Description

The present invention relates to a boxing device that packs a flexible bag body containing noodles or the like into a storage box.

Conventionally, noodles such as Chinese noodles and buckwheat noodles manufactured in a noodle-making factory are packaged in a bag formed of a resin film or the like, and then packed in a storage box and shipped. Since the work of packing each bag in the storage box is complicated, in recent years, it is common to pack each bag in the storage box using a boxing device.

For example, the boxing device disclosed in Patent Document 1 is arranged side by side with an upper conveyor that conveys each bag and sequentially drops it from the downstream end in the transport direction, and drops from the upper conveyor. Each bag is provided with a lower conveyor capable of transporting each bag on the opposite side of the upper conveyor in the transport direction. A pair of the lower conveyors are provided in the horizontal direction orthogonal to the transport direction, and the two lower conveyors can be brought into contact with each other in the horizontal direction orthogonal to the transport direction. Then, both lower conveyors perform a transport operation by a predetermined amount each time the bag bodies fall from the upper conveyor so that each bag body shifts in the transport direction, and transports a predetermined number of bag bodies. When a predetermined number of bags are aligned in the transport direction on both lower conveyors, the lower conveyors are separated from each other so that the bags are dropped into the storage box in an aligned state and packed in a box. ..

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2015-218023

By the way, in the boxing device as described above, it is necessary to arrange the bags at predetermined intervals in the transport direction of the conveyor before dropping them into the storage box.

However, in Patent Document 1, since the work of shifting each bag body in the transport direction is performed by the transport operation of both lower conveyors after each bag falls on both lower conveyors, both lower conveyors of each bag body are used. There is a problem that the cycle time of the device becomes long as a result of staying in the device for a long time.

Further, in the above-mentioned device, when each of the aligned bag bodies is dropped from both lower conveyors to the storage box, the contact / detachment operation of both lower conveyors is completed before the next bag body is dropped from the upper conveyor. You need to keep it. However, in Patent Document 1, since each bag body falls from the upper conveyor to both lower conveyors at a fixed short interval, both of them try to complete the contact / detachment operation of both lower conveyors while each bag body falls. It is necessary to speed up the contact / separation operation of the lower conveyor, which not only increases the equipment cost, but also makes the contact / separation operation of both lower conveyors so intense that it becomes easy for each bag in the aligned state to be packed in a box. There was also a problem.

The present invention has been made in view of these points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a low-cost boxing device capable of shortening a cycle time and packing each bag in a neatly arranged state. To do.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized in that the method of dropping each bag body is devised by using a conveyor that can be expanded and contracted in the transport direction.

Specifically, the following solutions have been taken for a case in which a plurality of bag bodies having a bag mouth portion bound by tape are dropped into a storage box that opens upward and packed in a box.

That is, in the first invention, there is a conveyor in which each bag body is conveyed by the orbital movement operation of the endless belt and sequentially dropped from the downstream end in the transport direction, and each bag body sequentially dropped from the conveyor is conveyed in the transport direction of the conveyor. The conveyor is provided with an aligning drop means for dropping a predetermined number of X in an aligned state into the storage box, the conveyor is configured to be expandable and contractible in the transport direction, and each bag body is predetermined to be aligned in the transport direction. from the reference state with sequentially repeated and to the opposite side in the transport direction and the fall of the receptacle being adapted to extend in the conveying direction when the predetermined number X dropping the bag body until the reference state, the The aligning and dropping means are a receiving means capable of receiving each bag body falling from the conveyor and a guide member for aligning each bag body falling from the conveyor in the transport direction of the conveyor while guiding the bag bodies falling from the conveyor to the receiving means. The receiving means can be moved to a receiving position for receiving the bag body and an opening position for dropping the bag body, and the storage box has a rectangular shape and moves the bag body up and down. A plurality of stages can be accommodated in the direction, and the longitudinal direction thereof is set below the receiving means in a posture facing the transport direction of the conveyor. It is conveyed in a posture facing the opposite side, and when each of the bags is dropped, the conveyor excludes the bag mouth of the bag that is dropped next on the bag mouth of the bag that was dropped first. When shrinking in the opposite direction in the transport direction so that the portions overlap, the bag is configured to shrink by the length of the portion excluding the bag mouth portion of the bag body .

In the second invention, in the first invention, the receiving means is an opening / closing door composed of a pair of door members arranged side by side in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the transport direction of the conveyor , and the opening / closing door is the opening / closing door. It is characterized in that each door member is configured as a double door type that rotates downward while being separated from each other.

