Description
The present invention relates to a container device for accommodating a rehabilitation pipe for rehabilitating an existing buried pipe such as a sewer pipe, a water supply pipe, an agricultural water pipe, and a gas pipe and transporting the rehabilitation pipe by a freight vehicle such as a truck. The present invention relates to a container device suitable for accommodating and transporting a container wound around a drum.
In recent years, measures against aging of existing sewer pipes, water pipes, agricultural water pipes, gas pipes and other buried pipes have been required. As an example, a rehabilitation method in which a rehabilitation pipe made of a thermoplastic resin is lined on the inner wall of the buried pipe is known (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). This type of rehabilitation tube originally has a circular cross section, but in the manufacturing process, one side portion in the circumferential direction is recessed to reduce the diameter or flatten the tube. It is wound around the drum in this deformed state. Hereinafter, the rehabilitation tube wound around the drum is referred to as a "rehabilitation tube winding body".
The rehabilitation pipe wrapping body is loaded on the loading platform of a freight vehicle such as a truck and transported to the rehabilitation construction site. Cover the rehabilitation tube winding body during transportation with a resin cover.
At the rehabilitation construction site, the rehabilitation pipes are sequentially drawn out from the drum and inserted into the buried pipe via the starting manhole. At the same time, pull in the rehabilitation pipe with a winch from the reaching manhole side.
After that, the rehabilitation tube is heated to a certain temperature (for example, about 70 ° C. or higher) with high-temperature steam or the like. Then, the rehabilitation tube returns to a circular cross section. This property is called shape recovery. The temperature is referred to as a shape recovery temperature. By injecting compressed air into the rehabilitation pipe that has returned to a circular cross section, the rehabilitation pipe expands and the rehabilitation pipe can be brought into close contact with the inner wall of the buried pipe.
From the viewpoint of protecting the rehabilitation pipe during transportation and preheating, it is preferable to install the container on the loading platform of a freight vehicle such as a truck and to house the rehabilitation pipe winding body in the container for transportation. A general freight vehicle container has a box shape that can be sealed and has a door at the rear end. Open this door and lift the cargo with a forklift to put it in and out. It is not designed to be hung by a crane.
However, there is not always a forklift at the construction site. Also, there is not always a crane car. On the other hand, if a freight vehicle with a crane such as a unic is used as the freight vehicle, it is possible to lift the rehabilitation pipe winding body without a dedicated crane vehicle. Therefore, the container for transporting the rehabilitation tube wrapping body should have a structure that can be lifted and put in and out, or a structure that can be lifted and put in and out, rather than a container that can be taken in and out only by lifting the rehabilitation tube wrapping body. Can be said to be desirable.
As such a container structure, for example, it is conceivable that the top plate of the container can be opened, the rehabilitation tube winding body is taken in and out from above the container from which the top plate is removed, and then the top plate is attached. It is also conceivable to eliminate the bottom plate of the container, load the rehabilitation tube winding body on the loading platform, and then cover the container from above.
However, in general, the diameter of the drum for the rehabilitation pipe is about 2.6 m, and when the heights of the gantry and the freight vehicle carrier are added to this, it becomes about 4 m. In order to load and unload the rehabilitation tube wrapping body on the container with the top plate open and to cover the bottomless container on the rehabilitation tube wrapping body using a crane, a height of about 8 m, which is twice as high, is required. .. It cannot be applied in places where the workable height is limited to the required height or less, such as when there is an obstacle such as an elevated electric wire at a height lower than that, or the boom length of the crane is less than the required height. .. In addition, when lifting the rehabilitation tube wrapping body or the bottomless container, care must be taken not to cause the rehabilitation tube wrapping body and the container to collide or get caught. Furthermore, after hanging the container top plate or bottomless container, it is necessary to firmly fix it, which increases the number of safety management items.
In view of such circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a container device that can be lifted and taken in and out of the rehabilitation tube winding body, or that can be taken in and out even if it is lifted or lifted, and that the height limit is not easily caught even when the rehabilitation tube winding body is lifted. To do.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a container device for transporting a rehabilitation pipe lined on the inner wall of an existing buried pipe by a freight vehicle.
