Description

− 上部フランジの圧力面は面取りの外形を呈している。
有利な方法では、捕集器の上部フランジの圧力面は、前記表面を圧迫する上部フランジに対して相補的な形状を有する第2のプレッシャプレートのお蔭で、シリンダヘッドの壁に対するより効果的な保持を可能にするために、面取りの外形を含む。
Claims (7)
- 熱エンジンのシリンダヘッド(14)の壁に排気ガスの捕集器(11)を取り付けるためのデバイス(10)であって、
シリンダヘッド(14)の壁は、実質的に垂直な壁(16)を有し、垂直な壁(16)の拡張部をなす傾斜壁(17)に捕集器(11)が支えられて、取り付けられていて、前記シリンダヘッドに固定されている下部ストリップ(24)と、接触面(29)が有る反対側の上部ストリップ(23)とを含む端部フランジ(20)により前記捕集器は拡張され、
デバイス(10)は、
前記シリンダヘッドに取付けられる取付けプレート(31)と、前記上部ストリップを圧迫するためのプレッシャプレート(32)とを有する取付けバー(30)を備え、
前記取付けプレート(31)は前記シリンダヘッド(14)の垂直な壁(16)に取り付けられ、
前記プレッシャプレート(32)は、前記上部ストリップの接触面(29)と相補的な形状であって、変形可能な弾性部を有し、
前記下部ストリップ(24)は、前記シリンダヘッド(14)の傾斜壁(17)に埋め込まれた取付けねじ(25)の軸を取り囲んでいる、デバイス(10)。 - 前記下部ストリップ(24)は、面取りの外形をなしている、請求項1に記載の取付け用デバイス。
- 前記取付けバー(30)において、前記取付けプレート(31)と前記プレッシャプレート(32)との間のなす角度が90度より大きい、請求項1または2に記載の取付け用デバイス。
- 前記取付けバー(30)において、前記取付けプレート(31)と前記プレッシャプレート(32)との間のなす角度が実質的に直角である、請求項1または2に記載の取付け用デバイス。
- 前記取付けバーは、前記取付けプレート(31)と前記プレッシャプレート(32)との間の接続の少なくとも1つの補強材(38)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の取付け用デバイス。
- 前記取付けバーの前記取付けプレート(31)と前記プレッシャプレート(32)とは、同じプレートをプレス加工することにより得られる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の取付け用デバイス。
- 前記端部フランジ(20)の前記上部ストリップ(23)は、外周に向かって先細になる面取りの外形を呈している、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の取付け用デバイス。
