And the characteristic structure of this drain trap 100 is
(A) The fixing cylinder 2 has a cylindrical member 23, a flange member 21 provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23, and a tapered portion provided in a portion where the diameter decreases from the flange member 21 to the cylindrical member 23. Point consisting of 23C,
(B) The fixing cylinder 2 includes a cylindrical member 23, an annular flange member 21 that is detachably provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23, and the cylindrical member 23 and the flange member. The point comprised from the elastic member 22 provided between 21,
It is.

In the drain trap according to the present invention, at least one of (A) and (B) may be provided, but the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment includes (A) and (B). This will be described in detail below. Here, in the case where at least (B) is provided, the flange member 21 needs to be detachably provided on the cylindrical member 23. However, in the case where (A) is provided but (B) is not provided, the flange member 21 is thus provided. The member 21 does not have to be detachably provided on the cylindrical member 23, and the flange member 21 may be integrated with the cylindrical member 23 or separated. Since the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment includes (A) and (B) as described above, the flange member 21 is separated from the cylindrical member 23.

With reference to FIGS. 1-6, the structure of the drain trap 100 which concerns on this Embodiment is demonstrated in detail.
The drain trap 100 is generally connected to the drain pipe P, and is attached to the fixing cylinder 2 fixed to the periphery of the mounting hole FA formed in the floor plate F, and the fixing cylinder 2. The decorative cover 3, the trap body 4 supported by the fixing cylinder 2, the elbow member 5 that is inserted into the trap body 4 and supported by the fixing cylinder 2, and the elbow member 5 is attached and fixed. It is comprised from the cylinder 2 for a lock | rock, and the lock member 6 couple | bonded with the screw.

The fixing cylinder 2 includes a cylindrical member 23 (an upper cylindrical portion 23A, a lower cylindrical portion 23B, and a tapered portion 23C), a flange member 21, and an elastic member 22. Even if the flange member 21 is detachably connected to the tubular member 23 as described above (the aspect described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-261183 according to the applicant's application), the flange member 21 is fixedly connected. (A mode described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-023688 related to an application by the present applicant). Here, the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment includes (A) and (B).
The flange member 21 is separated from the tubular member 23, and the flange member 21 is described as being detachably connected to the tubular member 23.

When the tubular member 23 is detachably connected to the flange member 21, the flange member 21 can be detached by releasing the connection of the flange member 21 to the tubular member 23 when the flooring is replaced. Therefore, since the cylindrical member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2 is supported at the periphery of the mounting hole FA of the floor board F, a minimum hole through which the cylindrical member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2 can be inserted is formed. The flooring can be replaced. For this reason, it is preferable at the point which can solve the problem that a complicated work and a lot of work time are needed at the time of re-laying the flooring.

Here, the fixing cylinder 2 is formed of a resin that is colorless and transparent, colored and transparent, or colored and opaque, for example, an ABS resin. By adopting the ABS resin in this way, even if it is formed transparent, strength reduction can be suppressed. As will be described later, in the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, the flange portion 21 does not have to have an inspection port as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2017-095930 filed by the present applicant. When the fixing cylinder 2 (particularly the flange member 21 constituting the fixing cylinder 2) is formed transparent (colorless transparent or colored transparent), the connection end face between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be visually inspected. preferable.

The fixing cylinder 2 is sandwiched between a cylindrical member 23, a flange member 21 having an annular shape, an outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23 and an inner periphery of the flange member 21, and has an annular shape. And the elastic member 22. Details of these will be described later.
The decorative cover 3 can be attached to the fixing cylinder 2. When the decorative cover 3 is attached to the fixing cylinder 2, the decorative cover 3 covers the upper surface of the flange member 21, covers the fixing cylinder 2 and the screw S and covers the upper surface. The appearance of the drain trap 100 viewed from the above can be made up.

