Further, in the lower end hooking portion 23, the inclined portion 23b is inserted into the gap 98-4 between the louver 97-4 and the louver 97-5, and the hooking piece 23a is hooked from the inside α of the sound insulation panel 99 to the louver 97-4. Be done.

In the fixing portion 25, since the protruding portion 22c of the upper end hooking portion 22 and the protruding portion 23c of the lower end hooking portion 23 extend toward the outer side β of the sound insulation panel 99, the head of the bolt 2b is formed by the perforated plate portion 25a and the louver. It will be placed between 97-4.

As shown in FIG. 7, the connecting member 3 is formed by using a steel plate and extending in the stretching direction X as the longitudinal direction. In the connecting member 3, both ends in the lateral direction are bent in the same direction to form the contact portion 3a.

In the connecting member 3, elongated holes 3b extending in the longitudinal direction are formed on both end sides in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 5, the connecting member 3 is fixed to the fixing portion 25 by inserting the bolt 2b into the hole 3b and screwing the nut 3c into the bolt 2b. At this time, the contact portion 3a of the connecting member 3 is brought into contact with the flange 92 of the support column 91.

As the connecting material 3, a material having a bending strength higher than that of the louver 97 is used. Therefore, the connecting member 3 is fixed to the fixing portion 25 in a state of extending in the stretching direction X. That is, in the connecting member 3, the nut 3c is screwed into the bolt 2b inserted into the hole 3b, so that the louver 97 is curved in the extending orthogonal direction Y by the hooking portion 21, and the outside of the sound insulation panel 99. It is fixed to the fixing portion 25 in a state of being attracted toward β. At this time, the louvers 97-1 and the louvers 97-2 are curved in the extending orthogonal direction Y by the upper end hooking portion 22, and are attracted toward the outer side β of the sound insulation panel 99. Further, the louver 97-4 is curved in the extending orthogonal direction Y by the lower end hooking portion 23, and is attracted toward the outer side β of the sound insulation panel 99.

Next, a method for reinforcing the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied will be described.

In the method for reinforcing the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied, a mounting step of mounting the mounting member 2 on each sound insulating panel 99 provided on both sides in the extending direction X via the support column 91 and a mounting member mounted in the mounting step are provided. It is provided with a connecting step of connecting the two to each other with the connecting material 3.

In the mounting step, first, as shown in FIG. 8, the hooking portion 21 of the mounting member 2 is inserted into the gap 98 between the louvers 97 and hooked from the inside α of the sound insulation panel 99 to the louver 97 to fix the mounting member 2. The portion 25 is arranged on the outer side β of the sound insulation panel 99.

Specifically, in the mounting process, the hook piece 22a of the upper end hook portion 22 is inserted into the gap 98-2 of the louver 97-2 and the louver 97-3 and hooked to the louver 97-1 from the inside of the sound insulation panel 99. .. At this time, the inclined portion 22b of the upper end hooking portion 22 is arranged in a state of being inserted into the gap 98-2.

Further, in the mounting step, the hook piece 23a of the lower end hook portion 23 is inserted into the gap 98-4 of the louvers 97-4 and 97-5 and hooked to the louver 97-4 from the inside of the sound insulation panel 99. At this time, the inclined portion 23b of the lower end hooking portion 23 is arranged in a state of being inserted into the gap 98-4.

Next, in the connecting step, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the connecting member 3 is brought into contact with the support column 91, and the fixing portion 25 of each mounting member 2 and the connecting member 3 are fixed.

In the connecting step, as shown in FIG. 9, the bolt 2b of the fixing portion 25 is inserted into the hole 3b of the connecting member 3. At this time, the contact portion 3a of the connecting member 3 is in contact with the flange 92 of the support column 91.

Then, in the connecting step, as shown in FIG. 10, the fixing portion 25 of the mounting member 2 and the connecting member 3 are fixed by screwing the nut 3c to the bolt 2b. In the connecting step, it is fixed to the fixing portion 25 in a state of extending in the stretching direction X. That is, in the connecting step, the nut 3c is screwed into the bolt 2b inserted into the hole 3b of the connecting member 3, so that the louver 97 is curved by the hooking portion 21 in the extending orthogonal direction Y, and the sound insulation panel 99 Pull towards the outer β of. At this time, in the connecting step, the louvers 97-1 and 97-2 are curved in the extending orthogonal direction Y by the upper end hooking portion 22 and pulled toward the outer side β of the sound insulation panel 99. Further, the louver 97-4 is curved in the extending orthogonal direction Y by the lower end hooking portion 23 and pulled toward the outer side β of the sound insulation panel 99 to complete the method for reinforcing the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the sound insulating panel reinforcing metal fitting 1 to which the present invention is applied is attached to the mounting member 2 attached to each sound insulating panel 99 provided on both sides in the extending direction X via the support column 91. A connecting member 3 for connecting the members 2 to each other is provided, and the connecting member 3 is brought into contact with the support column 91 and fixed to the fixing portion 25 of each mounting member 2. As a result, in the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied, the connecting member 3 comes into contact with the support column 91 even if the mounting tool 94 or the like for attaching the sound insulation panel 99 to the support column 91 is detached due to aged deterioration or the like. This state is maintained, and it is possible to prevent the sound insulation panel 99 from falling off from the support column 91.

Further, in the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied, the connecting member 3 is fixed to the fixing portion 25 by screwing the nut 3c to the bolt 2b of the mounting member 2 attached to the sound insulation panel 99. Therefore, the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied can prevent the sound insulation panel 99 from falling off without newly installing the sound insulation panel 99 that is likely to fall off from the support column 91. Further, the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied can be easily installed.

