Claims (6)
- 血液を検査するための血液検査システムであって、
血液を含む流体が流通する主流路と、
前記主流路に洗浄液を供給する供給部と、
血液検査を行う複数の検査部と、
前記主流路から分岐して、前記複数の検査部に血液を導流する複数の分岐流路と、
前記主流路を介して生体から血液を吸引して前記複数の分岐流路へ導流する吸引部と、
前記複数の分岐流路から分岐し、前記主流路と連通して、前記複数の分岐流路から前記流体の少なくとも一部を排出する複数の排出流路と、
前記主流路と前記複数の分岐流路との連通状態を選択的に切り替え可能な第1切り替え部と、
前記複数の検査部と前記複数の分岐流路とを連通する複数の検査流路と、
前記複数の分岐流路の各々に接続され、前記分岐流路からの流路を前記排出流路または前記検査流路に切り替える複数の第2切り替え部と、
前記血液検査システムの動作を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記複数の検査部による血液検査に際して、前記主流路と前記複数の分岐流路のうちの一の分岐流路および前記複数の検査流路のうちの一の検査流路とを連通させて、前記複数の検査部のうちの未だ検査を行っていない一の検査部に血液を導流する、血液検査システム。 - 前記主流路内の流体中に含まれる血液の濃度を検出するセンサーをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の血液検査システム。

- 前記凝固時間測定器は、凝固促進剤を混合した血液の粘性を測定することによって凝固時間を計測する粘性測定モジュールまたは前記凝固促進剤が配置された細管内で血液の流動特性を測定することによって凝固時間を計測する流動測定モジュールである、請求項3に記載の血液検査システム。
- 前記複数の検査部は、前記複数の分岐流路から導流された血液の血糖値を測定する血糖値測定器を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の血液検査システム。
- 主流路に洗浄液を供給する供給部と、血液検査を行う複数の検査部と、生体から血液を吸引して前記主流路から分岐する複数の分岐流路へ導流する吸引部と、前記複数の分岐流路から分岐し、前記主流路と前記複数の分岐流路との連通状態および前記主流路と流体を排出可能な複数の排出流路との連通状態を選択的に切り替え可能な第1切り替え部と、前記複数の検査部と前記複数の分岐流路とを連通する複数の検査流路と、前記複数の分岐流路の各々に接続され、前記分岐流路からの流路を前記排出流路または前記検査流路に切り替える複数の第2切り替え部と、を制御する血液検査システムの制御方法であって、
前記主流路に前記洗浄液を供給しながら前記主流路から流体を排出して前記主流路内を洗浄する洗浄工程と、
前記主流路と前記複数の分岐流路のうちの一の分岐流路および前記複数の検査流路のうちの一の検査流路とを連通させて、前記複数の検査部のうちの一の検査部により血液を検査する一の検査工程と、
前記複数の検査部のうちの未だ検査を行っていない他の検査部により血液を検査する他の検査工程と、を有する、血液検査システムの制御方法。
