Claims (10)
- ソール(2)、および前記ソール(2)に連結されるアッパー部(3)を有する靴(1)であって、
前記ソール(2)が、少なくとも部分的に、発泡熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(E−TPO)から作られ、発泡熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(E−TPO)から成る前記ソール(2)の一部分(4)は、物質固定で互いに接合される複数の球状または楕円のプラスチック体(5)から成り、3つの空間方向における単一の前記プラスチック体(5)の寸法は0.5mm〜5.0mmであり、また、前記プラスチック体(5)は5mg〜10mgの重量を有し、
発泡熱可塑性ポリオレフィンから成る前記一部分(4)は、前記ソール(2)のインサートを形成し、前記インサートは、緻密な材料から成ると共に、前記ソール(2)の全高(H)には及ばず、また、前記インサートの底面の一部は、前記ソール(2)では支えられず外部に露出した自由端を形成し、前記ソール(2)のさらなる一部分(7)は、発泡熱可塑性ポリオレフィンではない材料から成り、発泡熱可塑性ポリオレフィンで構成されない前記ソール(2)の前記さらなる一部分(7)は、少なくとも部分的に、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)、発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン(E−TPU)、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)、ポリアミド(PA)、発泡ポリウレタン、および/またはゴム材料から成る
ことを特徴とする靴。 - 前記プラスチック体(5)の物質固定結合は、溶接法によって行われている
請求項1に記載の靴。 - 前記溶接法は、1.0〜4.0バールの圧力下で蒸気を鋳型に導入することによって実行されている
請求項2に記載の靴。 - 前記プラスチック体(5)の前記物質固定結合は、接着剤を添加することによる溶接法によって行われている
請求項1に記載の靴。 - 発泡熱可塑性ポリオレフィンから成る前記ソール(2)の前記一部分(4)は100〜250g/lの密度を有する
請求項1に記載の靴。 - 発泡熱可塑性ポリオレフィンから成る前記プラスチック体(5)は、共に接合される前は70〜140g/lの密度を有する
請求項1に記載の靴。 - 発泡熱可塑性ポリオレフィンから成る前記一部分(4)は、前記靴(1)のミッドソールを形成する
請求項1に記載の靴。 - アウトソール(6)は前記ミッドソールより下に配置される
請求項7に記載の靴。 - 発泡熱可塑性ポリオレフィンから成る前記一部分(4)は、前記ソール(2)またはミッドソールの全高(H)に及ばない
請求項1に記載の靴。 - 発泡熱可塑性ポリオレフィンから成る前記一部分(4)は、前記ソール(2)のかかと領域に配置される
