Claims (21)
- ファン組立体の空気入口を覆うように配置されたフィルタ組立体であって、
1又は2以上のフィルタ媒体を支持するように配置されたフィルタフレームを備え、前記フィルタフレームの第1の縁部及び第2の縁部は、前記フィルタフレームの長手方向軸線に平行であり、前記フィルタフレームの第1の端部及び第2の端部は、前記フィルタフレームの前記長手方向に垂直であるとともに前記長手方向軸線に垂直な平面内で円弧状の断面形状を有し、
前記フィルタフレームには、前記フィルタフレームの前記第1の縁部上の第1の係合部材及び前記フィルタフレームの前記第2の縁部上の第2の係合部材が設けられ、
前記第1の係合部材及び前記第2の係合部材はそれぞれ、前記ファン組立体上に取り付けられたとき、それぞれの保持組立体に係合されるように構成され、
前記フィルタフレームの前記第1の縁部上に設けられた前記第1の係合部材は、前記フィルタフレームの第1の端部寄りに配置され、前記フィルタフレームの前記第2の縁部上に設けられた前記第2の係合部材は、前記フィルタフレームの第2の端部寄りに配置されることを特徴とする、フィルタ組立体。 - 前記フィルタフレームは、2回回転対称性を有し、前記フィルタフレームを2つの対向する配向のいずれかで前記ファン組立体上に保持できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタフレームの前記第1の係合部材と前記第1の端部との間の距離は、前記フィルタフレームの前記第2の係合部材と前記第2の端部との間の距離に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記第1の係合部材及び前記第2の係合部材はそれぞれ、対向する方向に向いた一対のフックを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 各フックは、近位端に対して角度の付けられた遠位端を有する、前記フィルタフレームから延びる突出部を含み、前記遠位端は、前記フィルタフレームの長手方向軸と平行な方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- フックの各対は、前記フィルタフレームの長手方向軸と平行であり且つ対向する方向に延びる一対の角度の付いた部分を含む遠位端を有する、前記フィルタフレームから延びる単一の突出部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタフレームには、前記フィルタフレームの第1の側に沿って延びる第1の側部フランジ、及び前記フィルタフレームの第2の側に沿って延びる第2の側部フランジが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記第1の係合部材は、前記第1の側部フランジ上に設けられ、前記第2の係合部材は、前記第2の側部フランジ上に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタフレームには、前記フィルタフレームの第1の端部に沿って延びる第1の端部フランジ、及び前記フィルタフレームの第2の端部に沿って延びる第2の端部フランジが設けられ、前記第1の端部フランジ及び前記第2の端部フランジは、1又は2以上のフィルタ媒体を支持するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタフレームには、前記フィルタフレームの内周の全体の周りに延びるシールが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれかに記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタフレームには、前記フィルタフレームの前記内周の全体の周りに延び、前記シールを受け入れて支持するように配置された凹部が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記凹部は、前記第1の側部フランジ及び前記第2の側部フランジの両方の内面にわたり、かつ、前記フィルタフレームの前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部の両方の内縁にわたって延びることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタフレームの第1の端部上に設けられた第1の保持部材と、前記フィルタフレームの対向する第2の端部上に設けられた第2の保持部材とをさらに含み、前記第1の保持部材及び前記第2の保持部材は、前記フィルタ組立体上に取り付けられたとき、シュラウドを解放可能に保持するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれかに記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記第1の保持部材及び前記第2の保持部材の各々は、前記シュラウド上に設けられた対応する貫通孔に係合するように配置された弾性キャッチ又はフックを含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記弾性キャッチ又はフックは弾性アームを含み、前記弾性アームの遠位端には傾斜突出部が設けられ、前記傾斜突出部は、前記弾性アームの前記遠位端に向けて傾斜することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタフレームには、前記シュラウドを前記フィルタフレームの上に案内するために前記シュラウド上に設けられた対応するトラック又はチャネル又は溝と協働するように配置された1又は2以上の位置合わせリブが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項13〜請求項15のいずれかに記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記1つの位置合わせリブ又は前記各々の位置合わせリブは真っ直ぐであり、前記長手方向軸線に沿って前記フィルタフレームを二分する長手方向面と平行な方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタフレームには、前記フィルタフレームの両端上に少なくとも1つ位置合わせリブが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項16または請求項17に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタフレームの前記第1の端部フランジ及び前記第2の端部フランジにはそれぞれ、一対の位置合わせリブが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項11に従属する場合の請求項18に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタフレームの前記第1の端部フランジ及び前記第2の端部フランジにはそれぞれ、さらに別の対の位置合わせリブが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載のフィルタ組立体。
- 前記フィルタ組立体の形状は、実質的に半円筒形であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項20のいずれかに記載のフィルタ組立体。
