Claims (4)
- 不織布からなるシート本体と、
該シート本体の表面に配されている水素化ホウ素化合物と、
該水素化ホウ素化合物を前記シート本体に接着させているポリビニルピロリドンを含む接着剤とを備えたことを特徴とする水素発生シート。 - イソプロパノールを含む溶媒又はアルカリ溶液からなる溶媒に対して水素化ホウ素化合物を混入する混入工程と、
接着剤を添加して溶液を形成する接着剤添加工程と、
前記溶液を不織布からなるシート本体に接触させて前記シート本体表面に前記水素化ホウ素化合物を接着させるシート形成工程とを備えたことを特徴とする水素発生シートの製造方法。 - 前記シート形成工程は、前記溶液をインキとしたグラビア印刷によって前記水素化ホウ素化合物を前記シート本体表面に転写することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水素発生シートの製造方法。
- 前記混入工程の後、pH調整剤を添加して前記溶液のpHを調整するpH調整工程をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水素発生シートの製造方法。
