Description
コネクタ組立体100は、中継導体10と、第1コネクタ20と、第2コネクタ30とを有する。コネクタ組立体100は、第1コネクタ20が備える一対の端子22、23及び第2コネクタ30が備える一対の端子32、33に接触する中継導体10を介して、第1コネクタ20が取り付けられる回路基板と、第2コネクタ30が取り付けられる回路基板とを電気的に接続するものである。また、本実施形態において、第1コネクタ20及び第2コネクタ30は、中継導体10に対して、Z軸方向で取り付け及び取り外し可能に設けられるものである。
主に図1を参照して、コネクタ組立体100が備える各部材の構成の概要について説明する。
次に、主に図2、図4、及び図5を参照して、中継導体10を保持する第1コネクタ20の保持構造について説明する。
次に、主に図3、図6を参照して、中継導体10を保持する第2コネクタ30の保持構造について説明する。
次に、主に図1及び図5を参照して、中継導体10に対する第1コネクタ20の取り付け構造について説明する。以下で説明する構造を採用することにより、第1コネクタ20を中継導体10に対して容易に取り付けることができる。
次に、主に図1、図3及び図6を参照して、中継導体10に対する第2コネクタ30の取り付け及び取り外し構造について説明する。以下で説明する構造を採用することにより、第2コネクタ30を中継導体10から容易に取り付け、かつ取り外すことができる。
Claims (9)
- 第1コネクタと、前記第1コネクタに対向する第2コネクタと、前記第1、第2コネクタに保持されて前記第1コネクタと前記第2コネクタを導通する中継導体を含むコネクタ組立体であって、
前記第1コネクタは、前記第2コネクタとの相対的な移動方向である第1方向に前記中継導体の移動を許容するように前記中継導体を挟んで保持する一対の端子を有し、
前記第2コネクタは、前記第1コネクタとの相対的な移動方向であって、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に前記中継導体の移動を許容するように前記中継導体を挟んで保持する一対の端子を有し、
前記中継導体は、前記第1コネクタに対向する第1面と、前記第2コネクタに対向する第2面と、前記第1面と前記第2面を繋ぐ側面とを有し、
前記第1コネクタの前記一対の端子は、基部に支持され、それぞれに前記中継導体の前記第1面と前記第2面の間を通って延びる前記第1方向に沿って縁部が形成された保持部を有し、前記縁部により前記中継導体の前記側面を挟んで前記中継導体を導通保持し、
前記第2コネクタの前記一対の端子は、基部に支持され、それぞれに前記中継導体の前記第1面と前記第2面の間を通って延びる前記第2方向に沿って縁部が形成された保持部を有し、前記縁部により前記中継導体の前記側面を挟んで前記中継導体を導通保持している

前記第2コネクタの前記一対の端子に設けられた前記保持部は、それぞれ相手側へ向かって延在する挟持片を有し、前記縁部がこの挟持片に形成されている
請求項1に記載のコネクタ組立体。 - 前記中継導体は、前記側面から突出する抜け止め部を有し、
前記中継導体の前記抜け止め部よりも前記第2コネクタ側の前記側面は前記第1コネクタの前記保持部に保持され、
前記中継導体の前記抜け止め部よりも前記第1コネクタ側の前記側面は前記第2コネクタの前記保持部に保持される
請求項2に記載のコネクタ組立体。 - 前記中継導体の前記第1面と前記第1コネクタの前記基部の間、あるいは前記中継導体の前記第2面と前記第2コネクタの前記基部の間の少なくとも一方に隙間を有する
請求項3に記載のコネクタ組立体。 - 前記抜け止め部は、前記第1コネクタと前記第2コネクタが離間する際に、前記第1コネクタ側の前記側面に続く、前記第2コネクタの前記縁部に摺動する傾斜面と、前記第2コネクタ側の前記側面から突出し、前記第1コネクタの前記挟持片が係止される突き当て面を有する
請求項3または4に記載のコネクタ組立体。 - 前記第1コネクタの前記保持部および第2コネクタの前記保持部の少なくとも一方は、前記中継導体に取り付けられる際に前記抜け止め部に摺動する傾斜面を有する
請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載のコネクタ組立体。 - 前記中継導体は円盤状であり、前記側面のうち、一対の前記縁部に挟持され接触する領域は連続する同一半径の曲面である
