Claims (20)

前記一体化流路モジュールは、
前記イオン交換膜型電解セルに結合され、前記イオン交換膜型電解セルに水を補給するように構成された、水槽;
前記水槽から前記イオン交換膜型電解セルへ水を供給するために、前記水管に結合された水通口;及び、
前記水素出力管から水素を受容するように構成された水素通口を有する気体流路;を備える、水電解装置。 - 前記陽極は前記イオン交換膜と前記第2の側部との間に存在し、前記陰極は前記イオン交換膜と前記第1の側部との間に存在し;前記酸素出力管は前記イオン交換膜と前記第2の側部との間の領域から前記第2の側部に延在して前記第2の側部を貫通し;前記水素出力管は前記イオン交換膜と前記第1の側部との間の前記領域から前記第2の側部に延在して前記第2の側部を貫通する、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。

- 前記一体化流路モジュールは、前記酸素出力管から酸素を受容するように構成された酸素通口を備える、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。
- 気体管、及び気体ポンプを更に備え、前記気体管は水素出力管に結合されて水素を受容し、前記気体ポンプは空気を前記気体管中に吸引して前記気体管内部の水素濃度を希釈する、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。

- 前記気体ポンプは前記気体管を経由して気体流入口に結合され;前記気体流入口における気体の流動方向と前記気体管における気体の流動方向との間の角度は、90度未満である、請求項7に記載の水電解装置。
- 前記一体化流路モジュールは、前記水素通口と結合された分離槽を備える、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。
- 前記気体管に結合され、前記水素濃度が第2の閾値に到達するかどうかを検出するように構成された水素濃度検出器を備え、

- 操作盤を備え、前記水電解装置の体積は8.5リットル未満であり、前記操作盤により調整される前記水電解装置の水素生成率は120ml/分〜600ml/分の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。

水流入口、水流出口、及び酸素導入管を備えた予熱槽であって;前記水流入口は前記水槽に結合されて水を受容し、水は前記水流出口から前記イオン交換膜型電解セルへ出力され、前記酸素導入管は前記酸素出力管に結合され、残存水及び酸素が前記酸素導入管を経由して出力される、水予熱槽;を備え、
前記酸素導入管から出力された残存水は前記水予熱槽の水を予熱することができる、水電解装置。 - 前記酸素及び前記水素は前記イオン交換膜型電解セルの同一の側から出力され、
前記水予熱槽の容積は前記水槽の容積より小さい、請求項17に記載の電解装置。 - 前記予熱槽は、複数の冷却フィン及び第2のファンを更に備え、前記冷却フィンは前記予熱槽の外壁上に半径方向に構成され、前記第2のファンは前記予熱槽の端部と接しており、前記予熱槽を冷却する、請求項17に記載の水電解装置。
- 水電解装置であって:
水を電気分解するように構成されると共に第2の側部、イオン交換膜、陰極、陽極、水素出力管、及び酸素出力管を備え、前記イオン交換膜は前記陰極と前記陽極との間に構成された、イオン交換膜型電解セルであって;該イオン交換膜型電解セルが水を電気分解すると前記陰極は前記水素出力管を経由して出力する水素を発生させ、前記陽極は前記酸素出力管を経由して出力する酸素を発生させる、イオン交換膜型電解セル;及び
一体化流路モジュールであって:
前記イオン交換膜型電解セルに結合された水槽であって、前記イオン交換膜型電解セルに水を補給するように構成されて頂部が前記イオン交換膜型電解セルの頂部より高い、水槽;
前記イオン交換膜型電解セルに結合されて水素を輸送するように構成された気体流路であって;前記イオン交換膜型電解セルの前記第2の側部は前記一体化流路モジュールに対向し、酸素及び水素は前記第2の側部から前記気体流路に出力され、水は前記第2の側部から前記イオン交換膜型電解セルへ入力される、気体流路;及び
前記気体流路から水素を受容する気体混合室であって、水素との混合により健康上有益な気体を形成する霧状気体を選択的に発生させ、前記霧状気体は水蒸気、霧化溶液、揮発性芳香油、またはそれらの任意の組合せである、気体混合室
を備えた、一体化流路モジュールを備える、水電解装置。