The trap body 4 is disposed inside the rod body 41, an outer diameter rod body 41 that can be fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the lower cylinder portion 23 </ b> B or the taper portion 23 </ b> C of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2. And a partition wall 42 including an inclined portion 421 and a vertical portion 422. The inside of the casing 41 is divided into two in a semicircular cross section by the vertical portion 422 of the partition wall 42, while between the lower end edge of the vertical portion 422 of the partition wall 42 and the bottom surface of the casing 41, A flow passage 4A is formed. In addition, on the back surface side of the inclined portion 421 of the partition wall 42, an outflow port 4 </ b> B is formed on the upper portion of the body 41 over a substantially half circumference. For this reason, as will be described later, the waste water from the equipment flows along the inclined portion 421 of the partition wall 42 into one space having a semicircular cross section of the rod body 41 and through the flow passage 4A. Reaches the other space having a semicircular cross section and overflows from the outlet 4B. Under the present circumstances, the sealing water of the height which reaches the outflow port 4B from the bottom face can be ensured in the inside of the trapezoid 41 of the trap body 4.

Note that an outer peripheral peripheral edge step portion 411 corresponding to the inner diameter of the lower cylindrical portion 23B or the tapered portion 23C of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2 protrudes from the upper outer peripheral surface of the trapezoid body 41 of the trap body 4. It is formed and can be supported by the support portion 23U of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2 described above.
The elbow member 5 is an elbow-like tubular body formed of rubber or the like, and a drain hose (not shown) can be connected to one end thereof, and the body in the trap body 4 described above is connected to the other end. An outer peripheral surface that can be fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral edge step portion 411 of the 41 is formed, and a protruding portion 51 that can be supported on the inner peripheral upper surface of the upper cylindrical portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2. Is formed.

The locking member 6 has a male screw 6M that can be screwed into the female screw 23M of the upper cylindrical portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2 described above, and is attached to the elbow member 5 from the other end side. It has become.
[Detailed structure of drain trap: fixing cylinder]
The fixing cylinder 2 that forms a characteristic structure in the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment having such a schematic structure will be described in detail below.

As described above, the fixing cylinder 2 is sandwiched between the cylindrical member 23, the flange member 21 having an annular shape, and the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23 and the inner periphery of the flange member 21. It is comprised with the elastic member 22 provided with the annular shape.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 4, the flange member 21 generally has a shape in which a cylindrical portion 21 </ b> C rises at an annular portion 21 </ b> B. A plurality (three in this case) of screw holes 21A are formed in the annular portion 21B at predetermined intervals (here, 120 ° intervals) in the circumferential direction, and screws S are formed through the screw holes 21A. Can be fixed to the floor board F via the flange member 21 and the fixing cylinder 2. The outer peripheral surface 22D of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22 abuts on the inner peripheral surface 21D of the cylindrical portion 21C of the flange member 21. Further, the annular portion 21B of the flange member 21 has a plurality (three in this case) with a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction (here, a 120 ° interval that is different from the screw hole 21A). A notch portion 21F is provided, and the flange member 21 can be suitably separated from the fixing cylinder 2 by using the notch portion 21F.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the elastic member 22 generally has a substantially annular shape made of an elastomer material such as rubber. The inner peripheral surface 21D of the cylindrical portion 21C of the flange member 21 abuts on the outer peripheral surface 22D of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22, and is prevented from falling off provided on the inner peripheral surface 22F of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22. The elastic member 22 is sandwiched between the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23 and the inner periphery of the flange member 21 by contacting the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper cylindrical portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23 with the portion 22C. Note that the type and hardness of the elastic member 22 are appropriately set so that the elastic member 22 can be suitably sandwiched between the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23 and the inner periphery of the flange member 21. As will be described later, the drop-off preventing portion 22C prevents the elastic member 22 from dropping from the fixing cylinder 2, and elastically deforms the elastic member 22 when the drain pipe P is tilted up and installed. Thus, the movable range when the flange member 21 is made horizontal with respect to the floor surface FL can be expanded.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, generally, the cylindrical member 23 includes an upper cylindrical portion 23A, a lower cylindrical portion 23B having a smaller diameter than the upper cylindrical portion, and an upper cylindrical portion 23A. And a tapered portion 23C provided between the lower cylindrical portion 23B. A drop prevention portion 22C provided on the inner peripheral surface 22F of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22 abuts on the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper cylindrical portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23.
In this way, the fixing cylinder 2 in which the elastic member 22 is sandwiched and integrated between the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23 and the inner periphery of the flange member 21 will be described in more detail. In addition, when the flange member 21 is not a separation type that is detachably connected to the cylindrical member 23 but is an integral type, regardless of the presence of the elastic member 22 (when the elastic member 22 exists) The connection end face TM (the upper end face TM of the drain pipe P), which will be described later, is transparent, and the flange member 21 and the cylindrical member 23 are integrated with a tapered portion 23C.

