Description
以下の第一の層(層I)並びに第二の層(層II)を含む多層複合材料であって、
I.少なくとも40質量%で、好ましくは少なくとも50質量%で、特に有利には少なくとも60質量%で、殊に有利には少なくとも70質量%で、極めて有利には少なくとも80質量%で、以下の成分1)及び2)を含有する成形材料からの第一の層(層I):
1)部分芳香族コポリアミド60〜99質量部、好ましくは65〜98質量部、特に有利には68〜97質量部、殊に有利には70〜96質量部であって、
α)ヘキサメチレンジアミンとテレフタル酸との組合せ30〜90モル%、好ましくは35〜85モル%、特に有利には40〜80モル%、殊に有利には41〜75モル%、極めて有利には45〜70モル%及び
β)ヘキサメチレンジアミンと炭素原子8〜19個を有する直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸との組合せ70〜10モル%、好ましくは65〜15モル%、特に有利には60〜20モル%、殊に有利には59〜25モル%、極めて有利には55〜30モル%
に由来するモノマー単位から成る部分芳香族コポリアミド、
ここで、モル%値は、α)とβ)との合計を基準とし、並びにヘキサメチレンジアミンの最大20%、好ましくは最大15%、特に有利には最大12%、殊に有利には最大8%、極めて有利には最大5%若しくは最大4%が当量の他のジアミンで置き換えられていてよく、かつ/又はテレフタル酸の最大20%、好ましくは最大15%、特に有利には最大12%、殊に有利には最大8%、極めて有利には最大5%若しくは最大4%が当量の他の芳香族ジカルボン酸及び/又は1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸で置き換えられていてよく、かつ/又はヘキサメチレンジアミンと直鎖脂肪族ジカルボンとからの繰り返し単位の最大20%、好ましくは最大15%、特に有利には最大12%、殊に有利には最大8%、極めて有利には最大5%若しくは最大4%が、炭素原子6〜12個を有するラクタム若しくはω−アミノカルボン酸に由来する当量の単位で置き換えられていてよいものとし、及び
2)耐衝撃性改良剤としてのオレフィン系コポリマー40〜1質量部、好ましくは35〜2質量部、特に有利には32〜3質量部、殊に有利には30〜4質量部、ここで、1)と2)との質量部の合計は100である;並びに
II.少なくとも60質量%が、好ましくは少なくとも70質量%が、特に有利には少なくとも80質量%が、殊に有利には少なくとも90質量%が、極めて有利には少なくとも95質量%が、熱可塑性ポリエステルから成る成形材料からの第二の層(層II)
を含む多層複合材料によって解決される。
a)炭素原子2〜12個を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン20〜99.9質量%、好ましくは30〜99.7質量%、
b)次のものから選択される1種以上のアクリル系化合物0〜50質量%
− アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸又はそれらの塩及び
− アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステル、ここで、グリシジルアクリレート及びグリシジルメタクリレートのようなエポキシ基含有のエステルは除外される、

− エテンを基礎とするモノマー単位35〜94.9質量%、好ましくは40〜90質量%、特に有利には45〜85質量%、
− 炭素原子4〜8個を有する1−アルケンを基礎とするモノマー単位5〜65質量%、好ましくは10〜60質量%、特に有利には15〜55質量%、
− 他のオレフィンを基礎とするモノマー単位0〜10質量%、並びに
− 脂肪族不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物を基礎とするモノマー単位0.1〜2.5質量%、ここで、個々の割合は、それらの質量%値の合計が100となるように選択される。エテンを基礎するモノマー単位の本発明による更なる下限値は、34.9質量%、好ましくは39.9質量%、特に有利には44.9質量%であり、一方で、これの本発明による更なる上限値は、好ましくは89.9質量%、特に有利には84.9質量%である。
− エテンを基礎とするモノマー単位35〜94.9質量%、好ましくは40〜90質量%、特に有利には45〜85質量%、
− プロペンを基礎とするモノマー単位5〜65質量%、好ましくは10〜60質量%、特に有利には15〜55質量%、
− 他のオレフィン、例えば非共役ジエンを基礎とするモノマー単位0〜10質量%、並びに

− 次のモノマーの単位を含むオレフィン系コポリマー5〜95質量%:
a)炭素原子2〜12個を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン20〜99.9質量%、
