Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴的制备方法,具体步骤为:配置银溶液,将医用泡沫敷料放入含银溶液的反应槽中恒温浸泡,浸泡后干燥,备用;然后,取医用聚氨酯薄膜胶带,通过涂胶机在其背面涂布医用硅凝胶,复合离型膜,得到硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带,再经打孔机打孔形成带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带;将制备的含银泡沫敷料和带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带经敷贴机设备与医用胶面复合、裁切,最后经包装、灭菌,即可制得医用抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴成品。本发明能够简化制作工艺,所需设备简单,能够有效降低生产成本,所制得的产品具有优秀的抗菌与吸液性能,同时可防止敷贴与伤口的粘连,为创面提供湿润的愈合环境,促进伤口愈合。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗护理领域,具体涉及一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴的制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤是人体最大的器官,也是人体与外界环境设置的第一道防线,其对保护机体内环境的稳定,抵御外界环境的刺激和病原菌入侵起到重要的作用。
一种好的医用敷料,可以对伤口及周围皮肤形成很好的保护作用,免于受到外界的二次污染,减轻了患者感染的风险,给人们也带来了诸多方便。产品的实用性,以及便利性是尤为重要的。
近年来,人们越来越多的在研究聚硅酮泡沫敷贴,其良好的性能已为绝大数患者所接受,但其涂布硅凝胶工艺复杂,所需设备成本高,一直是困扰国内各大厂家的一大难题。
因此,如何克服以上缺点,提供一种可有效抗菌、同时可简化制作工艺、低成本的抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴,是一件很有必要且具有意义的事情。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴的制备方法,能够有效简化制作工艺,降低生产成本,同时制得产品具有优秀的抗菌性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:配置硫代硫酸银溶液,硝酸银与硫代硫酸钠摩尔质量比为1:(3~5);
S2:将医用泡沫敷料放入含硫代硫酸银的水或乙醇溶液的反应槽中恒温浸泡10~20min,温度为25~50℃;
S3:浸泡过后,将含银医用泡沫敷料取出,经烘箱干燥,干燥温度为35~37℃,干燥时间为1~2h;
S4:取医用聚氨酯薄膜胶带,通过涂胶机在其背面涂布医用硅凝胶,经设备复合离型膜,形成硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带,硅凝胶涂胶量为30~40g/m2
S5:将硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带经打孔机打孔得到带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带,孔径为0.5~1mm;
S6:将干燥后的含银医用泡沫敷料和带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带经敷贴机与医用胶面复合,然后裁切;
S7:经包装、灭菌后,即得到医用抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴成品。
进一步的,所述硫代硫酸银溶液中的银含量为50-100ppm。
进一步的,所述医用泡沫敷料的密度为0.090~0.180g/cm3,厚度为3~5mm。
更进一步的,所述医用泡沫敷料每克的吸液量为10~15g。
进一步的,所述的医用聚氨酯薄膜胶带上表面涂覆有压敏胶。
进一步的,所述的压敏胶为丙烯酸压敏胶、聚氨酯压敏胶和医用聚异丁烯压敏胶中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带上硅凝胶面剥离强度为1~3N/cm。
更进一步的,所述的灭菌方式为钴-60辐照灭菌,辐照剂量为25kGy~50kGy,辐照时间为2h~3h。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过在现有的聚氨酯薄膜胶带背面涂布硅酮凝胶,再通过敷贴机可以较容易的和医用泡沫敷料进行复合,制得硅酮凝胶泡沫敷料,同时便于打孔,所用设备简单,工艺可行,能够代替国外此类敷料的制备方法,有效简化制作工艺,降低生产成本;
2、本发明制备的含银溶液银离子附着力强,且接触渗出液后,可实现缓慢持续释放,达到抗菌效果;
3、本发明所制得的带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带在接触伤口时,能够起到防粘连作用,揭开敷贴时不会对伤口造成二次伤害,且其为惰性疏水材料,可减少对皮肤的致敏率。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴的制备方法,其制备过程如下:
(1)配置硫代硫酸银溶液,硝酸银与硫代硫酸钠摩尔质量比为1:3;
