 has a substantially annular shape made of an elastomer material such as rubber. The inner peripheral surface 21D of the tubular portion 21C of the flange member 21 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface 22D of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22, and the fall prevention provided on the inner peripheral surface 22F of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22. The elastic member 22 is sandwiched between the outer circumference of the tubular member 23 and the inner circumference of the flange member 21 by abutting the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23 against the portion 22C. The type and hardness of the elastic member 22 are appropriately set so that they can be suitably sandwiched between the outer circumference of the tubular member 23 and the inner circumference of the flange member 21. As will be described later, the dropout prevention portion 22C prevents the elastic member 22 from falling off from the fixing cylinder 2, and elastically deforms the elastic member 22 when the drainage pipe P is tilted and stands up. The movable range when the flange member 21 is made horizontal with respect to the floor upper surface FL can be widened.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 6, roughly, the tubular member 23 includes an upper cylinder portion 23A, a lower cylinder portion 23B having a diameter smaller than that of the upper cylinder portion, and an upper cylinder portion 23A. It is provided with a tapered portion 23C provided between the lower cylinder portion 23B and the lower cylinder portion 23B. The fall-out prevention portion 22C provided on the inner peripheral surface 22F of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23.
In this way, the fixing tubular body 2 in which the elastic member 22 is sandwiched and integrated between the outer circumference of the tubular member 23 and the inner circumference of the flange member 21 will be described in more detail. When the flange member 21 is an integral type rather than a separate type which is detachably connected to the tubular member 23, regardless of the presence of the elastic member 22 (when the elastic member 22 is present). It is transparent and it is essential that the connection end surface TM (the upper end surface TM of the drain pipe P) described later can be visually recognized from above the floor), and the flange member 21 and the tubular member 23 are integrated with the tapered portion 23C.

Next, the characteristic structures (A) and (B) of the drain trap 100 described above will be described.
First, (A) the fixing cylinder 2 is provided at the tubular member 23, the flange member 21 provided on the outer periphery of the tubular member 23, and the portion where the diameter of the flange member 21 is reduced to the tubular member 23. A point including the tapered portion 23C will be described.

More specifically, the outer diameter φD (T) of the tubular member 23 (more specifically, the lower cylinder portion 23B) is substantially equal to the inner diameter φD (PS) of the drain pipe P, and the outer diameter φD on the reduced diameter side of the tapered portion 23C. (TS) is smaller than the outer diameter φD (PL) of the drain pipe P or substantially equal to the outer diameter φD (PL) of the drain pipe P. Here, the tapered portion 23C is a portion that reduces the diameter from the flange member 21 to the tubular member 23. More specifically, the tapered portion 23C is the outer diameter (diameter expansion side) of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23. This is a portion where the outer diameter decreases from the outer diameter φD (TL)) to the outer diameter of the lower cylinder portion 23B (diameter-expanded side outer diameter φD (TS)). As shown in the figure, φD (T) is used to insert the outer peripheral surface of the drain trap 100 (the lower cylinder portion 23B of the tubular member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2) into the inner peripheral surface of the drain pipe P. Is required to be at least smaller than φD (PS), but it is preferable that the difference between φD (T) and φD (PS) is small in order to ensure watertightness. It is preferable that it is substantially equal to PS).

With such a configuration, as shown in FIGS. 1 (B) and 3 (B), a tapered portion 23C is provided above the lower tubular portion 23B of the tubular member 23 which is a connecting portion with the drain pipe P. The connection end surface TM (upper end surface TM of the drainage pipe P) between the drainage trap 100 and the drainage pipe P can be visually recognized from above the floor. Here, the direction of visual recognition is indicated by a white arrow. Here, the taper angle α shown in FIG. 6C is not limited, but the connection end surface TM between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P (the upper end surface TM of the drain pipe P) is good from above the floor. It is preferably about 45 to 65 degrees so that it can be visually recognized.

In this case, when visually recognizing the connection end surface TM of the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P (the upper end surface TM of the drain pipe P) from above the floor, the flange member 21 opens in a portion other than the portion fixed to the floor plate. It is preferable to provide a portion.
As an example of such an opening, an inspection port as an opening provided in the flange member 21 described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2017-095930 according to the application by the present applicant can be mentioned. The inspection port provided on the flange member 21 is shown by a dotted line in FIG. Through this inspection port, the connection end surface TM between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be visually confirmed (visually), and a fingertip is inserted from the inspection port to connect the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P. The connection status can be confirmed (tactilely) by touch.

