Claims (13)
- 表面を画定する基板であって、セラミックマトリックス複合材(CMC)材料から形成される、基板と、
前記基板の表面上に直接ボンドコーティングを形成するケイ素系層であって、ケイ素含有材料と、0.001体積%〜85体積%のGa含有化合物、In含有化合物、又はそれらの混合物と、を含む、ケイ素系層と、
を含み、
Ga含有化合物、In含有化合物、又はそれらの混合物の少なくとも1つは、前記ケイ素含有材料内に連続粒界を形成する、セラミック部品。 - Ga含有化合物、In含有化合物、又はそれらの混合物の少なくとも1つは、前記ボンドコーティング上に形成された酸化ケイ素スケールと反応するか、又は酸化ケイ素スケールに溶解し、前記酸化ケイ素スケールの結晶化を抑制する、請求項1に記載のセラミック部品。
- 前記ケイ素含有材料はケイ素金属である、請求項1に記載のセラミック部品。
- 熱成長酸化物が前記ボンドコーティング上に存在し、ここで、熱成長酸化物層は、1415℃以下の動作温度まで非晶質のままである、請求項3に記載のセラミック部品。
- 前記ケイ素含有材料はケイ化物を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミック部品。
- 熱成長酸化物が前記ボンドコーティング上に存在し、ここで、熱成長酸化物層は、1485℃以下の動作温度まで非晶質のままである、請求項5に記載のセラミック部品。
- 前記ケイ化物は、ケイ化モリブデン、ケイ化レニウム、又はそれらの混合物を含む、請求項5に記載のセラミック部品。
- 前記ケイ素系層上の耐環境コーティング
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のセラミック部品。 - Ga含有化合物、In含有化合物、又はそれらの混合物の少なくとも1つは、前記ケイ素含有材料と反応しない、請求項1に記載のセラミック部品。
- 前記ケイ素系層は、ケイ素含有材料と、0.001体積%〜85体積%のGa含有化合物と、を含む、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載のセラミック部品。
- 前記Ga含有化合物は、
GaN;
Ga2O3;
Ga2−xMxO3(ここでMは、xが0〜2であるIn、xが0〜1.4であるAl、xが0〜1.4であるB、xが0〜1.4であるFe、又はそれらの混合物である);
最大10モル%のGa2O3でドープされた、ZrO2、HfO2、又はそれらの組み合わせ;
Ln2−x−yGaxInySi2O7(ここで、Lnは、Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Pm、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、又はそれらの混合物であり、xは0より大きく1までであり、yは0〜1である);

0.1モル%〜10モル%のIn2O3でドープされた、ZrO2、HfO2、又はそれらの組み合わせ;
Ln2−x−yGaxInySi2O7(ここで、Lnは、Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Pm、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、又はそれらの混合物であり、xは0〜1であり、yは0より大きく1までである);