Next, the characteristic structures (A) and (B) of the drain trap 100 described above will be described.
First, (A) the fixing cylinder 2 is provided in the cylindrical member 23, the flange member 21 provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23, and the portion whose diameter is reduced from the flange member 21 to the cylindrical member 23. The point comprised from the taper part 23C is demonstrated.

More specifically, the outer diameter φD (T) of the cylindrical member 23 (more specifically, the lower cylinder portion 23B) is substantially equal to the inner diameter φD (PS) of the drain pipe P, and the reduced diameter side outer diameter φD of the tapered portion 23C. (TS) is smaller than the outer diameter φD (PL) of the drain pipe P or substantially equal to the outer diameter φD (PL) of the drain pipe P. Here, the tapered portion 23 </ b> C is a portion that decreases in diameter from the flange member 21 to the cylindrical member 23, and more specifically, the tapered portion 23 </ b> C is an outer diameter of the upper cylindrical portion 23 </ b> A (expanded side) of the cylindrical member 23. This is a portion where the outer diameter decreases from the outer diameter φD (TL) to the outer diameter of the lower cylinder portion 23B (expanded side outer diameter φD (TS)). As shown in the drawing, in order to insert the outer peripheral surface of the drain trap 100 (the lower cylindrical portion 23B of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2) into the inner peripheral surface of the drain pipe P, φD (T) Is required to be at least smaller than φD (PS), but in order to ensure water tightness, the difference between φD (T) and φD (PS) is preferably small, so φD (T) and φD ( PS) is preferably substantially equal.

With such a configuration, as shown in FIGS. 1 (B) and 3 (B), a tapered portion 23C is provided above the lower cylindrical portion 23B of the cylindrical member 23 that becomes a connecting portion with the drain pipe P. In order to provide, the connection end face TM (the upper end face TM of the drain pipe P) between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be visually recognized from the floor. Here, the direction of visual recognition is indicated by white arrows. Here, the taper angle α shown in FIG. 6C is not limited, but the connection end face TM (the upper end face TM of the drain pipe P) between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P is good from the floor. It is preferable that the angle is about 45 to 65 degrees.

In this case, when the connection end face TM (the upper end face TM of the drain pipe P) between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P is visually recognized from the floor in this way, the flange member 21 is opened in addition to the portion fixed to the floor plate. It is preferable to provide a part.
An example of such an opening is an inspection port as an opening provided in the flange member 21 described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2017-095930, which is filed by the present applicant. The inspection port provided in the flange member 21 is shown by a dotted line in FIG. Through this inspection port, the connection end face TM between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be visually confirmed (visually recognized), and a fingertip is inserted from the inspection port to connect the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P. The connection state can be confirmed (tactually) by touch.

Next, (B) the fixing cylinder 2 includes a cylindrical member 23, an annular flange member 21 that is detachably provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23, and the cylindrical member 23. And the elastic member 22 provided between the flange member 21 and the flange member 21 will be described.
More specifically, as described above, the elastic member 22 has an annular shape, and is sandwiched between the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23 and the inner periphery of the flange member 21, and the cylindrical member 23, the flange At least one of the member 21 and the elastic member 22 includes a drop-off prevention unit that prevents the elastic member 22 from dropping from the fixing cylinder 2. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 22 is provided with a drop-off prevention part 22C as an example of such a drop-off prevention part.