Next, (B) the fixing tubular body 2 includes a tubular member 23, an annular flange member 21 detachably provided on the tubular member 23 on the outer circumference of the tubular member 23, and the tubular member 23. A point composed of an elastic member 22 provided between the flange member 21 and the flange member 21 will be described.
More specifically, as described above, the elastic member 22 has an annular shape and is sandwiched between the outer circumference of the tubular member 23 and the inner circumference of the flange member 21, as well as the tubular member 23 and the flange. At least one of the member 21 and the elastic member 22 is provided with a dropout prevention portion that prevents the elastic member 22 from falling off from the fixing cylinder 2. In the present embodiment, as an example of such a fall prevention part, the elastic member 22 is provided with the fall prevention part 22C.

More specifically, although not limited to, the fall-out prevention portion 22C is provided on the inner peripheral surface 22F of the elastic member 22 by a plurality of (here, five) stages having different inner diameters of the ring of the elastic member. is there. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 5C, the dropout prevention portion 22C is a step provided above the inner peripheral surface 22F of the elastic member 22 and projecting in the inner diameter direction along the entire circumference.
By configuring the fall-off prevention portion 22C in this way, as shown in FIG. 3B, the inner peripheral surface 21D of the tubular portion 21C of the flange member 21 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface 22D of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22. The elastic member 22 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface 22F of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22 and the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23 abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular member 23 and the flange member 21. Not only is it sandwiched between the inner circumference and the inner circumference, but the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23 comes into contact with the dropout prevention portion 22C on the inner peripheral surface 22F side of the elastic member 22.

The protruding inner diameter φD (S) of the dropout prevention portion 22C is designed to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter φD (TL) of the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23. Therefore, when the inner peripheral surface 22F of the elastic member 22 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23, the inner diameter φD (S) of the dropout prevention portion 22C is deformed to φD (TL). An elastic force that is compressed, elastically deformed, and returns to its original state is generated. Due to this elastic force, the inner peripheral surface 22F of the elastic member 22 and the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23 are strongly brought into contact with each other, and the elastic member 22 is brought into contact with the fixing tubular body 2 (here, the tubular member). It is possible to prevent it from falling out from 23).

Here, in this description and the drawings relating to this description, the slight elastic deformation amount and the slight taper angle β of the dropout prevention portion 22C are not taken into consideration (the same applies hereinafter). The taper angle β is provided so that the elastic member 22 can be easily covered on the tubular member 23 from above and the flange member 21 can be easily covered on the elastic member 22 from above. Further, the taper angle β shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 including this portion makes it difficult for the tubular member 23 to penetrate (remove) to the elbow member 5 side in addition to the ease of covering from above. The effect can also be exerted.

In the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, the dropout prevention portion 22C is provided only on the inner peripheral surface 22F side of the elastic member 22, but instead of this / in addition to this, the dropout prevention portion 22C is provided. It may be provided on the outer peripheral surface 22D side of the elastic member 22. Further, instead of providing the elastic member 22 with a fall prevention portion, the fall prevention portion 22C is on the inner peripheral surface 21D side of the flange member 21 that abuts on the elastic member 22 and on the outer peripheral surface 23F side of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23. The structure may be provided as follows.

More specifically, as described above, the elastic member 22 has an annular shape and is sandwiched between the outer circumference of the tubular member 23 and the inner circumference of the flange member 21, as well as the tubular member 23 and the flange. At least one of the member 21 and the elastic member 22 includes a detachment prevention portion that prevents the elastic member from detaching from the fixing cylinder toward the elbow member. In the present embodiment, as an example of such a detachment prevention portion, the flange member 21 is provided with the detachment prevention portion 21E.

More specifically, but not limited to, the detachment prevention unit 21E will be described. The annular inner diameter φD (N) of the flange member 21 is substantially equal to the annular outer diameter φD (L) of the elastic member 22 (since the elastic member 22 is sandwiched between the flange member 21 and the tubular member 23, thus The outer diameter φD (L) of the annulus of the elastic member 22 is substantially equal or slightly larger), and the detachment prevention portion 21E is provided on the upper end surface of the inner circumference of the annulus of the flange member 21 and is outside the annulus of the elastic member 22. It is configured as a small diameter portion having a diameter φD (M) smaller than the diameter φD (L) and larger than the annular inner diameter φD (S) of the elastic member 22. That is, as shown in FIG. 3B, the upper end surface of the inner circumference of the annulus of the flange member 21 is provided with φD (M) satisfying φD (L)> φD (M)> φD (S). A detachment prevention unit 21E is provided.

