- 排気ガス・レシーバ(2)に接続された少なくとも1つのシリンダと、入口(3a)が前記排気ガス・レシーバ(2)の出口(2b)に接続されたSCR反応器(3)と、タービン(5)及びコンプレッサ(6)を有するターボチャージャ(4)とを備える内燃機関(1)であって、
前記タービンの入口(5a)がタービン通路(7)を介して前記SCR反応器(3)の出口(3b)に接続され、前記ターボチャージャ(4)の前記タービン(5)が前記コンプレッサ(6)を駆動し、前記ターボチャージャの前記コンプレッサの出口(6b)が給気通路(8)を介して給気レシーバ(9)に接続され、前記給気レシーバ(9)が前記内燃機関(1)の前記シリンダの空気入口(10)に接続され、前記給気通路(8)が給気冷却器(11)を備え、
前記給気通路(8)を前記タービン通路(7)に接続するバイパス・ライン(12)が、前記給気冷却器(11)の上流に配置され、
前記バイパス・ライン(12)が増圧装置(17)を備え、前記増圧装置(17)が前記バイパス・ライン(12)から前記タービン通路(7)への確実な流入を可能にするように構成されていることを特徴とする、内燃機関(1)。 - 前記内燃機関(1)が、2ストローク船用機関である、請求項1に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記内燃機関(1)が、クロスヘッド型内燃機関である、請求項1に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記内燃機関(1)が、排気ガス・レシーバ(2)に接続された複数のシリンダを備える、請求項1に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 水分離器(14)が、前記給気冷却器(11)の下流に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記バイパス・ライン(12)がバイパス・ライン入口弁(15)を備え、前記バイパス・ライン入口弁(15)によって、前記バイパス・ライン(12)が、全体的又は部分的に開閉されることができることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記バイパス・ライン(12)が温度制御装置(13)及び/又は水分離器(16)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記増圧装置(17)が、温度制御装置(13)の上流に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記バイパス・ライン(12)がバイパス・ライン遮断装置(18)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記内燃機関(1)が開ループ制御ユニット(19)を備え、前記開ループ制御ユニット(19)によって、前記バイパス・ライン入口弁(15)が開閉されることができることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記内燃機関(1)が開ループ制御ユニット(19)を備え、前記開ループ制御ユニット(19)によって、バイパス・ライン出口弁(18)が開閉されることができることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 排気ガス温度を測定する温度センサ(20)が、前記内燃機関(1)の排気ガス出口と前記ターボチャージャ(4)のタービン(5)との間の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記バイパス・ライン(12)が外気供給弁(21)を備え、外気が前記外気供給弁(21)を通って前記バイパス・ライン(12)に導入されることができることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 前記給気レシーバ(9)が吐出弁(22)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 尿素インジェクタが、前記内燃機関(1)の排気ガス出口と前記SCR反応器との間に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 温度センサ(28)が、排気ガス出口(1b)と尿素インジェクタとの間の領域に配置されている、請求項15に記載の内燃機関(1)。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関(1)の排気ガスの後処理を最適化するための方法であって、
排気ガス温度を、1つ又は複数の温度センサ(20)で測定し、又は、前記内燃機関の負荷範囲を決定するステップと、
開ループ制御ユニット(19)において、前記測定された排気ガス温度を、設定点範囲若しくは設定点値と比較するステップ、又は、前記内燃機関の前記負荷範囲を、低負荷範囲若しくは低負荷値と比較するステップと、
前記設定点範囲若しくは前記設定点値からの偏差がある場合、又は、前記低負荷範囲若しくは前記低負荷値に達した場合、バイパス・ライン入口弁(15)を開いて、ターボチャージャ(4)のコンプレッサ(6)の下流及び給気冷却器(11)の上流の位置からの空気が、少なくとも部分的にバイパス・ライン(12)を通って前記SCR反応器(3)と前記ターボチャージャ(4)のタービン(5)との間のタービン通路(7)の中に誘導されるステップと
を含み、
前記バイパス・ライン(12)の前記空気が測定されて、前記SCR排気ガス温度が、前記設定点範囲若しくは前記設定点値に設定され、前記バイパス・ライン(12)の前記空気の圧力が、増圧装置(17)によって増圧され、前記バイパス・ライン(12)から前記タービン通路(7)への確実な流入が提供される、方法。 - 前記測定された排気ガス温度がSCR排気ガス温度である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記排気ガス温度が、SCR反応器(3)の中又は近傍、及び/又は、前記内燃機関の排気ガス出口と前記SCR反応器の上流の尿素注入点との間の領域において測定される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記設定点範囲若しくは前記設定点値からの偏差がある場合、又は、前記低負荷範囲若しくは前記低負荷値に達した場合、バイパス・ライン出口弁(18)を開く、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記バイパス・ライン(12)の前記空気が温度調整されて、前記排気ガス温度が前記設定点範囲若しくは前記設定点値に設定される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 外気が、外気供給弁(21)を介して前記バイパス・ライン(12)の中に導入され、及び/又は、空気が、給気レシーバ(9)から排気されて、給気圧力が、閉ループで制御されることができることを特徴とする、請求項17から21までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 開ループ制御ユニット(19)が、開ループでバイパス・ライン入口弁(15)を制御して、前記バイパス・ライン(12)を通って誘導される空気の量によって、前記排気ガス温度が上昇されることを特徴とする、請求項17から21までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