More specifically, although not limited, the drop-off prevention portion 22C is provided in a plurality of (here, five) stages provided on the inner peripheral surface 22F of the elastic member 22 and having different annular inner diameters. is there. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 5C, the drop-off prevention portion 22C is a step provided in the inner diameter direction along the entire circumference, provided above the inner peripheral surface 22F of the elastic member 22.
By configuring the drop prevention portion 22C in this manner, as shown in FIG. 3B, the inner peripheral surface 21D of the cylindrical portion 21C of the flange member 21 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface 22D of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22. The outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper cylindrical portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface 22F of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22 so that the elastic member 22 contacts the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23 and the flange member 21. The outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper cylindrical portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23 abuts against the drop-off preventing portion 22C on the inner peripheral surface 22F side of the elastic member 22 as well as being simply sandwiched between the inner peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface 22F.

In this drop-off preventing portion 22C, the protruding inner diameter φD (S) is designed to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter φD (TL) of the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper cylindrical portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23. For this reason, when the inner peripheral surface 22F of the elastic member 22 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper cylindrical portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23, the inner diameter φD (S) of the drop-off preventing portion 22C is deformed to φD (TL). An elastic force is generated that is compressed and elastically deformed and returns to its original state. Due to this elastic force, the inner peripheral surface 22F of the elastic member 22 and the outer peripheral surface 23F of the upper cylindrical portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23 come into strong contact with each other, so that the elastic member 22 is fixed to the fixing cylinder 2 (here, the cylindrical member). 23) can be prevented from falling off.

Here, in this explanation and the drawings relating to this explanation, a slight amount of elastic deformation and a slight taper angle β of the drop-off prevention portion 22C are not considered (the same applies hereinafter). The taper angle β is provided so that the elastic member 22 can be easily covered with the cylindrical member 23 from above and the flange member 21 can be easily covered with the flange member 21 from above. Further, the taper angle β shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 including this part is not easy to cover from above, but the cylindrical member 23 is difficult to penetrate (detach) to the elbow member 5 side. An effect can also be expressed.

In the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, the drop prevention part 22C is provided only on the inner peripheral surface 22F side of the elastic member 22, but instead of this, the drop prevention part 22C is provided. You may make it provide in the outer peripheral surface 22D side of the elastic member 22. FIG. In addition, the elastic member 22 is not provided with a drop-off preventing part, but the drop-off preventing part 22C is provided on the inner peripheral surface 21D side of the flange member 21 that contacts the elastic member 22 or on the outer peripheral surface 23F side of the upper cylindrical part 23A of the cylindrical member 23. You may make it provide such a structure.

More specifically, as described above, the elastic member 22 has an annular shape, and is sandwiched between the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 23 and the inner periphery of the flange member 21, and the cylindrical member 23, the flange At least one of the member 21 and the elastic member 22 includes a detachment preventing portion that prevents the elastic member from detaching from the fixing cylinder toward the elbow member. In this embodiment, the flange member 21 is provided with a separation preventing portion 21E as an example of such a separation preventing portion.

More specifically, although not limited, the separation preventing unit 21E will be described. The annular inner diameter φD (N) of the flange member 21 is substantially equal to the outer diameter φD (L) of the elastic member 22 (because the elastic member 22 is sandwiched between the flange member 21 and the tubular member 23, in this way. The annular outer diameter φD (L) of the elastic member 22 is substantially the same or slightly larger), and this separation preventing portion 21E is provided on the upper end surface of the inner circumference of the flange member 21 and is located outside the annular surface of the elastic member 22. The elastic member 22 is configured as a small-diameter portion having a diameter φD (M) smaller than the diameter φD (L) and larger than the annular inner diameter φD (S) of the elastic member 22. That is, as shown in FIG. 3 (B), φD (M) satisfying φD (L)> φD (M)> φD (S) is provided on the upper end surface of the inner circumference of the flange member 21. A separation preventing unit 21E is provided.

By configuring the separation preventing portion 21E in this way, it is possible to prevent the elastic member 22 from separating from the fixing cylinder 2 (more specifically, the flange member 21) to the elbow member 5 side.
In the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, the separation preventing portion 21E is provided only on the upper end surface of the inner periphery of the annular shape of the flange member 21, but instead of this / in addition to this, the elastic member 22 is provided. In addition, the tubular member 23 may be provided with a detachment preventing portion that exhibits the same effect as the detachment preventing portion 21E.

