Description
Claims (18)
- 血液処理装置であって、前記血液処理装置は、前記血液処理装置のユーザによるデータの入力のための少なくとも1つのタッチスクリーンを有するとともに処方を記憶する少なくとも1つのメモリを有する、血液処理装置において、前記血液処理装置は、前記タッチスクリーンと前記メモリの両方に接続された少なくとも1つのプロセッサを有し、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記ユーザによって前記タッチスクリーン上に描かれた推移に基づいて処方を決定するよう構成され、前記プロセッサは、前記ユーザによって描かれた前記推移にのみ基づいて前記処方を決定するよう構成され、
前記プロセッサは、前記描かれた推移のベクトル化を実施するよう構成され、
次に、直線区分を前記描かれた推移から形成し、これら直線区分を対応の結合箇所のところで互いにつなぎ、直線区分により形成される連続推移が結果として得られるようにする、血液処理装置。 - 前記推移は、1つまたは2つ以上の処理パラメータの時間的推移である、請求項1記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記処理パラメータは、透析液の量、1種類または2種類以上の濃度、限外濾過量または透析投与量kT/V、クリアランス、患者の体内の透析液の充填量および/または排液量および/または滞留時間である、請求項2記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記透析液の量は、患者の体内に存在する腹膜透析液の量である、請求項3記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記ユーザによって前記タッチスクリーン上で実行された前記推移の変更に基づいて前記処方に対する変更を決定するよう構成されている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記処方に対する前記変更は、前記処理の持続時間の変更、前記処理の個々のステップの時点の変更、前記処理の個々のステップの回数の変更、透析液の投与量の変更、排液量の変更または処理形式の変更に関連している、請求項5記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、処理サイクルを追加しまたは取り消すための出力、および/または前記ユーザによって前記タッチスクリーン上で実行された前記推移の一区分のタッチングに基づいて前記タッチスクリーン上の触れた区分の1つまたは2つ以上のパラメータ値の出力を生じさせるよう構成されている、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、該プロセッサが前記タッチスクリーン上の前記出力パラメータ値の変更を可能にするよう構成されている、請求項7記載の血液処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、該プロセッサが前記処理の既に実行された部分の前記処方に対する変更を許容しないよう構成されている、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の血液処理装置。
- 血液処理装置で処方を作製する方法であって、前記血液処理装置は、前記血液処理装置のユーザによるデータの入力のための少なくとも1つのタッチスクリーンを有するとともに処方を記憶する少なくとも1つのメモリを有する、方法において、前記ユーザが前記処方の推移を前記タッチスクリーン上に描くことによって前記処方を作製し、
前記描かれた推移のベクトル化を実行し、
次に、直線区分を前記描かれた推移から形成し、これら直線区分を対応の結合箇所のところで互いにつなぎ、直線区分により形成される連続推移が結果として得られるようにする、方法。 - 前記推移は、1つまたは2つ以上の処理パラメータの時間的推移である、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記処理パラメータは、投与された透析液の量、1種類または2種類以上の濃度、限外濾過量または透析投与量kT/V、クリアランス、患者の体内の透析液の充填量および/または排液量および/または滞留時間である、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記投与された透析液の量は、患者の体内に存在する腹膜透析液の量である、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記処方に対する変更を前記ユーザによって前記タッチスクリーン上で実行された前記推移の変更に基づいて決定する、請求項10〜13のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 前記処方に対する前記変更は、前記処理の持続時間の変更、前記処理の個々のステップの時点の変更、前記処理の個々のステップの回数の変更、透析液の投与量の変更、または処理形式の変更に関連している、請求項14記載の方法。
- 処理サイクルを追加しまたは取り消すための出力、および/または前記タッチスクリーン上の触れた区分の1つまたは2つ以上のパラメータ値の出力は、前記ユーザによって前記タッチスクリーン上で実行された前記推移の一区分のタッチングに基づいて行われる、請求項10〜15のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 前記出力パラメータ値に対する変更を前記ユーザによって前記タッチスクリーン上で実行できる、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記処理の前記既に実行された部分の前記処方に対する変更は、可能ではない、請求項10〜17のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
