Claims (8)
- ロータベース本体(11)と、
該ロータベース本体(11)と一体に形成されたブレード(12)と、
を具備したラジアルタービンロータ(10)において、
前記ロータベース本体(11)は、キャビティ構造(13)を備えており、
2μm〜10μmの間にある所定の平均粗さ(Ra)が、前記キャビティ構造(13)の内面(19)に設定されており、前記ブレード(12)の流れ誘導面の平均粗さとは異なっていることを特徴とするラジアルタービンロータ。 - 前記キャビティ構造(13)は、1つ以上のキャビティを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のラジアルタービンロータ。
- 前記キャビティ構造(13)は、少なくとも1つのウェブ(14)により補強されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のラジアルタービンロータ。
- 開口部(17、18)が、流れ誘導面の外側の前記ロータベース本体(11)の前側(15)および/または後側(16)に形成され、前記開口部を通じて、前記キャビティ構造(13)は外部からアクセス可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のラジアルタービンロータ。
- 前記ラジアルタービンロータは、付加製造方法を利用した単体部品として製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のラジアルタービンロータ(10)を製造するための方法。
- 前記付加製造方法の際に生じた残留物は、開口部(17、18)を通じて前記キャビティ構造(13)から排出されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 所定の平均粗さ(Ra)は、前記キャビティ構造(13)の内面(19)において開口部(17、18)を利用して設定されていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の平均粗さ(Ra)は、機械的方法および/または物理化学的方法を利用して設定されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