In the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3B, the upper end surface of the cylindrical portion 21C of the flange member 21 and the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22 at the height H (3). The upper end surface of the annular portion 22A of the elastic member 22 is provided with a business trip portion 22B in order to make the upper end surface of the elastic member 22 (a length in a certain direction match), regardless of the presence or absence of this business trip portion 22B. The elastic member 22 is not flat and the elastic member 22 falls), and the separation preventing portion 21E having φD (M) satisfying φD (L)> φD (M)> φD (S) is provided on the inner circumference of the flange member 21 Prepare for the top surface.

Further, in the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, as the characteristic structure in the height direction, the upper end surface of the cylindrical portion 21C of the flange member 21 and the annular ring of the elastic member 22 at the height H (3) described above. In addition to the relationship with the upper end surface of the portion 22A (Turach), as shown in FIG. 3B (and FIG. 7A to be described later), when connected to a drainage pipe P that has been constructed normally, In the fixing cylinder 2 in which the flange member 21, the elastic member 22, and the cylindrical member 23 are assembled, the upper end surface height H (1) of the upper cylindrical portion 23 </ b> A of the cylindrical member 23 is the upper end surface height of the decorative cover 3. Higher than H (2).
[Construction status of drain trap]
Next, the construction state of the drain trap 100 configured as described above will be described together with the construction procedure.

First, the construction procedure will be described. The mounting diameter of the screw hole 21A of the flange member 21 of the flange member 21 in the fixing cylinder 2 is larger than the outer diameter of the drain pipe P in accordance with the installation position of the equipment (see FIG. 1A). A mounting hole FA having a diameter that is at least smaller than the radius R (1) shown) by the amount of the screw S is formed in the floor board F. Then, one end of the drain pipe P laid under the floor is raised so as to face the mounting hole FA of the floor board F. At this time, the distance between the upper end surface of the drain pipe P and the floor surface varies, or the drain pipe P is cut below the floor surface (floor upper surface) FL or the drain pipe above the floor surface FL. In some cases, the construction accuracy of the drainage pipe P may be unfavorable because P is cut) or is standing obliquely rather than perpendicular to the floor surface FL.

Next, an adhesive is applied to the upper end surface of the drain pipe P, and the outer peripheral surface of the lower cylinder portion 23B of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the drain pipe P (the inner peripheral surface of the drain pipe P) The position in the height direction is a position corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the lower cylinder portion 23B), and the upper end surface of the drain pipe P is the upper surface of the lower cylinder portion 23B of the cylindrical member 23 (the lower surface of the taper portion 23C). Until it is in contact with the two, and glue them together. When the bonding between the tubular member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2 and the drain pipe P is completed, the elastic member 22 is attached to the flange member 21, the fixing cylinder 2 is placed on the floor plate F, and the flange member 21. The screw S is screwed through the screw hole 21A and fixed to the floor board F. When the fixing cylinder 2 is fixed, the decorative cover 3 is attached to the fixing cylinder 2 and covers the outer surface of the fixing cylinder 2 (the flange member 21, the elastic member 22, and the cylindrical member 23). To do.

Next, the trap body 4 is inserted into the drain pipe P while being fitted into the fixing cylinder 2, and the peripheral step 411 is supported on the support portion 23 U of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2. Further, the other end portion of the elbow member 5 to which the lock member 6 is attached is inserted into the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral step portion 411 of the trapezoid 41 in the trap body 4 through the fixing cylinder 2, and the protruding portion 51 is It supports on the inner cylinder upper surface 23N of the upper cylinder part 23A of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2. After that, if the lock member 6 is screwed into the upper cylinder portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2, the male screw 6M of the lock member 6 is screwed into the upper cylinder portion 23A of the cylindrical member 23 in the fixing cylinder 2. And the elbow member 5 can be sandwiched between the fixing cylinder 2 and secured so as not to be detached while ensuring water tightness.

