Description
また、冷却器がガラス製であることから、ノズル部分の形状が均一ではなく、さらに、冷却器の種類によってノズル部分の形状が異なるため、結露防止構造を採用することが困難であり、結露対策として気泡緩衝材や布を巻き付けているのが実情である。
Claims (4)
- 透明ガラス製の外管の内部に、冷却水が流通する内管を配置した二重管構造を有するとともに、前記内管の端部を、前記外管を貫通させて外部に突出させ、冷却水導入用のノズル及び冷却水導出用のノズルを下方に屈曲させて形成し、前記ノズルの突出端外周に雄ネジ部が設けられ、前記内管と前記外管との間の外部流路に凝縮成分を含む蒸気を、内管内の内部流路に冷却水を供給して前記凝縮成分の少なくとも一部を凝縮させる冷却器における前記ノズル部分の結露防止カバーであって、中心部に前記ノズルを挿通可能なノズル挿通孔を有する円筒状の断熱部材と、該断熱部材のノズル先端側を収納可能な有底円筒状のケース部材とを備え、前記断熱部材は、断熱性を有する軟質合成樹脂によって、軸線方向の長さが前記ノズルの雄ネジ部を除く部分の寸法以上の長さに形成され、前記ケース部材は、薄肉合成樹脂によって、軸線方向の長さが前記ノズルの雄ネジ部を除く部分の寸法より短く形成されるとともに、ノズル先端側の底部中央には、雄ネジ部が挿通される雄ネジ挿通孔が設けられていることを特徴とする冷却器の結露防止カバー。
- 前記ケース部材の雄ネジ挿通孔の内周には、周方向に複数の突出片が設けられ、該突出片は、弾性変形可能で、かつ、各突出片の突出端を通る円の直径が前記雄ネジ部の山部の直径より小さく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却器の結露防止カバー。
- 前記断熱部材の前記外管側の端面及び前記ケース部材の前記外管側の端縁を通る平面は、各部材の軸線に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の冷却器の結露防止カバー。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の冷却器の結露防止カバーの使用方法であって、前記ケース部材を、前記雄ネジ部に螺着される冷却水配管固定ナットで前記ノズルの外周に固定することを特徴とする冷却器の結露防止カバーの使用方法。