b)アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステル0〜50質量%、ここで、エポキシ基含有エステルは除外される、及び
c)オレフィン系不飽和エポキシド0.1〜50質量%、
ここで、質量%値は、オレフィン系コポリマーを基準とし、かつその合計は最大100であり、並びに
− 次のモノマーの単位を含むオレフィン系コポリマー95〜5質量%:
a)炭素原子2〜12個を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン42〜99.9質量%、
b)アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステル0〜50質量%、ここで、エポキシ基含有エステルは除外される、及び
c)オレフィン系不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物0.1〜8質量%、
ここで、質量%値は、オレフィン系コポリマーを基準とし、その合計は最大100である。
− 第1の実施態様の耐衝撃性改良剤70〜99質量%、及び
− 次のモノマーの単位を含むオレフィン系コポリマー1〜30質量%:
a)炭素原子2〜12個を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン20〜99.9質量%、
b)アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステル0〜50質量%、ここで、エポキシ基含有エステルは除外される、及び
c)オレフィン系不飽和エポキシド0.1〜50質量%、

− 第2の実施態様の耐衝撃性改良剤70〜99質量%、並びに
− 次のモノマーの単位を含むオレフィン系コポリマー1〜30質量%:
a)炭素原子2〜12個を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン20〜99.9質量%、
b)アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステル0〜50質量%、ここで、エポキシ基含有エステルは除外される、及び
c)オレフィン系不飽和エポキシド0.1〜50質量%、
ここで、質量%値は、オレフィン系コポリマーを基準とし、その合計は最大100である。
− 第1の実施態様の耐衝撃性改良剤50〜99質量%、及び
− 第3の実施態様の水素化されかつ酸無水物で変性されたブロックコポリマー1〜50質量%。
− 第2の実施態様の耐衝撃性改良剤50〜99質量%、及び
− 第3の実施態様の水素化されかつ酸無水物で変性されたブロックコポリマー1〜50質量%。
a)安定剤、

VESTODUR(登録商標)3000:Evonik Industries AGのポリブチレンテレフタレート(押出型)
定着剤:PA12 12.6質量部、VESTODUR(登録商標)3000 22.82質量部、欧州特許出願公開第1065048(A2)号明細書の段落[0064]に記載のグラフトコポリマー5.0質量部及び耐衝撃性改良剤(EXXELOR(登録商標)VA1803)4.0質量部からの成形材料
HI−PA6T/612:銅含有安定剤を含まない、本発明により使用される耐衝撃性改良型のPA6T/612−成形材料
HI−PA6T/612_Cu−stab:銅含有安定剤を含む、本発明により使用される耐衝撃性改良型のPA6T/612−成形材料。
重縮合槽中に、ヘキサメチレンジアミン12.621kg、テレフタル酸9.021kg、ドデカン二酸13.356kg、蒸留水15.000kg及び次亜リン酸の50質量%水溶液3.53gを装入した。この装入材料を180℃で溶融し、かつ225℃/22barで3時間撹拌した。10barに連続的に放圧しながら、300℃に加熱し、かつこの温度で更に放圧した。0.5barに達したときに、この槽を空にし、かつ生成物を顆粒化した。この顆粒を、ドラム乾燥器中で後縮合させ、かつ所望の分子量にもたらした。
製造されたPA6T/612 65.38質量部、TAFMER MH7010 30質量部、カラーバッチ2.5質量部、Naugard 445 0.6質量部及びステアリン酸カルシウム0.32質量部を用いた。成形材料を、これらの個々の成分から、溶融混合によって混練ユニット中で製造し、ストランドとして排出し、顆粒化しかつ乾燥させた。
成形材料HI−PA6T/612の製造と同じように行い、その際、さらに、Polyad PB201 Iodide 1.2質量部を加えた。
IDE社のME45/4x25D型の単層管押出装置で、本発明により使用される成形材料からの、外径8.0mm及び壁厚1.0mmの単層管を、280℃及び100rpmの回転数で製造した。
Bellaform社の多層管装置で、それぞれ外径8.0mm及び全壁厚1.0mmの多層管を製造した。この層構成は表1に示している。
a)引張試験:単層管及び多層管を、DIN EN ISO 527−1に依拠して、100mm/分の引張速度で試験した。この試験体は、約200mmの長さであり、取付部の長さは100mmであり、被伸張部の間隔は50mmであった。