A rail provided on the loading platform of the freight vehicle so as to extend in the direction of the vehicle length,
A container that can be displaced between the retracted position and the accommodation position along the rail,
A drum stand provided in a portion of the loading platform corresponding to the accommodation position, and
The rehabilitation tube winding body obtained by winding the rehabilitation tube around the drum can be mounted on the drum stand and can be accommodated in the container when it is in the accommodation position.
According to the container device, by moving the container to the retracted position, the drum stand on the accommodating position corresponding portion of the loading platform is opened. In this state, the rehabilitation tube winding body is loaded and unloaded on the portion corresponding to the accommodation position of the loading platform. At this time, the rehabilitation pipe winding body may be lifted by a crane or the like, or may be lifted by a forklift or the like. In short, the rehabilitation tube winding body can be lifted and put in and out, or can be lifted and put in and out.
Moreover, the rehabilitation tube winding body may be lifted or lifted at least higher than the rail or drum stand. There is no need to lift above the top of the container. Therefore, even if there is a height limit, it is possible to prevent it from getting caught.
In addition, it is possible to prevent the rehabilitation tube winding body during loading and unloading from colliding with or getting caught in the container, and the work can be performed easily and safely. After mounting the rehabilitation tube winding body on the drum stand, the container is placed in the accommodating position. At this time, the door facing the container storage position is left open. As a result, the rehabilitation tube winding body is housed in the container. In this way, the rehabilitation tube wrapping body can be easily put in and taken out of the container.
A gate-shaped container body having side walls and top plates on both sides in the vehicle width direction, and a side portion facing the accommodation position when the container is at least in the retracted position among both side portions in the vehicle length direction of the container body. It is preferable to include a double-door door provided in.
By displacing the container from the retracted position to the accommodating position with the door open, the drum stand and thus the rehabilitation tube winding body can be accommodated in the container body. By opening the door of the container with double doors, the door can be reliably opened and closed even in a site with height restrictions or in a narrow site.
It is preferable that the container at the retracted position is arranged on the first side portion of the loading platform in the vehicle length direction, and the container at the accommodating position is arranged on the second side portion of the loading platform in the vehicle length direction.
As a result, the container can be moved back and forth between the retracted position and the accommodating position on the loading platform of one freight vehicle.
The rail includes a first rail portion arranged on the first side portion and a second rail portion arranged on the second side portion, and the first rail portion and the second rail portion are in a straight line. It is preferable that they can be separated from each other.
As a result, installation and removal on the loading platform can be performed for each rail portion. For example, after engaging the container with the first rail portion, the container and the first rail portion can be integrally installed or removed. Further, with the drum pedestal and the second rail portion joined, the drum pedestal and the second rail portion can be integrally installed or removed. As a result, the container device can be efficiently installed and removed from the freight vehicle.
It is preferable that a window is formed on the side wall of the container.
By opening the window, you can check the fixed state of the rehabilitation tube winding body. Further, the fixing operation and the fixing release operation of the rehabilitation tube winding body can be performed through the window. It is also possible to hang a sling or other binding cord between the rehabilitation tube wrapping body and the hook on the side of the freight vehicle through the window.
It is preferable to further provide a heating system for heating the rehabilitation tube winding body in the container.
The rehabilitation tube can be heated and kept in a soft state while the rehabilitation tube winding body is being transported by a freight vehicle. As a result, after arriving at the construction site, the rehabilitation pipe can be immediately unwound from the rehabilitation pipe winding body. The heating and softening process of the rehabilitation pipe at the construction site can be omitted, and the construction period can be shortened.
It is preferable that the heating system includes a hot air generator that heats and blows air, and a blowing nozzle that is connected to the hot air generator via a blowing duct and faces the inside of the container.
As a result, hot air can be blown into the container from the blowing nozzle to heat the rehabilitation pipe.
It is preferable that the hot air generator is arranged on the first side portion.
As a result, the space on the first side of the loading platform can be used as a place for installing the hot air generator. Further, a power source (generator or the like) of the hot air generator can be installed on the first side of the loading platform.
According to the container according to the present invention, the rehabilitation tube winding body can be lifted and put in and out, or can be lifted and put in and out. Further, when hoisting, even if there is a height limit, it can be made difficult to get caught in the height. Therefore, safety (collision avoidance) can be ensured, the quality of the rehabilitated pipe can be maintained, and workability can be improved.
