Claims (6)
- 平面状の底部又は蓋部と、前記底部から立ち上がる周面部又は蓋部から下る傾斜面の周面部と、前記周面部の端縁に設けた縁部を備えた容器体又は蓋体である台所用器具の製造方法であって、所定の厚さの1枚の金属板から周面部をヘラ絞り加工で形成すると共に、縁部に該当する端縁まで前記ヘラ加工せずに残して縁部とした後、プレス加工で縁部を傾斜鍔状に形成してなる台所用器具の製造方法。
- ヘラ加工後に、製出品形状の縁部に対応する部分以外の余剰外周部分を除去した後、縁部形成プレス加工を行ってなる請求項1記載の台所用器具の製造方法。
- 一枚の所定の厚さの金属板を、プレス加工によって底部又は蓋部に該当部分より広い底面部又は蓋板部と、前記底面部又は蓋板部の周囲に立ち上げた側面部を備える形状に加工した後、周面部及び縁部形成のヘラ絞り加工を行ってなる請求項1又は2記載の台所用器具の製造方法。
- 一枚の所定の厚さの金属板を、プレス加工によって製出品形状より浅い凹状に形成した後、周面部及び縁部形成のヘラ絞り加工を行ってなる請求項1又は2記載の台所用器具の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至4記載の製造方法で容器状に形成した後に、底部及び周面部を小孔打ち抜き加工を、位置を変えて繰り返し行い、多数の水抜き孔を形成して水抜き容器としてなる台所用器具の製造方法。
- 金属板に予め多数の水抜き孔を形成した後、請求項1乃至4記載の製造方法によって水抜き容器としてなる台所用器具の製造方法。