In the third invention, in the second invention, the storage box is a cardboard box with an upper opening, and when the double door members are rotated downward, the cardboard box is opened through the opening of the cardboard box. It is characterized in that it is configured to enter the inside of .

In the first invention, since the drop position of each bag body can be changed when the bag body is dropped from the conveyor, the aligned drop means receives each bag body in a state of being displaced in the transport direction of the conveyor. Therefore, the aligned dropping means does not need to shift each bag in the transport direction of the conveyor after receiving the bag, and the time spent in the aligned dropping means of each bag is shortened, so that the cycle time of the device can be shortened. it can. Further, when the aligned dropping means performs the dropping operation, the time until the bag body is next dropped from the conveyor is increased by the time during which the conveyor is extended so as to be in the reference state. Therefore, it is not necessary to make the dropping operation of the aligned dropping means unnecessarily fast, so that the bags in the aligned state are less likely to be disturbed during the dropping operation, the equipment can be simplified, and the cost can be kept low.

Further , since the posture of each bag body falling from the conveyor is adjusted by the guide member, each bag body can be dropped into the storage box in a neatly aligned state.

Furthermore, since each bag body in the aligned state before being dropped into the cardboard box has one bag mouth that appears on the upper side, when each bag body is packed in the cardboard box and then the lid of the cardboard box is closed, the bag is used. It is possible to reduce the possibility that the mouth portion protrudes from the gap in the lid of the cardboard box.

In the third invention, since the rotation direction of each door member is along the falling direction of each bag body, when the opening / closing door is opened and each bag body is dropped, each bag body is subjected to from each door member. It is difficult to apply a force in the horizontal direction. Therefore, each bag body can be dropped into the storage box without disturbing the alignment state.

In the fourth invention, when each bag body falls into the storage box, each door member guides each bag body to the inside of the storage box. Therefore, when each bag body falls into the storage box, it is possible to prevent the bag from coming into contact with the peripheral edge of the opening and the alignment state being disturbed.

FIG. 1 shows a boxing device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The boxing device 1 packs a bag body 10 in which noodles such as Chinese noodles and soba noodles are packed in a cardboard box 11 (storage box), and a conveyor 2 for transporting each bag body 10 and a conveyor 2 of the conveyor 2. It is provided with an aligned drop mechanism 3 (aligned drop means) provided below.

The bag body 10 is formed of a flexible resin film, and the bag mouth portion 10a for putting in and taking out noodles is bound by a bag sealing tape 10b.

The cardboard box 11 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape extending in the transport direction of the conveyor 2, is in a state of being open at the upper side, and is in a posture in which the longitudinal direction thereof faces the transport direction of the conveyor 2.

The cardboard box 11 is conveyed by the transfer unit 12 in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the transfer direction of the conveyor 2 at a predetermined interval.

The conveyor 2 includes a conveyor body 2a that extends in a strip shape in the transport direction and a support frame 2b having a U-shaped cross section that supports the conveyor body 2a in a stretchable manner in the transport direction. The state is P1.

As shown in FIG. 2, the conveyor body 2a includes a plurality of guide rollers 2c whose rotation axes intersect the transport direction and faces in the horizontal direction, and the guide rollers 2c are arranged side by side at predetermined intervals in the transport direction. It is installed.

A rubber endless belt 2d is wound around each guide roller 2c, and an inclined surface 2e that gradually tilts downward toward the end is provided on the downstream side of the upper surface of the endless belt 2d in the transport direction. ..

Then, the endless belt 2d orbits by the rotational operation of each of the guide rollers 2c by a drive motor (not shown), and the bag mouth portion 10a faces the opposite side in the transport direction of each bag body 10 placed on the outer peripheral surface. It is transported in a posture and is sequentially dropped from the downstream end in the transport direction.

The aligned drop mechanism 3 includes an opening / closing door 6 (reception means) capable of receiving each bag body 10 sequentially falling from the conveyor 2, and the opening / closing door 6 has a shape extending in the transport direction of the conveyor. ..

The opening / closing door 6 includes a pair of door members 7 arranged side by side in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the transport direction of the conveyor 2.

As shown in FIG. 9, each of the door members 7 is configured as a double door type that rotates downward while being separated from each other, and when rotated downward, inside the cardboard box 11 set below the opening / closing door 6. It is designed to get in.

