Description
− カートリッジパイプ内の噴霧構成部品における加熱素子(Shenzhen smoore technology Ltd.、電子たばこ、特許文献1)
− 噴霧器を構成する加熱素子および電子たばこリキッド(SIS Resources Ltd.、特許文献2)、および
− 異なる2つの容器から気化した2つのリキッドを同じ領域(エアロゾル化ゾーン)に集める2つの加熱素子。移送素子が加熱素子と絡み合い、エアロゾル化ゾーンを生じさせる。(R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co.、特許文献3)
− 加熱素子の腐食の進行、気化温度の変更およびヒータ効率の低下のリスクの低減
− 不完全な気化の進行またはフィルタ付き加熱素子でのリキッドの摂取のリスクの低減
− 汚れへの暴露、蒸気特性の変更およびカートリッジのコストの増加の低減
− 圧力装置に基づく不完全な気化による爆発のリスクの低減
− (この技術において公知であるように)吸着部材と加熱素子との間の接触による可燃性のリスクの低減

− たばこ当量測定 − たばこ当量測定は、吸引回数および各吸引長さに基づいて、ユーザが吸引した、対応する「実際のたばこ」の推定本数が何本であるかをプロセッサが決定することを可能にし、ユーザにその事実を警告することができる。たとえば、プロセッサは、ユーザが10本以上のたばこを吸ったという信号をユーザに提供し、警告を設定するように構成され得る。代わりに、ユーザは、前もって、たばこの限度を設定し、その後、電子たばこが、予め決められた時間消されるようにされ得る。

− 1つのカートリッジを別のカートリッジに取り換えることによる簡単な香りの取り換え;
− カートリッジ内の物質と加熱素子との間の接触の防止、それによるカートリッジから別のカートリッジへの香りの移動の回避;
− 露出した吸着部材と加熱素子との間の接触の防止、それによる着火への移行のリスクの減少;および
− 再使用可能な開放した(使用中の)カートリッジの使用が可能になること
Claims (19)
- 電子たばこ用のカートリッジであって、
前記カートリッジは、電池および前記電池に接続された少なくとも1つの加熱素子を有する前記電子たばこの基部に組み付けられるように構成され、
前記カートリッジは、
吸引される物質をその内部に含むように構成され、物質排出口を備える物質チャンバと、
前記物質チャンバから分離し、前記物質をその中に受取るために前記物質排出口と連通した気化チャンバと、
少なくとも前記カートリッジが前記基部に組み付けられるときに、前記基部の前記加熱素子によって加熱されるように、および前記気化チャンバ内で前記物質を気化させるために前記物質排出口を経由して供給される前記物質を加熱するように構成された少なくとも1つの熱伝達ユニットと
を備え、
前記熱伝達ユニットは、前記カートリッジが前記基部に組み付けられるときに、前記加熱素子から熱を受取るために前記加熱素子と接続するように構成された第1側部と、前記物質排出口から供給される前記物質に熱を提供するために前記物質排出口に対向する第2側部とを有し、前記第1側部が、前記加熱素子の対応する接続表面と適合するように構成された接続表面を有する、カートリッジ。 - 前記気化チャンバ内に少なくとも部分的に配置される吸着部材をさらに備える請求項1記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記カートリッジが前記基部に組み付けられるときに、前記加熱素子が、前記熱伝達ユニットによって前記気化チャンバから分離される、請求項1または2記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記物質排出口と前記気化チャンバとの間に配置され、前記物質チャンバから前記気化チャンバへの前記物質の通過を可能にするように構成された多孔質部材をさらに備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記気化チャンバが、前記多孔質部材と前記熱伝達ユニットとの間に配置される、請求項4記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記多孔質部材が、前記物質排出口に対向する第1表面と、前記熱伝達ユニットに対向する第2表面とを有する、請求項4または5記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記多孔質部材が、前記第1表面と前記第2表面との間で前記多孔質部材を通って延び、前記気化チャンバと前記カートリッジのマウスピースとの間で気化チャネルを経由して流体連通を構築する孔を有するように形成され、それによって気化した物質が前記気化チャンバから前記マウスピースを介して抜け出ることを可能にする、請求項6記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記多孔質部材が、前記気化チャンバおよび前記物質チャンバのうちの1つの断面に適合するような大きさおよび形に形成される、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記カートリッジが、前記物質チャンバおよび前記気化チャンバを少なくとも部分的に含むカートリッジハウジングと、前記カートリッジハウジングに沿って延び、前記気化チャンバと流体連通する気化チャネルとをさらに備え、前記カートリッジハウジングが、前記気化チャネルを介して前記気化チャンバと流体連通するマウスピースで構成される近位端部と、前記熱伝達ユニットと組み合わされる遠位端部とを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記熱伝達ユニットが、前記遠位端部に配置される、請求項9記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記熱伝達ユニットが、前記気化チャネルに対して垂直である、請求項8または9記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記カートリッジハウジングが、前記物質を有する前記気化チャンバ内での前記物質の気化のために前記気化チャンバ内への空気の通過を可能にするために、前記カートリッジの外部と前記気化チャンバとの間の流体連通を構築するための、前記カートリッジハウジング内に形成される第1吸気孔を備える、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1吸気孔が、前記カートリッジの遠位端部に近接して配置される、請求項12記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記基部が、前記加熱素子に組み合わされる接続部を有するベースハウジングを有し、前記接続部は、前記カートリッジが前記基部に組み付けられるときに、前記加熱素子を前記熱伝達ユニットに近接、または接触させるように、前記カートリッジハウジングの遠位端部と接続するように構成される、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記接続部が、前記接続部内に形成される第2吸気孔を備え、前記第2吸気孔は、少なくとも前記カートリッジが前記基部に組み付けられるときに、前記物質を有する前記気化チャンバ内での前記物質の気化のために前記気化チャンバ内への空気の通過を可能にするために、前記第1吸気孔を介した前記電子たばこの外部と前記気化チャンバとの間の流体連通を構築するように構成される、請求項12に従属する請求項14記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記カートリッジが前記基部に組み付けられるときに、前記第1吸気孔および前記第2吸気孔が互いに一列に並ぶ、請求項15記載のカートリッジ。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジと基部とを備える電子たばこであって、
前記カートリッジが、前記基部に組み付けられるように構成され、
前記基部が、電池と、前記電池に接続される少なくとも1つの加熱素子とを備える、
電子たばこ。 - 前記カートリッジが前記基部に組み付けられるときに、前記加熱素子が、前記熱伝達ユニットによって前記気化チャンバから分離される、請求項17記載の電子たばこ。
- 前記基部が、前記加熱素子に組み合わされる接続部を有するベースハウジングを有し、前記接続部は、前記カートリッジが前記基部に組み付けられるときに、前記加熱素子を前記熱伝達ユニットに近接、または接触させるように、前記カートリッジハウジングの遠位端部と接続するように構成される、請求項17または18記載の電子たばこ。
