Description
Claims (13)
- 散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)であって、
選択的に制御可能な圧縮液体供給部に結合する為の装着部(30a)および少なくとも一つの放出オリフィス(40)を有する液体放出部(30b)を有し、中央流路(31)を画成するノズル本体(30)と、
前記ノズル本体(30)の中央流路(31)と流体連通する液体流路(51)を有する、前記ノズル本体(30)内に配置されるオリフィス部材(50)と、
を備え、
前記オリフィス部材(50)は、円筒部(65)と小径ハブ(66)とを有し、前記円筒部(65)は、前記小径ハブ(66)より直径が大きく、前記オリフィス部材(50)の液体流路(51)は、円錐台通路部(51a)を含み、前記円錐台通路部(51a)の2分の1が、前記円筒部(65)を介して連通し、前記円錐台通路部(51a)の2分の1が、前記小径ハブ(66)を介して連通し、前記円錐台通路部(51a)は、前記液体供給部から前記オリフィス部材(50)を通って誘導される液体流を加速させる為に、前記オリフィス部材(50)の放出オリフィス(52)と連通する、下流方向で内側にテーパが付けられた構成を有し、
前記オリフィス部材(50)は、弾性かつ圧力応答性の変形可能な材料で形成され、20−60psi(1.4−4.1バール)から選択的に制御可能な圧縮される前記液体供給部の圧力増加の際、前記オリフィス部材(50)の前記放出オリフィス(52)および前記液体流路(51)は、オリフィス部材(50)およびノズル本体(30)を通る流量が少なくとも75パーセントだけ予測通りに増加させるように変形可能であり、
前記オリフィス部材(50)への圧縮液体供給部の供給中断の際に前記オリフィス部材(50)の液体流路(51)および放出オリフィス(52)は、当初の形状に戻る、散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。 - 前記オリフィス部材(50)の液体流路(51)は、前記円錐台通路部(51a)の上流端部と連通し、前記円錐台通路部(51a)の上流端部より大径を有する円筒通路部(70)を前記円筒部(65)内に含む、請求項1に記載の散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。
- 前記オリフィス部材(50)の前記円錐台通路部(51a)は、20および40度の角度で形成される、請求項1に記載の散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。
- 前記オリフィス部材(50)は、エチレンポリプロピレンゴム、フルオロカーボンゴムから形成される、請求項1に記載の散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。
- 前記小径ハブ(66)は、内側にテーパが付けられた円錐台端部(68)を有する、請求項1に記載の散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。
- 前記小径ハブ(66)の前記テーパが付けられた円錐台端部(68)は、前記円筒部(65)から前記小径ハブ(66)の軸方向の長さの2分の1未満の軸方向の長さを有する、請求項5に記載の散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。
- 前記オリフィス部材(50)は、前記オリフィス部材(50)に対して選択的に制御可能な圧縮される前記液体供給部の圧力が20psiから60psi(1.4から4.1バール)に制御されて増加すると、前記オリフィス部材(50)を通る液体流が少なくとも130%だけ増加するような弾性材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。
- 前記オリフィス部材(50)の前記放出オリフィス(52)に対して下流で配置された衝突要素(55)を含み、前記オリフィス部材(50)からの圧縮された液体流ストリームが前記衝突要素(55)に誘導され、前記液体の噴霧化が容易にされ、前記衝突要素(55)は、前記オリフィス部材(50)の前記小径ハブ(66)を囲んで配置された環状装着プレート(59)から延びる脚部(58)によって前記オリフィス部材(50)の前記放出オリフィス(52)に対向し離間されて支持される衝突プレート(56)である、請求項1に記載の散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。
- 前記ノズル本体(30)は、前記衝突要素(55)の下流に膨張チャンバ(31b)を画成し、前記衝突要素(55)は、前記膨張チャンバ(31b)の直径より大きな軸方向の長さを有する、請求項8に記載の散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。
- 前記ノズル本体(30)は、環状の液体供給ステム(20)によって、前記選択的に制御可能な圧縮される前記液体供給部と連通して支持され、前記液体供給ステム(20)は、環状ビード(20a)を有し、前記オリフィス部材(50)の円筒部(65)は、前記液体供給ステム(20)および前記ノズル本体(30)の間に密封ガスケットを形成する、請求項1に記載の散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。
- 散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)であって、
選択的に制御可能な圧縮液体供給部に結合する為の装着部(30a)と、少なくとも一つの放出オリフィス(40)を有する液体放出部(30b)とを有し、中央流路(31)を画成するノズル本体(30)と、
前記ノズル本体(30)の中央流路(31)と流体連通する液体流路(51)を有する、前記ノズル本体(30)内部に配置されるオリフィス部材(50)であって、前記オリフィス部材(50)は、円筒部(65)と小径ハブ(66)とを有し、前記円筒部(65)は、前記小径ハブ(66)より大径を有し、前記オリフィス部材(50)の液体流路(51)は、前記円筒部(65)および前記小径ハブ(66)の両方と少なくとも部分的に連通する円錐台通路部(51a)を含み、前記円錐台通路部(51a)は、前記オリフィス部材(50)を通って誘導される液体流を加速させるオリフィス部材(50)の放出オリフィス(52)と連通する下流方向で内側にテーパが付けられた構成を有する、前記オリフィス部材(50)と、
前記オリフィス部材(50)の前記放出オリフィス(52)に対して下流側で対向して配置された衝突要素(55)であって、前記オリフィス部材(50)からの圧縮された液体流ストリームが前記液体の噴霧を容易にするように誘導され、前記衝突要素(55)は、前記小径ハブ(66)を囲んで配置された環状装着プレート(59)から延びる脚部(58)によって前記オリフィス部材(50)の前記放出オリフィス(52)に対向し離間されて支持される衝突プレート(56)を含む、前記衝突要素(55)と、

前記オリフィス部材(50)は、柔軟かつ圧力応答性の変形可能な材料で形成され、20−60psi(1.4−4.1バール)から前記液体供給部の圧力増加の際、前記オリフィス部材(50)の前記放出オリフィス(52)および前記液体流路(51)は、前記オリフィス部材(50)およびノズル本体(30)を通る流量が少なくとも75%だけ予測通りに増加できるように変形可能であり、前記オリフィス部材(50)への圧縮液体の供給中断の際に前記オリフィス部材(50)の液体流路(51)および放出オリフィス(52)は、それらの当初の形状に戻る、散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。 - 前記オリフィス部材(50)の前記円筒部(65)は、前記小径ハブ(66)の軸方向の長さより大きな軸方向の厚さを有する、請求項11に記載の散布ノズルアセンブリ(11)。