・態様1
以下の第一の層(層I)並びに第二の層(層II)を含む多層複合材料であって、
I.少なくとも40質量%で以下の成分1)及び2)を含有する成形材料からの第一の層(層I):
1)次の
α)ヘキサメチレンジアミンとテレフタル酸との組合せ41〜90モル%及び
β)ヘキサメチレンジアミンと炭素原子8〜19個を有する直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸との組合せ59〜10モル%
に由来するモノマー単位から成る部分芳香族コポリアミド60〜99質量部、ここで、モル%値は、α)とβ)との合計を基準とし、並びにヘキサメチレンジアミンの最大20%が当量の他のジアミンで置き換えられていてよく、かつ/又はテレフタル酸の最大20%が当量の他の芳香族ジカルボン酸及び/又は1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸で置き換えられていてよく、かつ/又はヘキサメチレンジアミンと直鎖脂肪族ジカルボンとからの繰り返し単位の最大20%が、炭素原子6〜12個を有するラクタム若しくはω−アミノカルボン酸に由来する当量の単位で置き換えられていてよいものとし、及び
2)耐衝撃性改良剤としてのオレフィン系コポリマー40〜1質量部、ここで、1)と2)との質量部の合計は100である;並びに
II.少なくとも60質量%が熱可塑性ポリエステルから成る成形材料からの第二の層(層II)
を含む前記多層複合材料。
・態様2
前記層Iの成形材料が、更なる添加物0.01〜60質量%を含有することを特徴とする、前記態様1記載の多層複合材料。
・態様3
前記更なる添加物の1つが銅含有安定剤であることを特徴とする、前記態様2記載の多層複合材料。
・態様4
前記更なる添加物の1つが酸化安定剤であることを特徴とする、前記態様2又は3記載の多層複合材料。
・態様5
前記層Iのコポリアミドのクリスタリット融点Tmが、ISO 11357に準拠して2回目昇温時に測定して、220℃〜300℃の範囲にあることを特徴とする、前記態様1から4までのいずれかに記載の多層複合材料。
・態様6
前記層IIの成形材料の熱可塑性ポリエステルが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレン−2,6−ナフタレート、ポリプロピレン−2,6−ナフタレート及びポリブチレン−2,6−ナフタレートから選択されることを特徴とする、前記態様1から5までのいずれかに記載の多層複合材料。
・態様7
1つ又は複数の更なる層を含むことを特徴とする、前記態様1から6までのいずれかに記載の多層複合材料。
・態様8
前記1つ又は複数の更なる層が、
・ 更なる層I、
・ 更なる層II、
・ 定着剤層、
・ 脂肪族ポリアミドを基礎とする成形材料からの層及び
・ フッ素ポリマーを基礎する成形材料からの層
から選択されることを特徴とする、前記態様7記載の多層複合材料。
・態様9
シート若しくはフィルム、プレート又は中空成形品であることを特徴とする、前記態様1から8までのいずれかに記載の多層複合材料。
・態様10
前記中空成形品が、中空異形材、殊に管、又は容器であることを特徴とする、前記態様9記載の多層複合材料。
・態様11
導電性層及びエラストマー外側被覆から選択される、1つ又は複数の更なる層を含むことを特徴とする、前記態様10記載の多層複合材料。
・態様12
燃料導管、液圧導管、ブレーキ導管、クラッチ導管、冷却液導管、石油生産工業及びガス生産工業における剛性管若しくはフレキシブル管用のライナー又はアンビリカルチューブであることを特徴とする、前記態様10又は11記載の多層複合材料。
・態様13
ブレーキ液容器又は燃料容器であることを特徴とする、前記態様10又は11記載の多層複合材料。
Claims (16)
- 以下の第一の層(層I)並びに第二の層(層II)を含む多層複合材料であって、
I.少なくとも40質量%で以下の成分1)及び2)を含有する成形材料からの第一の層(層I):
1)次の
α)ヘキサメチレンジアミンとテレフタル酸との組合せ41〜90モル%及び
β)ヘキサメチレンジアミンと炭素原子8〜19個を有する直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸との組合せ59〜10モル%
に由来するモノマー単位から成る部分芳香族コポリアミド60〜99質量部、ここで、モル%値は、α)とβ)との合計を基準とし、並びにヘキサメチレンジアミンの最大20%が当量の他のジアミンで置き換えられていてよく、かつ/又はテレフタル酸の最大20%が当量の他の芳香族ジカルボン酸及び/又は1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸で置き換えられていてよく、かつ/又はヘキサメチレンジアミンと直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸とからの繰り返し単位の最大20%が、炭素原子6〜12個を有するラクタム若しくはω−アミノカルボン酸に由来する当量の単位で置き換えられていてよいものとし、及び
