However, in the conventional analgesic material made of protrusions fixed on the surface of the support with an adhesive, the protrusions do not move or fall off due to the movement of the affected area, and the protrusions have adhesive strength sufficient for practical use. The object could not be glued to the surface of the support.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and includes a conventional protrusion by adhering the protrusion to the surface of the support with an adhesive strength that prevents the protrusion from moving or falling off due to the movement of the affected portion used. It is an object of the present invention to provide a patch-type analgesic sheet characterized by improving the analgesic material to a practical level.
The pain-relieving sheet according to the present invention includes an elastic sheet made of a cloth material, a plurality of adhesive positions provided on one surface of the elastic sheet at intervals from each other, and an adhesive applied to the adhesive positions. It has a plurality of protrusions adhered to the telescopic sheet by the adhesive applied to the adhesive position, and the adhesive position is the same as the projected area of 1/2 or more of the projected area of the protrusions. The adhesive is applied to a size smaller than the region.
Preferably, the protrusions are granular or linear with a height of 4 mm or less protruding from the one surface, and less than 9 protrusions per 1 cm 2 are arranged in the non-adhesive region. There is.
Preferably, an adhesive containing urethane resin as a main component, which adheres the protrusions applied to the adhesive position and having at least a part of the surface smoothly formed and the elastic sheet made of a cloth material. The adhesive is applied to a region wider than 1/2 of the projected area of the protrusion, and the protrusion is adhered to the elastic sheet by the adhesive. ..
Preferably, the stretchable sheet includes a first stretchable sheet and a second stretchable sheet, and has a first stretchable sheet to which the protrusions are adhered and a wider adhesive surface than the first stretchable sheet. The adhesive region is formed by further having a second elastic sheet and attaching the first elastic sheet to the adhesive surface of the second elastic sheet.
According to the present invention, the analgesic effect can be effectively exhibited by adhering to the surface of the support sheet so that the protrusions do not move or fall off due to the movement of the affected portion used.

The adhesive 2 is made of, for example, a synthetic resin, and specifically includes epoxy-based, ethylene-based, acrylic-based, silicon-based, urethane-based, and the like. Further, the adhesive 2 is classified into a reaction system, a solution system, an aqueous dispersion system and the like.
In this embodiment, the adhesive 2 will be described as a specific example of an adhesive containing a more preferable urethane resin as a main component among these systems. As the adhesive 2, by using a urethane resin adhesive having elasticity and excellent adhesive strength, the support sheet has a

As illustrated in FIG. 3A, the

As described above, the stick-on
Further, the sticking type
Further, the stick-on