Thus, if the drain trap 100 is attached to the floor board F, the drain hose of the equipment which is not shown in figure may be inserted in the one end part of the elbow member 5, and may be fastened via the fixed band K (refer FIG. 1). . Thereby, the waste water of the equipment is guided from the elbow member 5 to the trap body 4 through the drain hose. The drainage led to the trap body 4 flows into one space having a semicircular cross section of the rod body 41 along the inclined portion 421 of the partition wall 42 and crosses the cross section of the rod body 41 through the flow passage 4a. It reaches the other semicircular space, overflows from the outlet 4B, and flows out to the drain pipe P. Under the present circumstances, the sealing water of the height which reaches the outflow port 4B from the bottom face in the inside of the trapezoid 41 of the trap main body 4 can be ensured, and the odor which rises the drain pipe P can be sealed with water.

Next, the construction confirmation after attaching the drain trap 100 regarding the characteristic structure (A) mentioned above is demonstrated. In the following, first, after describing the procedure of forming the flange member 21 and the elastic member 22 of the fixing cylinder 2 in colorless and transparent or colored transparent and confirming (visually) indirectly, the fixing cylinder 2 A procedure for forming the flange member 21 or the elastic member 22 without being limited to colorless and transparent and confirming (visually) visually and confirming (touching) by touch will be described.

As a common procedure, after the lock member 6 is loosened and the elbow member 5 and the lock member 6 are detached from the fixing cylinder 2, the trap body 4 is pulled up and taken out, and the decorative cover 3 is detached and the floor board F is removed. The fixing cylinder 2 to which the drain pipe P is connected is exposed.
When the flange member 21 and the elastic member 22 of the fixing cylinder 2 are formed of colorless and transparent or colored and transparent, the white arrows shown in FIGS. 1 (B) and 3 (B) are shown from above the floor board F. In the direction, the connection end face TM of the drain pipe P (the upper end face TM of the drain pipe P) can be visually observed. That is, the drainage pipe including the connection state between the outer peripheral surface of the lower cylinder part 23B of the cylindrical member 23 and the drainage pipe P in the fixing cylinder 2, specifically the presence or absence of the adhesive and the application state of the adhesive. The connection end face TM of P (the upper end face TM of the drain pipe P) can be visually observed from above the floor board F. In particular, since the lower cylindrical portion 23B of the cylindrical member 23 serving as a connection portion with the drain pipe P has a tapered portion 23C, a connection end face TM (the upper end face TM of the drain pipe P) between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P is provided. It can be suitably viewed from above the floor.

Even if the flange member 21 and the elastic member 22 of the fixing cylinder 2 are formed of colorless and transparent or colored and transparent, the drain trap 100 is fixed even if it is not formed of colorless and transparent and colored and transparent. By providing an inspection port as an opening in the flange member 21 of the tubular member 2 as shown by a dotted line in FIG. 2, the connection end face TM between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be visually confirmed through the inspection port. While being able to confirm (visually recognize), a fingertip can be inserted from an inspection port and the connection state of this drainage trap 100 and the drainage pipe P can be confirmed (touched) by touch.

As described above, even when the connecting end face TM between the drain trap and the drain pipe can be visually confirmed from the diagonally upper side after connecting the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P, the present embodiment According to the drain trap 100 according to the above, the connection end face TM between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be seen well from above the floor.
Next, regarding an aspect in which the drainage pipe 100 is connected to the drainage pipe P and attached to the floor plate F when the construction accuracy of the drainage pipe P regarding the characteristic structure (B) described above is not preferable, the drainage trap 100 is connected to the drainage pipe P. The construction will be described with reference to FIG. 7A is a cross-sectional view showing a connection state between the drainage pipe P and the drainage trap 100 that are normally constructed, and FIG. 7B is constructed by being inclined at about 3 degrees. It is sectional drawing which shows the connection state of the drain pipe P and the drain trap 100, Comprising: FIG.7 (C) is the connection state of the drain pipe P and drain trap 100 which were cut | disconnected and constructed above the floor surface FL. FIG. 7D is a cross-sectional view showing a connection state between the drainage pipe P and the drainage trap 100 cut below the floor surface FL. That is, FIG. 7 (B), FIG. 7 (C) and FIG. 7 (D) show the elastic member 22 provided in the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment, although the construction accuracy of the drain pipe P is not preferable. The aspect which can connect the drain trap 100 to the drain pipe P suitably and can attach the drain trap 100 to the floor board F is shown.

