Description
(i)眼の細胞種のマップを取得するステップと、
(ii)眼の網膜の表示を取得するステップと、
(iii)眼の細胞種のマップと眼の網膜の表示とを整合させるステップと、
(iv)眼の網膜の表示上で対象領域を規定するステップと、
(v)眼の網膜の表示上で対象領域の寸法を算出するステップと、
(vi)整合済みの眼の細胞種のマップと対象領域の寸法とを用いて眼の網膜の対象領域における細胞種の測定値を判定するステップと、を備える。
眼の網膜の2次元表示を取得するステップと、
網膜の2次元表示を網膜の3次元表示に変換する幾何学的再マッピングを抽出するステップと、
網膜の2次元表示の1つ以上の座標を用いて2次元表示上で対象領域の境界を定めるステップと、
幾何学的再マッピングを用いて、網膜の2次元表示の座標または各座標を網膜の3次元表示の相当する座標に変換するステップと、
網膜の3次元表示の座標または各相当する座標を用いて、対象領域の寸法を算出するステップと、を備えてもよい。
眼の細胞種のマップを取得するマッピング要素と、
眼の網膜の表示を取得する表示要素と、
眼の細胞種のマップと眼の網膜の表示とを整合させる整合要素と、
眼の網膜の表示上で対象領域を規定する規定要素と、
眼の網膜の表示上で対象領域の寸法を算出する寸法決定(sizing)要素と、
整合済みの眼の細胞種のマップと対象領域の寸法とを用いて眼の網膜の対象領域における眼の細胞種の測定値を判定する判定要素と、を備える。
Claims (11)
- 第1の対象の眼の対象領域の少なくとも1つの細胞種の数又は前記対象領域の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の密度を見積る方法であって、
(i)第2の対象の眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種のマップを取得するステップであって、前記第2の対象の前記眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記マップは、細胞種分布マップ又は細胞種密度マップである、前記取得するステップと、
(ii)前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の表示を取得するステップと、
(iii)前記第2の対象の前記眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記マップと前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示とを整合させるステップと、
(iv)前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示上で対象領域を規定するステップと、
(v)前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示上で前記対象領域の寸法を算出するステップと、
(vi)前記整合済みのマップと前記対象領域の寸法とを用いて、前記対象領域における前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記数又は前記対象領域における前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記密度を見積るステップと、を備える方法。 - 前記第1の対象の眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種は、前記眼の後部の少なくとも1つの細胞種を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記眼の後部の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種は、網膜細胞種を備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの細胞種が、視細胞、ミュラー細胞、視神経細胞、双極細胞、アマクリン細胞、水平細胞、網膜色素上皮細胞のうち少なくとも1つを備える、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記視細胞は、桿体細胞または錐体細胞を備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の対象の前記眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記マップと前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示とを整合させるステップは、前記第2の対象の前記眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記マップと前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示との座標系を整合させるステップを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の対象の前記眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記マップと前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示とを整合させるステップは、前記第2の対象の前記眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記マップと前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示との対応する特徴を重ね合わせるステップを備える、
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示上で対象領域を規定するステップは、前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示の1つ以上の座標を選択して、前記対象領域の境界を定めるステップを備える、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示上で対象領域を規定するステップは、前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示上の複数の点の座標を用いて、対象面積領域の境界を定めるステップを備える、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 実行された際に請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法を行うプログラム命令を記憶するコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 第1の対象の眼の対象領域の少なくとも1つの細胞種の数又は前記対象領域の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の密度を見積るためのシステムであって、
第2の対象の眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種のマップを取得するマッピング要素であって、前記第2の対象の前記眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記マップは、細胞種分布マップ又は細胞種密度マップである、前記マッピング要素と、
前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の表示を取得する表示要素と、
前記第2の対象の前記眼の前記少なくとも1つの細胞種のマップと前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示とを整合させる整合要素と、
前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示上で対象領域を規定する規定要素と、
前記第1の対象の眼の網膜の前記表示上で前記対象領域の寸法を算出する寸法決定要素と、
前記整合済みのマップと前記対象領域の寸法とを用いて、前記対象領域における前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記数又は前記対象領域における前記少なくとも1つの細胞種の前記密度を見積る見積要素と、を備えるシステム。
