Claims (6)
- 弾性係数可変のばね構成材であって、
上板と、下板と、前記上板及び前記下板の間に鉛直に設けられるばね本体と、を含み、
前記ばね本体は、二つ並列して設けられ、
二つの前記ばね本体の間には、筒体が鉛直に設けられ、
前記筒体の下端は、前記下板と固定して密封接続され、
前記下板には、貫通するように、排気孔が鉛直方向に沿って設けられ、
前記排気孔は、前記筒体の内部空洞と連通して設けられ、
前記筒体の内部には、案内桶が鉛直に設けられ、
前記案内桶は、頂部が密封して設けられ、底部が開口して設けられ、
前記案内桶の上端は、前記筒体から延出して前記上板と固定して接続され、
前記案内桶の外側壁と前記筒体の内側壁とは、両者の間に密封を形成して設けられ、
前記案内桶の内部には、電磁石が設けられ、
前記電磁石は、外殻と主軸と、を含み、
前記外殻の下端は、前記案内桶から延出し、
前記外殻の外側壁と前記案内桶の内側壁とは、両者の間に密封が形成され、
前記外殻の下端は、支持具によって前記筒体と固定して接続され、
前記筒体の内部には、板体が水平に設けられ、
前記板体の直径は、前記筒体の内径より小さくなり、
前記板体は、前記主軸の下端と固定して接続され、
前記板体は、前記電磁石に駆動されることで、前記下板に当接して前記排気孔を密封することができ、
前記筒体の筒壁には、貫通するように、入気孔が設けられ、
前記入気孔は、前記板体と前記案内桶との間に位置し、
前記筒体の外部には、前記入気孔と連通する空気ノズルが固定される、
ことを特徴とする弾性係数可変のばね構成材。 - 前記案内桶の外側壁と前記筒体の内側壁とは、互いに対応する円柱面であり、両者が当接して設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性係数可変のばね構成材。 - 前記案内桶の外側壁には、第一環状凹溝が形成され、
前記第一環状凹溝には、第一ガスケットが設けられ、
前記第一ガスケットの外側壁は、前記筒体の内側壁と当接して設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弾性係数可変のばね構成材。 - 前記外殻の外側壁には、第二環状凹溝が形成され、
前記第二環状凹溝には、第二ガスケットが設けられ、
前記第二ガスケットの外側壁は、前記案内桶の内側壁と当接して設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2又は請求項3に記載の弾性係数可変のばね構成材。 - 前記板体の下壁には、第三環状凹溝が形成され、
前記第三環状凹溝には、環状ガスケットが固定して設けられ、
前記環状ガスケットの上端面は、前記第三環状凹溝の下壁と当接して設けられ、
前記環状ガスケットの下端面は、前記板体が前記下板に当接する時に、前記下板に圧着される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2又は請求項3に記載の弾性係数可変のばね構成材。 - 前記筒体の外側壁には、管状をなす入気部が一体成形され、
前記入気孔は、前記入気部と連通して設けられ、
前記空気ノズルは、管状をなす排気部を含み、
前記排気部は、前記入気部の内部に螺合される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性係数可変のばね構成材。