A case where the drainage pipe P is constructed with an inclination of about 3 degrees as shown in FIG. 7B with respect to the drainage pipe P normally constructed in FIG. 7A will be described. Thus, since the drain pipe P is constructed with an inclination of about 3 degrees, the outer peripheral surface of the lower cylindrical portion 23B of the cylindrical member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2 is attached to the drain pipe P (the inner peripheral surface thereof). When bonded, the cylindrical member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2 is connected at an angle of about 3 degrees and is fixed obliquely to the floor surface FL. However, when the elastic member 22 sandwiched between the cylindrical member 23 and the flange member 21 is elastically deformed, the flange member 21 can realize a horizontal state with respect to the floor surface FL. . In this case, when the elastic member 22 is elastically deformed to make the flange member 21 horizontal with respect to the floor surface FL, the movable range that can be applied by the drop-off prevention portion 22C is expanded (the drain pipe P that rises more inclined). Can respond). In this respect, the drop-off preventing portion 22C has a function of preventing the elastic member 22 from dropping from the fixing cylinder 2, and in addition, when the drain trap 100 is connected to the drain pipe P rising obliquely. In addition, it is possible to more suitably realize the function of making the flange member 21 horizontal with respect to the floor surface FL. In this respect, the drop-off prevention part 22C can be said to be a flange horizontal correction part. For this reason, after connecting the drain trap 100 to the drain pipe P, the drain trap 100 can be satisfactorily attached to the floor board F.

Next, with respect to the drain pipe P normally constructed in FIG. 7 (A), the drain pipe P is cut and constructed above the floor surface FL as shown in FIG. 7 (C). explain. Since the drain pipe P is cut and constructed above the floor surface FL in this way, the upper end surface of the drain pipe P is contacted with the upper surface of the lower cylindrical portion 23B of the cylindrical member 23 (the lower surface of the tapered portion 23C). When the cylindrical member 23 is inserted until it contacts and the outer peripheral surface of the lower cylindrical portion 23B of the cylindrical member 23 of the fixing cylinder 2 is bonded to the drain pipe P (the inner peripheral surface thereof), the cylindrical member 23 becomes the flange member 21 and the elastic member 22. Projecting upward (the tubular member 23 is slightly raised with respect to the flange 21). That is, in the fixing cylinder 2 composed of the flange member 21, the elastic member 22, and the cylindrical member 23, the upper surface of the cylindrical member 23 is fixed so as to be separated from the upper surface of the flange member 21 through the elastic member 22. The cylindrical body 2 is configured so that H (C2) <H (2) and H (C3) <H (3). Thus, the presence of the elastic member 22 sandwiched between the tubular member 23 and the flange member 21 allows the screw S to be screwed through the screw hole 21A of the flange member 21 and fixed to the floor board F. ing. For this reason, after connecting the drain trap 100 to the drain pipe P, the drain trap 100 can be satisfactorily attached to the floor board F.

Next, when drainage pipe P is normally constructed in FIG. 7 (A), drainage pipe P is cut and constructed below floor surface FL as shown in FIG. 7 (D). Will be described. Since the drain pipe P is cut and constructed below the floor surface FL in this way, the upper end surface of the drain pipe P is brought into contact with the upper surface of the lower cylindrical portion 23B of the cylindrical member 23 (the lower surface of the tapered portion 23C). (The cylindrical member 23 is slightly lowered with respect to the flange 21). That is, in the fixing cylinder 2 constituted by the flange member 21, the elastic member 22, and the cylindrical member 23, the upper surface of the cylindrical member 23 is fixed via the elastic member 22 so as to approach the upper surface of the flange member 21. The cylinder 2 is configured, and H (D2)> H (2) and H (D3)> H (3).

As described above, according to the drain trap 100 according to the present embodiment,
(A) The connection end face TM between the drain trap 100 and the drain pipe P can be seen well from the floor,
(B) Even when the construction accuracy of the drain pipe P connected to the drain trap 100 is not preferable, the drain trap 100 can be suitably connected to the drain pipe P and the drain trap P is connected to the drain trap P. 100 can be suitably fixed to the floor surface.
