Claims (11)
- データ取得システム(710)によってタービン(100)内の弁の状態を評価する方法であって、
複数のセンサ(380)から複数の運転パラメータを受信するステップであって、前記複数の運転パラメータは経時的に決定される蒸気温度および蒸気圧力を含む、前記ステップと、
蒸気の化学組成を決定するステップと、
スロットリング履歴を決定するステップと、
パイプの材料を調べるステップと、
前記経時的に決定される蒸気温度、前記蒸気の化学組成、前記スロットリング履歴および前記パイプの材料に基づいて弁の腐食の可能性を計算するステップと、
前記決定された可能性に基づいて前記複数の運転パラメータのうちの1つまたは複数を変更することを前記タービン(100)で行うステップと
を含む、方法。 - データ取得システム(710)によってタービン(100)内の弁の状態を評価する方法であって、
複数のセンサ(380)から複数の運転パラメータを前記データ取得システム(710)が受信するステップであって、前記複数の運転パラメータは蒸気温度および運転の時間を含む、前記ステップと、
蒸気の化学組成を前記データ取得システム(710)が調べるステップと、
パイプの材料を前記データ取得システム(710)が調べるステップと、
前記蒸気温度、前記運転の時間、前記蒸気の化学組成、および前記パイプの材料に基づいて弁のスケーリングの可能性を前記データ取得システム(710)が決定するステップと、
前記決定された可能性に基づいて、前記複数の運転パラメータのうちの1つまたは複数を変更することを前記タービン(100)で行うステップと
を含む、方法。 - スロットリング履歴を決定する前記ステップは、弁スピンドルの位置および弁の圧力比を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記決定された可能性に基づいて修復手順を開始するステップを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 弁(270)を運転休止とするステップ及び/又は、部品を注文するステップをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 蒸気の化学組成を決定する前記ステップは、前記蒸気の凝縮水を調べることを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複数の弁(260)と、
タービンおよび弁の運転パラメータを受信することができる複数のセンサ(380)と、
前記複数のセンサ(380)と通信しているプロセッサ(730)を含むデータ取得システム(710)であって、
経時的に決定される蒸気温度を含む、複数のタービンおよび弁の運転パラメータを前記複数のセンサから受信することと、
蒸気の化学組成および、スロットリング履歴を決定することと、
パイプの材料を調べることと、
前記蒸気温度、前記蒸気の化学組成、前記スロットリング履歴および前記パイプの材料に基づいて弁の腐食の可能性を決定することと、
前記決定された可能性に基づいて前記複数の運転パラメータのうちの1つまたは複数を変更することを前記タービン(100)で行うことと
を実施するように動作可能である前記データ取得システム(710)と、
を備える、タービンシステム(100)。 - 前記データ取得システム(710)は弁を運転休止とするおよび/または修復手順を開始するようにさらに動作可能である、請求項7記載のタービンシステム。
- 前記データ取得システム(710)は前記複数の運転パラメータのうちの1つまたは複数を変更するようにさらに動作可能である、請求項7または8に記載のタービンシステム。
- 前記データ取得システム(710)は部品を注文するようにさらに動作可能である、請求項7乃至9のいずれかに記載のタービンシステム。
- 前記複数の弁は、1つまたは複数の蒸気停止弁および1つまたは複数の蒸気制御弁を備える、請求項7乃至10のいずれかに記載のタービンシステム。
