Claims (11)
- エアロゾル発生システム用のカートリッジであって、前記カートリッジが、
第一のコンデンサー極板および第二のコンデンサー極板を有するコンデンサーを含むセンサと、
液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持するための液体貯蔵部分であって、前記液体貯蔵部分が、前記第一のコンデンサー極板と前記第二のコンデンサー極板との間に配置され、前記液体貯蔵部分の誘電率が、前記液体貯蔵部分に保持された前記液体エアロゾル形成基体の容積の変化に基づいて変わる、液体貯蔵部分と、
気化器とを備え、
前記センサが、前記コンデンサーの静電容量を測定するように構成され、前記測定された静電容量が、前記液体貯蔵部分に保持された前記液体エアロゾル形成基体の前記容積の量が前記測定された静電容量から定めることができるように、前記液体貯蔵部分に保持された前記液体エアロゾル形成基体の対応する誘電率に関連し、及び、
前記液体貯蔵部分の内部容積の少なくとも1つのセクションが所定の値未満の幅寸法を有し、毛細管力が前記液体貯蔵部分に保持される前記液体エアロゾル形成基体に作用して第一のコンデンサー極板と第二のコンデンサー極板に対して本質的に垂直に前記液体エアロゾル形成基体の液面を保持する、カートリッジ。 - 前記液体貯蔵部分の内部容積の前記幅寸法の所定の値が3mmである、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記液体貯蔵部分が、前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を保持するために少なくとも1つのチャネルを含み、毛細管力が前記チャネルに保持される前記液体エアロゾル形成基体に作用するように前記少なくとも1つのチャネルの1つの幅寸法が所定の値未満であり、それにより、前記第一のコンデンサー極板と前記第二のコンデンサー極板に対して本質的に垂直に前記液体エアロゾル形成基体の前記液面を保持する、請求項1または2に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記液体貯蔵部分が、前記液体貯蔵部分に保持された前記液体エアロゾル形成基体の前記容積に適合する1つ以上の可撓性の壁を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記液体貯蔵部分が毛細管媒体を含み、前記毛細管媒体に前記液体エアロゾル形成基体が保持される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記液体貯蔵部分が、第一の壁および第二の壁を含み、
前記第一のコンデンサー極板が、前記第一の壁に配置され、前記第二のコンデンサー極板が、前記第二の壁に配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。 - 前記第二の壁が、前記第一の壁に対向し、前記第一のコンデンサー極板および前記第二のコンデンサー極板が、平面形状である、請求項6に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第一の壁および前記第二の壁が、円筒形の形状であり、前記第二の壁が、前記第一の壁によって画定された前記容積内に位置される、請求項6に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第一のコンデンサー極板および前記第二のコンデンサー極板が、円筒形状である、請求項8に記載のカートリッジ。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジを有するエアロゾル発生システムであって、前記エアロゾル発生システムが、主要ユニットおよび前記カートリッジを備え、前記カートリッジが、前記主要ユニットと取り外し可能なように結合され、前記主要ユニットが、電源を備え、前記液体貯蔵部分が、前記カートリッジに提供され、前記カートリッジの前記センサが、コントローラおよびメモリーをさらに備え、前記センサの構成要素のそれぞれが、前記主要ユニットおよび前記カートリッジのうちの一方において提供される、エアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記システムが電気的に作動する喫煙システムである、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