Above the opening / closing door 6, a guide member 8 having a rectangular frame shape extending in the transport direction of the conveyor 2 is arranged, and the guide member 8 adjusts the posture of each bag body 10 falling from the conveyor 2 to the opening / closing door. It is designed to be arranged while guiding up to 6.

The portions of the upper half of the guide member 8 corresponding to both long sides are a pair of guide surfaces 8a that incline so as to gradually separate from each other toward the peripheral edge of the opening.

An optical sensor 4 capable of detecting whether or not the bag body 10 has fallen from the conveyor 2 is provided above the guide member 8, and the optical sensor 4 moves together with the conveyor 2. ..

A control panel 5 is connected to the conveyor 2, the alignment drop mechanism 3, the optical sensor 4, and the transfer unit 12.

The control panel 5 controls the transport unit 12 so that the cardboard boxes 11 are sequentially set at positions below the alignment drop mechanism 3.

Further, the control panel 5 outputs an operation signal to the conveyor 2, moves the endless belt 2d around at a constant speed, and drops each bag body 10 in order toward the aligned drop mechanism 3.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the control panel 5 outputs an operation signal to the conveyor 2 each time the optical sensor 4 detects a fall of the bag body 10, and conveys the conveyor body 2a to the conveyor 2. It is designed to shrink to the opposite side of the direction.

That is, in the conveyor 2, each bag body 10 is dropped while contracting to the opposite side of the transport direction so that the bag bodies 10 are aligned in the transport direction, and as shown in FIG. 6, each optical sensor 4 is used. Each time the bag body 10 is detected, the bag body 10 is shrunk by the size L of the portion excluding the bag mouth portion 10a in the transport direction of the conveyor 2, so that the bag mouth portion 10a of the bag body 10 dropped first is next to the bag mouth portion 10a. The parts of the bag body 10 to be dropped except the bag mouth portion 10a are overlapped.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the control panel 5 outputs an operation signal to the conveyor 2 when the optical sensor 4 detects the fall of the bag body 10 three times, and sets the conveyor 2 in the reference state P1. It is designed to extend in the transport direction until it becomes.

Further, the control panel 5 outputs an operation signal to the alignment drop mechanism 3 to drive a drive source (not shown) to rotate each door member 7 downward, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 9. Each bag body 10 arranged on the opening / closing door 6 is dropped into the cardboard box 11.

That is, the alignment drop mechanism 3 aligns the three bag bodies 10 that sequentially fall from the conveyor 2 in the transport direction of the conveyor 2, and moves each door member 7 to a position that does not correspond to the cardboard box 11 so that the three bags 10 are aligned. The bag body 10 is dropped into a cardboard box 11 and packed in a box.

Next, the boxing operation of each bag body 10 by the boxing device 1 will be described in detail.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, the endless belt 2d of the conveyor 2 is orbitably moved at a constant speed toward a position downstream of the conveyor 2 in the transport direction in the cardboard box 11 set below the alignment drop mechanism 3. Drop the bag body 10. Then, since the optical sensor 4 detects the falling bag body 10, the conveyor body 2a begins to shrink in the direction opposite to the transport direction of the conveyor 2.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the conveyor 2 drops the next bag body 10 toward a position in the cardboard box 11 in the middle of the conveyor 2 in the transport direction at a point where the conveyor body 2a is shrunk by the dimension L. Let me. Then, the optical sensor 4 that has moved together with the conveyor body 2a detects the falling second bag body 10, so that the conveyor body 2a begins to shrink again in the opposite side of the conveyor 2 in the transport direction.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the conveyor 2 drops the next bag 10 toward the upstream side of the conveyor 2 in the cardboard box 11 at a point where the conveyor body 2a is shrunk by the dimension L. .. Then, when the optical sensor 4 moved together with the conveyor body 2a detects the falling third bag body 10, the conveyor body 2a moves in the transport direction so that the conveyor 2 is in the reference state P1 as shown in FIG. It starts to grow.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the three falling bag bodies 10 are guided to the opening / closing door 6 while adjusting their postures by the guide member 8. At this time, the portion of the three bag bodies 10 excluding the bag mouth portion 10a of the bag body 10 dropped next overlaps with the bag mouth portion 10a of the bag body 10 dropped first.