By configuring the detachment prevention portion 21E in this way, it is possible to prevent the elastic member 22 from detaching from the fixing cylinder 2 (more specifically, the flange member 21) toward the elbow member 5.
In the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, the detachment prevention portion 21E is provided only on the upper end surface of the inner circumference of the ring of the flange member 21, but in place of / in addition to this, the elastic member 22 And / or the tubular member 23 may be provided with a detachment prevention portion that exhibits the same action and effect as the detachment prevention portion 21E.

In the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3B, the upper end surface of the tubular portion 21C of the flange member 21 and the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22 at the height H (3). A business trip portion 22B is provided on the upper end surface of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22 in order to make the upper end surface of the elastic member 22 into a trap (the lengths in a certain direction match), regardless of the presence or absence of the business trip portion 22B. The elastic member 22 does not become a trap), and the detachment prevention portion 21E provided with φD (M) satisfying φD (L)> φD (M)> φD (S) is attached to the inner circumference of the ring of the flange member 21. Prepare for the upper end surface.

Further, in the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, as a characteristic structure in the height direction, the upper end surface of the tubular portion 21C of the flange member 21 and the annular ring of the elastic member 22 at the height H (3) described above. In addition to the relationship (flange) with the upper end surface of the portion 22A, as shown in FIG. 3 (B) (and FIG. 7 (A) described later), when connected to a normally constructed drain pipe P In the fixing tubular body 2 in which the flange member 21, the elastic member 22, and the tubular member 23 are assembled, the height H (1) of the upper end surface of the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23 is the height of the upper end surface of the decorative cover 3. Higher than H (2).
[Construction status of drain trap]
Next, the construction state of the drain trap 100 configured in this way will be described together with the construction procedure.

First, the construction procedure will be described. The diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the drain pipe P according to the installation position of the equipment, and the mounting diameter of the screw hole 21A of the flange member 21 of the flange member 21 in the fixing cylinder 2 (in FIG. 1A). A mounting hole FA having a diameter smaller than that of the indicated radius R (1) is formed in the floor plate F by the amount of the screw S. Then, one end of the drainage pipe P laid under the floor is raised so as to face the mounting hole FA of the floor plate F. At this time, the distance relationship between the upper end surface of the drain pipe P and the floor surface is different (the drain pipe P is cut below the floor surface (floor upper surface) FL, or the drain pipe is above the floor surface FL. The construction accuracy of the drainage pipe P may not be preferable because P is cut off) or the floor surface FL rises diagonally instead of perpendicularly.

Next, an adhesive is applied to the upper end surface of the drain pipe P, and the outer peripheral surface of the lower tubular portion 23B of the tubular member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the drain pipe P (inner peripheral surface of the drain pipe P). Adhesive is applied to the position in the height direction corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the lower cylinder portion 23B), and the upper end surface of the drain pipe P is the upper surface of the lower cylinder portion 23B of the tubular member 23 (lower surface of the tapered portion 23C). Insert and insert until it comes into contact with, and bond the two. When the bonding between the tubular member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2 and the drain pipe P is completed, the elastic member 22 is attached to the flange member 21, the fixing cylinder 2 is placed on the floor plate F, and the flange member 21 is placed. The screw S is screwed through the screw hole 21A of the above and fixed to the floor plate F. When the fixing cylinder 2 is fixed, the decorative cover 3 is attached to the fixing cylinder 2 to cover the outer surface of the fixing cylinder 2 (flange member 21, elastic member 22 and tubular member 23) for makeup. To do.

Next, the trap body 4 is inserted into the drain pipe P while being fitted into the fixing cylinder 2, and the peripheral step portion 411 thereof is supported by the support portion 23U of the tubular member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2. Further, through the fixing cylinder 2, the other end of the elbow member 5 to which the lock member 6 is mounted is fitted into the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral step portion 411 of the bowl 41 in the trap body 4, and the protruding portion 51 is inserted. It is supported on the inner cylinder upper surface 23N of the upper cylinder portion 23A of the tubular member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2. After that, if the lock member 6 is screwed into the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23 in the fixing tubular body 2 (the male screw 6M of the lock member 6 is screwed into the upper tubular portion 23A of the tubular member 23 in the fixing tubular body 2). The elbow member 5 can be sandwiched between the elbow member 5 and the fixing cylinder 2 (by being screwed into the female screw 23M), and can be fixed so as not to come off while ensuring watertightness.