(2)将医用泡沫敷料放入含硫代硫酸银水/乙醇溶液的反应槽中恒温浸泡12min,温度为30℃;
(3)浸泡过后,将含银医用泡沫敷料取出,经烘箱干燥,干燥温度为35℃,干燥时间为1h;
(4)取医用聚氨酯薄膜胶带,通过涂胶机,在其背面涂布医用硅凝胶,经设备复合离型膜,形成硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带,硅凝胶涂胶量为30g/m2;
(5)硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带经打孔机打孔得到带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带,孔径为0.5mm;
(6)将干燥后的含银泡沫敷料和上述步骤制备的带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带经敷贴机与医用胶面复合,然后裁切;
(7)经包装、灭菌,即得到医用抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴成品,辐照剂量为28kGy,辐照时间为2h。
实施例2
一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴的制备方法,其制备过程如下:
(1)配置硫代硫酸银溶液,硝酸银与硫代硫酸钠摩尔质量比为1:5;
(2)将医用泡沫敷料放入含硫代硫酸银水/乙醇溶液的反应槽中恒温浸泡18min,温度为45℃;
(3)浸泡过后,将含银医用泡沫敷料取出,经烘箱干燥,干燥温度为37℃,干燥时间为2h;
(4)取医用聚氨酯薄膜胶带,通过涂胶机,在其背面涂布医用硅凝胶,经设备复合离型膜,形成硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带,硅凝胶涂胶量为35g/m2;
(5)硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带经打孔机打孔得到带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带,孔径为1mm;
(6)将干燥后的含银泡沫敷料和上述步骤制备的带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带经敷贴机与医用胶面复合,然后裁切;
(7)经包装、灭菌,即得到医用抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴成品,辐照剂量为40kGy,辐照时间为3h。

由表1数据可以看出,本发明所制得的产品与现有产品抗菌性能接近,但是本发明能够简化制作工艺,且使用设备简单,有效降低生产成本。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:配置硫代硫酸银溶液,硝酸银与硫代硫酸钠摩尔质量比为1:(3~5);
S2:将医用泡沫敷料放入含硫代硫酸银的水或乙醇溶液的反应槽中恒温浸泡10~20min,温度为25~50℃;
S3:浸泡过后,将含银医用泡沫敷料取出,经烘箱干燥,干燥温度为35~37℃,干燥时间为1~2h;
S4:取医用聚氨酯薄膜胶带,通过涂胶机在其背面涂布医用硅凝胶,经设备复合离型膜,形成硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带,硅凝胶涂胶量为30~40g/m2
S5:将硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带经打孔机打孔得到带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带,孔径为0.5~1mm;
S6:将干燥后的含银医用泡沫敷料和带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带经敷贴机与医用胶面复合,然后裁切;
S7:经包装、灭菌后,即得到医用抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴,其特征在于,所述硫代硫酸银溶液中的银含量为50-100ppm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴,其特征在于,所述医用泡沫敷料的密度为0.090~0.180g/cm3,厚度为3~5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴,其特征在于,所述医用泡沫敷料每克的吸液量为10~15g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴,其特征在于,所述的医用聚氨酯薄膜胶带上表面涂覆有压敏胶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴,其特征在于,所述的压敏胶为丙烯酸压敏胶、聚氨酯压敏胶和医用聚异丁烯压敏胶中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴,其特征在于,所述带孔硅酮凝胶薄膜双面胶带上硅凝胶面剥离强度为1~3N/cm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌硅酮复合泡沫敷贴,其特征在于,所述的灭菌方式为钴-60辐照灭菌,辐照剂量为25kGy~50kGy,辐照时间为2h~3h。
