Description
Claims (13)
- 水電解装置であって、
ユニットであって、前記ユニット内の水槽と、前記ユニットに構成される水素インターフェースと、前記ユニットに構成される酸素インターフェースと、空気供給管と、前記空気供給管に接続される空気供給インターフェースとを備えるユニット、
前記水素インターフェースおよび前記酸素インターフェースを介して前記ユニットと接続し、水の電気分解中にイオン交換膜型電解器の同一側で水素気体を前記水素インターフェースに出力し、酸素気体を前記酸素インターフェースに出力するイオン交換膜型電解器、及び
前記空気供給インターフェースと接続して前記空気供給インターフェースに空気を吸引し、前記空気供給管で水素気体を希釈させるポンプ、
を備える水電解装置。 - 前記空気供給管は第1の流動方向を有し、前記空気供給インターフェースは第2の流動方向を有し、前記第1の流動方向は前記水電解装置の上側部分に向き、前記第2の流動方向は前記空気供給管に向き、前進角は前記第1の流動方向と前記第2の流動方向との間に形成される、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。
- 前記前進角は前記空気供給インターフェースと前記空気供給管との間に形成され、90度未満である、請求項2に記載の水電解装置。
- 前記イオン交換膜型電解器は陽極室及び酸素出力管を更に備え、前記陽極室は陽極導電板を含む陽極、陽極封止板、及び陽極外板を備え、前記イオン交換膜型電解器が水を電気分解すると、前記陽極室は酸素気体を発生させ、前記酸素出力管は酸素気体を出力させるように構成され、前記酸素出力管は前記陽極外板、前記陽極導電板及び前記陽極封止板を貫通する、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。
- 前記イオン交換膜型電解器は陰極室及び水素出力管を更に備え、前記水素出力管は水素気体を出力させるように構成され、前記陰極室は陰極導電板を含む陰極、陰極封止板を備え、前記水素出力管は前記陽極外板、前記陽極導電板、前記陽極封止板及び前記陰極封止板を貫通する、請求項4に記載の水電解装置。
- 前記イオン交換膜型電解器は水供給配管を更に備え、前記水供給配管は前記陽極外板、前記陽極導電板及び前記陽極封止板上に構成されてこれらを貫通して前記陽極室及び前記水槽を接続し、前記水槽からの水は前記水供給配管を通って前記陽極室に流入して前記陽極室中の水を補給する、請求項4に記載の水電解装置。
- 水位検出装置を更に備え、前記水位検出装置は前記水槽の外側に構成されて前記水槽中の水量を検出する、請求項6に記載の水電解装置。
- 前記ポンプが前記空気供給管中に空気を案内するように前記水電解装置の外部環境から空気を吸引するファンを更に備える、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。
- 検出した水素気体体積濃度が第1の所定値よりも高いとき第1の警告信号を発生する、水素濃度検出器、及び、
前記水素濃度検出器に接続された制御器であって、前記第1の警告信号を受信すると起動指令を発生して前記ポンプを始動させる、制御器を更に備える、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。 - 検出した水素体積濃度が第2の所定値よりも高いとき第2の警告信号を発生する、水素濃度検出器、及び、
前記水素濃度検出器に接続された制御器であって、前記第2の警告信号を受信すると停止指令を発生して前記イオン交換膜型電解器を停止させる、制御器を更に備える、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。 - 前記第1の所定値は4%である、請求項9に記載の水電解装置。
- 電源を更に備え、前記電源は前記イオン交換膜型電解器に接続され電気分解反応に要する電力を供給する高電力出力部、及び前記水電解装置の他の非電解用部品に電力を供給する低電力出力部を備え、前記低電力出力部により出力される電力は前記高電力出力部により出力される電力の半分以下であり、
前記高電力出力部は第1の電圧及び第1の電流を出力し、前記低電力出力部は第2の電圧及び第2の電流を出力し、前記第1の電圧は前記第2の電圧未満であり、前記第1の電流は前記第2の電流よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。 - 前記空気供給管に接続されて希釈済み水素気体を受容する霧状/揮発性気体混合槽であって、霧状気体を選択的に発生させてそれを希釈済み水素気体と混合させることにより健康に有益な気体を形成し、前記霧状気体は水蒸気、霧状化薬または揮発性芳香油である、霧状/揮発性気体混合槽を更に備える、請求項1に記載の水電解装置。