After the drain trap 100 is attached to the floor plate F in this way, a drain hose of equipment (not shown) may be inserted into one end of the elbow member 5 and fastened via a fixing band K (see FIG. 1). .. As a result, the drainage of the equipment is guided from the elbow member 5 to the trap body 4 through the drain hose. Then, the drainage guided to the trap body 4 flows along the inclined portion 421 of the partition wall 42 into one space having a semicircular cross section of the bowl 41, and also flows through the flow passage 4a to the cross section of the bowl 41. It reaches the other semicircular space, overflows from the outlet 4B, and flows out to the drain pipe P. At this time, inside the housing 41 of the trap body 4, it is possible to secure water sealing at a height reaching the outlet 4B from the bottom surface thereof, and it is possible to water-seal the odor rising in the drain pipe P.

Next, the construction confirmation after the drain trap 100 is attached will be described with respect to the characteristic structure (A) described above. In the following, first, the procedure of forming the flange member 21 and the elastic member 22 of the fixing cylinder 2 in colorless transparent or colored transparent and indirectly visually confirming (visualizing) them will be described, and then the fixing cylinder 2 The procedure for forming the flange member 21 or the elastic member 22 of the above without being limited to colorless transparent and colored transparent and directly visually confirming (visually) and visually confirming (tactilely) will be described.

As a common procedure, after loosening the lock member 6 and separating the elbow member 5 and the lock member 6 from the fixing cylinder 2, the trap body 4 is pulled up and taken out, and further, the decorative cover 3 is separated and placed on the floor plate F. The fixing cylinder 2 to which the drain pipe P is connected is exposed.
When the flange member 21 and the elastic member 22 of the fixing cylinder 2 are formed of colorless transparent or colored transparent, the white arrows shown in FIGS. 1 (B) and 3 (B) are shown from above the floor plate F. In the direction, the connection end surface TM of the drain pipe P (the upper end surface TM of the drain pipe P) can be visually observed. That is, the drainage pipe includes the connection state between the outer peripheral surface of the lower cylinder portion 23B of the tubular member 23 and the drainage pipe P in the fixing cylinder 2, specifically, the presence / absence of the adhesive and the application state of the adhesive. The connection end surface TM of P (the upper end surface TM of the drain pipe P) can be visually observed from above the floor plate F. In particular, since the lower tubular portion 23B of the tubular member 23 serving as the connecting portion with the drain pipe P includes the tapered portion 23C, the connection end surface TM between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P (the upper end surface TM of the drain pipe P) is provided. It can be preferably visually recognized from above the floor.

Fixing of the drain trap 100 regardless of whether the flange member 21 and the elastic member 22 of the fixing cylinder 2 are formed of colorless transparent or colored transparent or not formed of colorless transparent or colored transparent. By providing an inspection port as an opening in the flange member 21 of the cylinder body 2 as shown by a dotted line in FIG. 2, the connection end face TM between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be visually observed through the inspection port. In addition to being able to confirm (visually check), the connection state between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be visually confirmed (tactilely recognized) by inserting a fingertip through the inspection port.

In this way, even if it is required by the quality assurance method that the connection end face TM between the drain trap and the drain pipe can be visually confirmed from diagonally above the floor after the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P are connected, the present embodiment According to the drain trap 100 according to the above, the connection end surface TM between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be satisfactorily visually recognized from above the floor.
Next, regarding the above-mentioned characteristic structure (B), when the construction accuracy of the drainage pipe P is not preferable, the drainage trap 100 is connected to the drainage pipe P and attached to the floor plate F. It will be described with reference to FIG. 7 which shows the construction state connected to. Note that FIG. 7A is a cross-sectional view showing the connection state between the drainage pipe P and the drainage trap 100 which were normally constructed, and FIG. 7B is constructed by standing up at an angle of about 3 degrees. FIG. 7 (C) is a cross-sectional view showing the connection state of the drain pipe P and the drain trap 100, and FIG. 7 (C) shows the connection state of the drain pipe P and the drain trap 100 constructed by cutting above the floor surface FL. 7 (D) is a cross-sectional view showing a connection state between the drain pipe P cut below the floor surface FL and the drain trap 100. That is, in FIGS. 7 (B), 7 (C) and 7 (D), although the construction accuracy of the drain pipe P is not preferable, the elastic member 22 included in the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment is used. It shows an embodiment in which the drain trap 100 can be suitably connected to the drain pipe P and the drain trap 100 can be attached to the floor plate F.

