壁部分125は、図7G〜7Hに示すように、穿孔ドライバ220と接合するように構成された1つ以上の平坦部分を有することができる。図4Dに示す実施形態では、壁部分125は、6つの平坦部分を備えた六角形の形状に形成されていてもよい。壁部分125は、対応する穿孔ドライバと接合する任意の数の平坦部分を有することができ、壁部分125の形状は、六角形の形状に限定されず、本明細書に記載される本開示の意図される目的を提供することを当業者が認識するであろう任意の他の形状を有することができる。
Claims (19)
- 骨内に埋め込まれるように構成されたアンカーシステムであって、
スクリューヘッド、スクリューシャフト、及び複数の接合要素を含むスクリューであって、前記接合要素の各対が、その間に位置付けられた接合バイパスチャネルを有する、スクリューと、
切削歯及びリングバイパスチャネルを含む穿孔リングと、
前記スクリューの長手方向軸に対して調整可能な連結アセンブリであって、前記スクリューヘッドに取設するように適合されている、連結アセンブリと、を備える、アンカーシステム。 - 前記連結アセンブリが、
細長いロッドを受け入れて保持する連結本体と、
前記連結本体を前記スクリューヘッドに連結する締め具と、を備える、請求項1に記載のアンカーシステム。 - 前記連結アセンブリが、
前記締め具に取設するサドルをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のアンカーシステム。 - 前記複数の接合要素が、前記スクリューの前記長手方向軸に対して実質的に垂直である方向で、前記スクリューから半径方向に延びる、請求項1に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 前記複数の接合要素が、テーパ面を備える、請求項1に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 前記スクリューが、前記スクリューヘッドと前記複数の接合要素との間に位置付けられた首部分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 前記首部分が、組織、血液、及び骨を受け入れて移植片形成を促進するように構成されている、請求項6に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 前記穿孔リングが、前記複数の接合要素と前記連結アセンブリとの間で浮動するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 前記穿孔リングが、前記連結アセンブリの多軸角形成、旋回、及び回転を容易にする環状部分を含む、請求項1に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 骨内に埋め込まれるように構成されたアンカーシステムであって、
スクリューヘッド及び複数の接合要素を含むスクリューと、
切削歯と切削歯の各隣接する対の間に配置されたバイパスチャネルとを含む穿孔リングであって、前記スクリューヘッドと前記複数の接合要素との間に配置されている、穿孔リングと、
前記スクリューヘッドに取設する連結アセンブリと、を備える、アンカーシステム。 - 前記複数の接合要素の各隣接する対の間に配置されたバイパスチャネルをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 前記連結アセンブリが、
細長いロッドを受け入れて保持する連結本体と、
前記連結本体を前記スクリューヘッドに取設する締め具と、
前記締め具に取設するサドルと、を備える、請求項10に記載のアンカーシステム。 - 前記複数の接合要素が、前記スクリューの長手方向軸に対して実質的に垂直である方向で、前記スクリューから半径方向に延びる、請求項10に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 前記スクリューが、前記スクリューヘッドと前記複数の接合要素との間に位置付けられている首部分をさらに含む、請求項10に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 前記穿孔リングが、複数の歯を有する壁部分を含む、請求項10に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 前記壁部分が、穿孔ドライバと接合する平坦部分を含む、請求項15に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 前記穿孔リングが、前記連結アセンブリと前記複数の接合要素との間で浮動するように構成されている、請求項10に記載のアンカーシステム。
- 骨内に埋め込まれるように構成されたアンカーシステムであって、
スクリューヘッド、スクリューシャフト、及び複数の接合要素を含むスクリューであって、前記複数の接合要素の各隣接する対が、その間に位置付けられた接合バイパスチャネルを有する、スクリューと、
前記複数の接合要素に隣接して配置され、複数の切削歯と前記複数の切削歯の各隣接する対の間に配置されたリングバイパスチャネルとを含む穿孔リングと、を備える、アンカーシステム。 - 前記スクリューに配置され、前記スクリューの長手方向軸に対して調整可能である連結アセンブリをさらに備える、請求項18に記載のアンカーシステム。
