Claims (12)

前記スキャンヘッド(50)は前記スキャンフィールド(86)を横断して延在するスキャン行(100、102、104、106、108、110)内の前記ビーム(30)をスキャンし、前記ビーム(30)は、スキャン行(100、102、104、106、108、110)からスキャン行(100、102、104、106、108、110)までの加熱の量を変化させるように前記コントローラ(58)によって制御される光パワーを有する、繊維配置システム(10)。 - 前記スキャンヘッド(50)は、少なくとも1つの検流計デバイス(70、72)を含むガルボアセンブリ(62)を備える、請求項1に記載の繊維配置システム(10)。
- 前記ガルボアセンブリ(62)は、x軸検流計デバイス(70)及びy軸検流計デバイス(72)を備える、請求項2に記載の繊維配置システム(10)。
- 前記スキャンヘッド(50)は更に光学素子(64)を備える、請求項2又は3に記載の繊維配置システム(10)。
- 前記光学素子(64)はテレセントリックレンズを備える、請求項4に記載の繊維配置システム(10)。
- 前記ビーム(30)はパルス周波数を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の繊維配置システム(10)。
