Claims (7)
- 液槽と、移動ステージと、光源モジュールと、制御モジュールと、を含み、
前記液槽は、液状成形材料を収容し、
前記移動ステージは、前記液槽の上に移動可能に配置され、
前記光源モジュールは、前記液槽の下方に配置され、複数の発光ダイオードを有し、前記液状成形材料を照射する光源を提供し、
前記制御モジュールは、前記光源モジュールに結合され、焦平面が前記移動ステージと前記液槽との間に位置して前記液槽の底部から所定距離だけ離れる光を生成するように前記光源モジュールを駆動することで、3次元オブジェクトのスライスオブジェクトとして前記焦平面の前記液状成形材料を硬化し、
前記制御モジュールは、単一回の走査動作の下で成形された前記液状成形材料全体が近似した硬化硬度を有するように、前記複数の発光ダイオードのうち1つの輝度を他の発光ダイオードの輝度を調整するための基準として用い、
前記制御モジュールは、各前記複数の発光ダイオードの最大輝度情報を記憶するメモリユニットと、光シリアル信号を受信するシフトレジスタと、前記メモリユニットと前記シフトレジスタとに結合された制御ユニットと、を含み、
前記制御ユニットは、前記光シリアル信号及び各前記複数の発光ダイオードの前記最大輝度情報に基づいて制御信号を生成し、
前記制御ユニットは、各前記発光ダイオードが同じエネルギーの光を出力させるように、前記発光ダイオードに必要な電流又は前記制御信号のデューティサイクルを調整し、単一回の走査動作の下で成形された前記液状成形材料が近似した硬化硬度を有するように、前記液状成形材料が前記焦平面に近似したエネルギーを受ける、
ことを特徴とする3次元印刷システム。 - 前記光源モジュールは、前記焦平面と前記複数の発光ダイオードとの間に配置され、各前記複数の発光ダイオードから発光された光を前記焦平面に集光させる複数の光整形部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元印刷システム。
- 前記光整形部材の数は、前記複数の発光ダイオードの数と同じであり、各前記光整形部材は、前記複数の発光ダイオードのうち1つと前記焦平面との間に対応して配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3次元印刷システム。
- 各前記光整形部材は、集光レンズ又はロッドレンズであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3次元印刷システム。
- 前記シフトレジスタは、ラッチ信号とタイミング信号とをさらに受信し、前記光シリアル信号、前記ラッチ信号及び前記タイミング信号に基づいて、各前記複数の発光ダイオードの単一回の走査動作に対応して必要なスイッチング信号を生成し、
前記制御ユニットは、前記スイッチング信号及び各前記複数の発光ダイオードの前記最大輝度情報に基づいて前記制御信号を生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元印刷システム。 - 前記メモリユニットは、EEPROMであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元印刷システム。
- 前記制御モジュールは、前記移動ステージに結合され、3次元オブジェクトの少なくとも1つのスライスオブジェクトが前記移動ステージ上で硬化されるように、前記移動ステージを前記光源モジュールから遠ざけるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元印刷システム。