2)耐衝撃性改良剤としてのオレフィン系コポリマー40〜1質量部、ここで、1)と2)との質量部の合計は100である;並びに
II.少なくとも60質量%が熱可塑性ポリエステルから成る成形材料からの第二の層(層II)
を含む前記多層複合材料。 - 前記層Iの成形材料が、更なる添加物0.01〜60質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記更なる添加物の1つが銅含有安定剤であることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記更なる添加物の1つが酸化安定剤であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記層Iの部分芳香族コポリアミドのクリスタリット融点Tmが、ISO 11357に準拠して2回目昇温時に測定して、220℃〜300℃の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記部分芳香族コポリアミドにおいて、アミノ末端基とカルボキシル末端基との合計に対するアミノ末端基の比の値は、0.3〜0.7であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記耐衝撃性改良剤が、次のモノマーの単位を含むオレフィン系コポリマーである:
a)炭素原子2〜12個を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン20〜99.9質量%、
b)次のものから選択される1種以上のアクリル系化合物0〜50質量%
− アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸又はそれらの塩及び
− アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステル、ここで、エポキシ基含有のエステルは除外される、
c)オレフィン系不飽和エポキシド又はジカルボン酸無水物0.1〜50質量%、ここで、質量%値は、オレフィン系コポリマーを基準とし、かつその合計は最大で100であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材料。 - 前記耐衝撃性改良剤は、次のモノマー単位を含むオレフィン系コポリマーである:
− エテンを基礎とするモノマー単位35〜94.9質量%、
− 炭素原子4〜8個を有する1−アルケンを基礎とするモノマー単位5〜65質量%、
− 他のオレフィンを基礎とするモノマー単位0〜10質量%、並びに
− 脂肪族不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物を基礎とするモノマー単位0.1〜2.5質量%、ここで、個々の割合は、それらの質量%値の合計が100となるように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の多層複合材料。 - 前記層IIの成形材料の熱可塑性ポリエステルが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレン−2,6−ナフタレート、ポリプロピレン−2,6−ナフタレート及びポリブチレン−2,6−ナフタレートから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材料。
- 1つ又は複数の更なる層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記1つ又は複数の更なる層が、
・ 更なる層I、
・ 更なる層II、
・ 定着剤層、
・ 脂肪族ポリアミドを基礎とする成形材料からの層及び
・ フッ素ポリマーを基礎する成形材料からの層
から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の多層複合材料。 - シート若しくはフィルム、プレート又は中空成形品であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の多層複合材料。
- 前記中空成形品が、中空異形材、殊に管、又は容器であることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の多層複合材料。
- 導電性層及びエラストマー外側被覆から選択される、1つ又は複数の更なる層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13記載の多層複合材料。
- 燃料導管、液圧導管、ブレーキ導管、クラッチ導管、冷却液導管、石油生産工業及びガス生産工業における剛性管若しくはフレキシブル管用のライナー又はアンビリカルチューブであることを特徴とする、請求項13又は14記載の多層複合材料。
- ブレーキ液容器又は燃料容器であることを特徴とする、請求項13又は14記載の多層複合材料。
