Claims (14)
- 第1の撚紡績人工筋繊維束であって、前記第1の撚紡績人工筋繊維束の一端部が第1の電気的端子に接続され、前記第1の撚紡績人工筋繊維束のもう一方の端部が第2の電気的端子に接続された、第1の撚紡績人工筋繊維束と、
第2の撚紡績人工筋繊維束であって、前記第2の撚紡績人工筋繊維束の一端部が第3の電気的端子に接続され、前記第2の撚紡績人工筋繊維束のもう一方の端部が第4の電気的端子に接続されている、第2の撚紡績人工筋繊維束と、
前記第1及び前記第2の撚紡績人工筋繊維束の両方に配置されたパドルであって、前記パドルが前記第1及び第2の撚紡績人工筋繊維束を互いに接続するように配置されたパドルと、

- 前記ガイドプレートタイプのパドルに光検出器が取り付けられている、請求項12に記載の装置。
- アクチュエータ装置を製造するための方法であって、
ナノ繊維及び変化プロセスによって容積の変化を受けるよう動作可能である作動糸ゲストを含む人工筋繊維を撚ることと、
前記ナノ繊維及び前記作動糸ゲストを熱アニールすることによって前記人工筋繊維をセットすることと、
前記人工筋繊維を第1及び第2の人工筋繊維束に切り分けることと、
前記第1の人工筋繊維束の一端部を第1の電気的端子に固定し、もう一方の端部を第2の電気的端子に固定することと、
前記第2の人工筋繊維束の一端部を第3の電気的端子に固定し、もう一方の端部を第4の電気的端子に固定することと、
前記第1及び第2の人工筋繊維束の両方に、前記第1及び第2の人工筋繊維束を接続するパドルを配置することと、
独立して前記第1及び前記第2の人工筋繊維束に熱の形でエネルギーを供給し、パドルを所望の位置まで回転させるように構成された加熱設備を、前記第1及び第2の人工筋繊維束に配置することと、を含む、前記アクチュエータ装置を製造するための方法。