After that, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, each door member 7 of the opening / closing door 6 is rotated downward. Then, each door member 7 enters the inside of the cardboard box 11 and guides each bag body 10 to the inside of the cardboard box 11, and each bag body 10 falls inside the cardboard box 11.

After that, by repeating the dropping operation of the bag body 10 as described above, each bag body 10 is sequentially boxed inside the cardboard box 11, and the boxed cardboard box 11 is transported to the next process by the transport unit 12. ..

As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the drop position of each bag body 10 can be changed when the bag body 10 is dropped from the conveyor 2, so that the alignment drop mechanism 3 shifts each bag body 10 in the transport direction of the conveyor 2. You will receive it in a state of being. Therefore, the alignment drop mechanism 3 does not need to shift each bag body 10 in the transport direction of the conveyor 2 after receiving the bag body 10, and the time spent in the alignment drop mechanism 3 of each bag body 10 is shortened. Cycle time can be shortened.

Further, when the alignment drop mechanism 3 performs the drop operation, the time from the conveyor 2 to the next drop of the bag body 10 is increased by the time during which the conveyor 2 is extended so as to be in the reference state P1. Therefore, it is not necessary to make the dropping operation of the aligned dropping mechanism 3 faster than necessary, so that each bag body 10 in the aligned state is less likely to be disturbed during the dropping operation, the equipment can be simplified, and the cost can be kept low. it can.

Further, since the posture of each bag body 10 falling from the conveyor 2 is adjusted by the guide member 8, each bag body 10 can be dropped into the cardboard box 11 in a neatly aligned state.

Further, since the rotation direction of each door member 7 is along the falling direction of each bag body 10, when the opening / closing door 6 is opened and each bag body 10 is dropped, each door member is relative to each bag body 10. It is difficult to apply a force in the horizontal direction from 7. Therefore, each bag body 10 can be dropped into the cardboard box 11 without disturbing the alignment state.

In addition to that, when each door member 7 rotates downward, it enters the inside of the cardboard box 11. Therefore, when each bag body 10 falls into the cardboard box 11, each door member 7 puts each bag body 10 into the cardboard box. It will guide you to the inside of 11. Therefore, when each bag body 10 falls into the cardboard box 11, it is possible to prevent the bag body 10 from coming into contact with the peripheral edge of the opening and disturbing the alignment state.

Then, when each bag body 10 is dropped, the portion excluding the bag mouth portion 10a of the bag body 10 to be dropped next overlaps with the bag mouth portion 10a of the bag body 10 dropped first, so that the cardboard box is used. The bag mouth portion 10a that appears on the upper side of each bag body 10 in the aligned state before being dropped on 11 becomes one. Therefore, when the lid of the cardboard box 11 is closed after each bag body 10 is packed in the cardboard box 11, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the bag mouth portion 10a protrudes from the gap between the lids of the cardboard box 11.

In the boxing device 1 of the present invention, each bag body 10 is packed in a cardboard box 11, but it can also be used, for example, when packing in a tray-type storage box made of a plastic material.

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the opening / closing door 6 has a double door structure, but for example, each door member 7 has a structure in which the door members 7 are brought into contact with each other in the horizontal direction orthogonal to the transport direction of the conveyor 2. May be good.

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, three bag bodies 10 are aligned with the opening / closing door 6, but two bags may be aligned, or four or more bags may be aligned. Good.

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, one optical sensor 4 is moved together with the conveyor 2 to detect the bag body 10 that sequentially falls from the conveyor 2, but a plurality of optical sensors 8 are above the guide member 8. The type sensors may be arranged so as to line up in the transport direction of the conveyor 2, and the conveyor 2 may be contracted each time each optical sensor detects a fall of the bag body 10.

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the three bag bodies 10 are aligned in the transport direction of the conveyor 2 on the opening / closing door 6, the three bag bodies 10 in the aligned state are dropped onto the cardboard box 11. Not limited to this, for example, after arranging the three bag bodies 10 on the opening / closing door 6 in the transport direction of the conveyor 2, the three bag bodies 10 are further arranged on the three bag bodies 10 in the aligned state. After that, the six bag bodies 10 stacked in two stages may be dropped into the cardboard box 11. Then, since the time interval in which the bags 10 in the aligned state fall with respect to the cardboard box 11 becomes long, it is not necessary to make the cardboard box 11 transported by the transport unit 12 unnecessarily faster, and the bags are sequentially placed on the transport unit 12. It is possible to increase the time required for assembling the cardboard box 11.