A case will be described in which the drainage pipe P is tilted by about 3 degrees and stands up as shown in FIG. 7B with respect to the drainage pipe P normally constructed in FIG. 7 (A). Since the drainage pipe P is constructed so as to be tilted by about 3 degrees in this way, the drainage pipe P (inner peripheral surface) is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the lower tubular portion 23B of the tubular member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2. When they are adhered, the tubular member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2 is connected with an inclination of about 3 degrees and is fixed obliquely to the floor surface FL. However, the elastic member 22 sandwiched between the tubular member 23 and the flange member 21 is elastically deformed, so that the flange member 21 can realize a horizontal state with respect to the floor upper surface FL. .. In this case, when the elastic member 22 is elastically deformed to make the flange member 21 horizontal with respect to the floor upper surface FL, the range of motion applicable by the dropout prevention portion 22C is widened (to the drainage pipe P that stands up more inclined). Corresponding) is done. In this respect, the dropout prevention unit 22C has a function of preventing the elastic member 22 from falling off from the fixing cylinder 2, and when the drainage trap 100 is connected to the drainage pipe P that rises diagonally. The function of making the flange member 21 horizontal to the floor upper surface FL can be more preferably realized. In this respect, the dropout prevention unit 22C can be said to be a flange horizontal correction unit. Therefore, after the drain trap 100 is connected to the drain pipe P, the drain trap 100 can be satisfactorily attached to the floor plate F.

Next, with respect to the drainage pipe P normally constructed in FIG. 7 (A), the drainage pipe P is cut and constructed above the floor surface FL as shown in FIG. 7 (C). explain. Since the drain pipe P is cut above the floor surface FL in this way, the upper end surface of the drain pipe P hits the upper surface (lower surface of the tapered portion 23C) of the lower tubular portion 23B of the tubular member 23. When it is fitted and inserted until it comes into contact with the drain pipe P (inner peripheral surface) and the outer peripheral surface of the lower tubular portion 23B of the tubular member 23 of the fixing tubular body 2 is adhered, the tubular member 23 becomes the flange member 21 and the elastic member 22. (The tubular member 23 rises slightly with respect to the flange 21). That is, in the fixing tubular body 2 composed of the flange member 21, the elastic member 22, and the tubular member 23, the upper surface of the tubular member 23 is fixed so as to be separated from the upper surface of the flange member 21 via the elastic member 22. The barrel 2 is configured so that H (C2) <H (2) and H (C3) <H (3). Since the elastic member 22 sandwiched between the tubular member 23 and the flange member 21 is present in this way, the screw S can be screwed through the screw hole 21A of the flange member 21 and fixed to the floor plate F. ing. Therefore, after the drain trap 100 is connected to the drain pipe P, the drain trap 100 can be satisfactorily attached to the floor plate F.

Next, with respect to the drainage pipe P normally constructed in FIG. 7 (A), the drainage pipe P is cut and constructed below the floor surface FL as shown in FIG. 7 (D). Will be described. Since the drain pipe P is cut below the floor surface FL in this way, the upper end surface of the drain pipe P hits the upper surface (lower surface of the tapered portion 23C) of the lower tubular portion 23B of the tubular member 23. (The tubular member 23 is slightly lowered with respect to the flange 21). That is, in the fixing tubular body 2 composed of the flange member 21, the elastic member 22, and the tubular member 23, the upper surface of the tubular member 23 is fixed so as to approach the upper surface of the flange member 21 via the elastic member 22. The barrel 2 is configured so that H (D2)> H (2) and H (D3)> H (3).

As described above, according to the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment,
(A) The connection end face TM between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be clearly seen from above the floor.
(B) Even when the construction accuracy of the drain pipe P connected to the drain trap 100 is not preferable, the drain trap 100 can be suitably connected to the drain pipe P and the drain trap P to which the drain pipe P is connected is connected. The 100 can be suitably fixed to the floor surface.
