Claims (6)
- 所定の周波数を有する同一の発振信号がそれぞれ入力され前記発振信号の位相及び振幅を調整して出力可能な複数の調整器と、
前記複数の調整器が出力する出力発振信号を複数のアンテナにそれぞれ供給するための複数の接続部と、
前記複数の調整器の出力に対してそれぞれ設けられる複数のカプラと、
前記複数のカプラからそれぞれ延びる互いに等しい長さを有すると共に互いに独立した複数の等長配線と、
同一の信号源から等長の分岐配線を介して供給された信号であり前記所定の周波数を有する同一の参照発振信号と前記複数の出力発振信号の対応する1つとを入力とし前記複数の等長配線にそれぞれ接続された複数のミキサ回路と、
前記複数のミキサ回路の出力の直流成分に応じて前記複数の調整器により前記位相及び振幅の少なくとも一方を調整する制御回路
を含む電子回路。 - 前記複数の調整器の各々は移相器と増幅器とを含み、前記移相器により前記位相を調整し、前記増幅器により前記振幅を調整する請求項1記載の電子回路。
- 前記ミキサ回路は第1の電圧と前記第1の電圧とは異なる第2の電圧との間で直列接続された2つのMOSトランジスタを含み、前記2つのMOSトランジスタのゲート端には前記参照発振信号と前記複数の出力発振信号の1つとがそれぞれ印加され、前記ミキサ回路の出力は前記2つのMOSトランジスタの間の接続点の電圧である請求項1又は2記載の電子回路。
- 前記制御回路は、前記複数の調整器の位相設定の変化に対して前記直流成分が極値となる点に前記直流成分が位置されるように前記複数の調整器により前記位相を調整する請求項1乃至3いずれか一項記載の電子回路。
- 発振回路と、
複数のアンテナの送信信号を送信する複数の送信チャネルと、
複数のアンテナの受信信号を受信する複数の受信チャネルと、
前記複数の送信チャネルのテストを行うテスト回路と
を含み、前記複数の送信チャネルは、
前記発振回路が生成する所定の周波数を有する同一の発振信号がそれぞれ入力され前記発振信号の位相及び振幅を調整して出力可能な複数の調整器と、
前記複数の調整器が出力する出力発振信号を複数の送信用アンテナにそれぞれ供給するための複数の接続部と
を含み、前記テスト回路は、
前記複数の調整器の出力に対してそれぞれ設けられる複数のカプラと、
前記複数のカプラからそれぞれ延びる互いに等しい長さを有すると共に互いに独立した複数の等長配線と、
同一の信号源から等長の分岐配線を介して供給された信号であり前記所定の周波数を有する同一の参照発振信号と前記複数の出力発振信号の対応する1つとを入力とし前記複数の等長配線にそれぞれ接続された複数のミキサ回路と、
前記複数のミキサ回路の出力の直流成分に応じて前記複数の調整器により前記位相及び振幅の少なくとも一方を調整する制御回路
を含むレーダ装置。 - 所定の周波数を有する同一の入力発振信号がそれぞれ入力される複数の送信チャネルからカプラ及び互いに長さが等しく且つ互いに独立した複数の等長配線を介して得られた複数の発振信号のうちの対応する1つと、同一の信号源から等長の分岐配線を介して供給された信号であり前記所定の周波数を有する同一の参照発振信号とを複数のミキサ回路にそれぞれ入力し、
前記複数の送信チャネルをそれぞれ伝搬する複数の発振信号の位相及び振幅の少なくとも一方を前記複数のミキサ回路の出力の直流成分に応じて調整する
各段階を含むレーダの送信チャネルの補正方法。