The sound insulation panel reinforcing metal fitting 1 to which the present invention is applied can be operated from the noise source side (for example, the road side) by fixing the connecting member 3 to the fixing portion 25 at the outer β of the sound insulation panel 99. Become. That is, when the sound insulation wall 9 is provided on the road or the like in the elevated portion, it cannot wrap around to the back side thereof. However, the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied is the back surface of the road in the elevated portion. Since it is not necessary to wrap around to the side and the work can be performed from the road side of the elevated portion, even if the sound insulation wall 9 is provided on the elevated portion, the sound insulation panel 99 can be prevented from falling off from the support column 91. Is possible.

The reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied has a hooking portion 21 in which the mounting member 2 is inserted into the gap 98 between the louvers 97 and is hooked to the louver 97 from the inside α of the sound insulation panel 99. As a result, the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied is hooked to the louver 97 of the sound insulation panel 99 on which the impact acts when an impact due to a collision of a vehicle or the like acts on one of the sound insulation panels 99. The hooking portion 21 of the mounting member 2 of the above cuts the louver 97. At this time, the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied is the hooking portion 21 of the mounting member 2 attached to the other sound insulation panel 99 adjacent to the one sound insulation panel 99 on which the impact is applied in the extending direction X. Is held in a state of being hooked to the louver 97 of the other sound insulation panel 99, and the mounting member 2 is attached to the other sound insulation panel 99.

As described above, the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied is attached to one sound insulation panel 99 when an impact due to a collision of a vehicle or the like acts on the other sound insulation panel 99 on which the impact does not act. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the mounting member 2 and the connecting member 3 from being scattered on the road or the like. As a result, the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied can prevent, for example, the traveling of a vehicle or the like following the vehicle or the like that has collided with the sound insulation panel 99 in advance from being hindered.

In the sound insulation panel reinforcing metal fitting 1 to which the present invention is applied, since the upper end hooking portion 22 and the lower end hooking portion 23 are hooked to different louvers 97, the mounting member 2 is more firmly mounted on the sound insulating panel 99. Become.

In the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied, the upper end hooking portion 22 inserted into the gap 98-2 of the louver 97-2 and the louver 97-3 is hooked to the louver 97-1, and the louver 97-4 is applied. And the lower end hooking portion 23 inserted into the gap 98-4 of the louver 97-5 is hooked to the louver 97-4. As described above, the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied is hooked to the louver 97-1 that does not form the gap 98-2 through which the upper end hooking portion 22 is inserted, while the lower end hooking portion 23 is hooked. It is hooked on the louver 97-4 forming the inserted gap 98-4.

That is, in the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied, the upper end hooking portion 22 hooked on the louver 97-1 and the lower end hooking portion 23 hooked on the louver 97-4 undergo different operations to insulate sound. It will be attached to or removed from the panel 99. Therefore, in the sound insulation panel reinforcing metal fitting 1 to which the present invention is applied, when the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel vibrates in the horizontal direction or the height direction Z due to the passage of a vehicle or the like, the upper end hooking portion 22 and the lower end hooking portion 23 fall off at the same time. It becomes possible to prevent.

Although the examples of the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, the above-described embodiments are merely examples of the embodiment of the present invention, and the technical aspects of the present invention are based on these. The scope should not be construed in a limited way.

The present inventors prepared a test body and conducted a test for confirming the behavior of the reinforcing metal fitting of the sound insulation panel when an impact was applied to the sound insulation panel.

FIG. 11 is a photograph showing a test body before the test. The test body was manufactured by using four H-shaped steel columns and three sound insulation panels on which a plurality of louvers were formed. The test body is manufactured by providing a sound insulation panel between each column, attaching a mounting member to each sound insulating panel, and connecting the mounting members with a connecting material. In the test body, the hooking portion of the mounting member is inserted into the gap between the louvers and hooked to the louver from the inside of the sound insulation panel.

In the test, of the three sound insulation panels arranged so that the louvers face upward, a weight of 30 kg was dropped from a predetermined height with respect to the sound insulation panel arranged in the center, thereby impacting the sound insulation panel. Was given, and the behavior of the reinforcing metal fittings of the sound insulation panel was confirmed.

FIG. 12A is a photograph showing a test piece after the test. Further, FIG. 12B is an enlarged photograph showing the sound insulation panel to which the impact was applied.

As shown in FIG. 12 (a), while the mounting member attached to the impacted sound insulation panel is detached from the sound insulation panel, the hooking portion of the mounting member attached to the non-impacted sound insulation panel is It was held in a state of being hung on the louver of the sound insulation panel, and was attached to the other sound insulation panel. Further, the connecting material was deformed with the support column as a fulcrum.

Further, as shown in FIG. 12B, when an impact acts on the sound insulation panel, the louver is cut by the hooking portion of one of the mounting members that is hooked on the louver of the sound insulation panel on which the impact acts. It was.

From this test, it was confirmed that the reinforcing metal fittings of the sound insulation panel are attached to the other sound insulation panel on which the impact is not applied when the impact due to the collision of a vehicle or the like acts on one of the sound insulation panels. .. Therefore, it has been confirmed that the reinforcing metal fitting 1 of the sound insulation panel to which the present invention is applied can prevent the sound insulation panel from being scattered on the road or the like when an impact acts on the sound insulation panel.
