Description

The present invention relates to a winding body storage device for storing a wound body in which strip-shaped members are wound, and more particularly to a winding body storage device for vertically storing a wound body in a drumless manner.

A rehabilitation method for forming a spiral pipe (rehabilitation pipe) by spirally winding a long strip-shaped member along the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe when an existing pipe such as a sewer pipe or an agricultural water pipe becomes old is known. Is. Usually, the strip-shaped member is manufactured in a manufacturing factory and stored in a state of being wound on a transportation drum. In that state, it is transported to the rehabilitation construction site and set on the turntable. As a result, the strip-shaped member can be unwound from the transport drum and fed into the existing pipe.

On the other hand, the storage form using the transportation drum tends to be bulky. Moreover, the storage space is limited. Therefore, various so-called drumless storage forms that do not use a drum have been proposed.
For example, according to Patent Document 1 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2009-107723), first, a strip-shaped member is wound on a manufacturing drum and bound by a binding means. Then, the manufacturing drum is disassembled and removed to form a hollow cylindrical and drumless winding body. This drumless winding body is placed vertically so that a cross section orthogonal to its axis is erected, and a ring fastening member is bitten at the bottom.

Patent Document 2 proposes a packaging material for an annular body. The packaging material includes a main covering portion and an inner peripheral covering portion. The main covering portion has a large number of folds and can be deformed so as to cover the outer peripheral surface and both end surfaces of the annular body. The inner peripheral covering portion covers the inner peripheral surface of the annular body by being folded from the main covering portion toward the inner peripheral surface of the annular body.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-106791

The drumless wound body of Patent Document 1 and the like is usually placed on a pedestal such as a pallet and stored in a state of being fixed to the pedestal by a fixing belt such as a lashing belt. On the other hand, if the metal fitting such as the buckle of the fixed belt comes into direct contact with the band-shaped member of the wound weight, the band-shaped member may be damaged.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to stably fix the wound body and damage the band-shaped member when the wound body in which the band-shaped members are wound is bound and stored. Is to prevent.

As shown in FIG. 3, the winding weight storage device 2 further includes a packaging member 4. In addition, in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the illustration of the packaging member 4 is omitted. The packaging member 4 has a bag shape with an open lower end. The material of the packaging member 4 is a resin such as polyethylene. The packaging member 4 covers the winding weight 90X so as to wrap the entire winding weight 90X. Preferably, the lower end portion of the packaging member 4 is fixed to the pallet 21 by a connecting member (not shown) such as a string. As a result, the packaging member 4 is prevented from being rolled up or detached.

The winding body storage structure 1 is constructed as follows.
The winding body 90X is formed by winding the strip-shaped member 90 from the production line around the production drum (not shown). The winding body 90X is bound by the binding means 10. After that, the manufacturing drum is disassembled and removed. As a result, the winding body 90X is put into a drumless state. The drumless winding body 90X is vertically placed on the pallet 21 and tied to the pallet 21 with a fixing belt 22. As a result, the vertically placed drumless winding body 90X can be stored in a state of being stably fixed to the pallet 21. Since a storage drum is not required, a storage space for the storage drum is not required. Furthermore, the materials and costs for the storage drum can be omitted.
The bottom binding cushioning material 12 can prevent the metal fittings such as the buckle of the fixing belt 22 from coming into direct contact with the band-shaped member 90 of the winding body 90X, and can suppress or prevent damage to the band-shaped member 90.
Further, since the gap 9e is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the winding body 90X and the fixed belt 22, even if the fixed belt 22 is tightened, it is possible to prevent the inner peripheral surface of the winding body 90X from being damaged.
Further, the cushioning property of the ring fastening member 23 can prevent damage to the contact portion of the winding weight 90X with the ring fastening member 23.
The ring fastening member 23 can prevent the annular winding body 90X from rolling, and can hold the winding body 90X more stably. Further, by separating the winding weight 90X above the pallet 21, it is possible to prevent the dirt on the pallet 21 from moving to the winding weight 90X and the rainwater or the like from the ground from rebounding and adhering to the winding weight 90X.
Further, the winding body 90X is covered with the packaging member 4. As a result, even when the winding weight 90X is stored outdoors, the winding weight 90X can be prevented from being exposed to rainwater, dust, or the like, and dirt on the winding weight 90X can be further suppressed. Conversely, by making the winding weight 90X able to be stored outdoors while keeping it clean, the indoor storage space can be omitted or reduced, and the storage cost can be reduced.

The band-shaped member 90 constituting the winding body 90X is used as follows.
As shown in FIG. 7 (a), the wound weight 90X is transported to the rehabilitation construction site of the existing pipe 6 (FIG. 7 (c)) such as an aged sewer pipe while being placed on the pallet 21. The packaging member 4 may be removed before transportation or after transportation. A construction reel 40 is prepared at the construction site. As shown in FIG. 8, the construction reel 40 includes a pair of circular frames 41, a plurality of tension bars 43, and a rotation support base 45. The tension bars 43 are bridged between the pair of circular frames 41 and are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the circular frames 41.

As shown in FIG. 7A, at the construction site, the fixed belt 22 is unwound and the winding weight 90X is transferred to the construction reel 40 using a crane (not shown) or the like. By placing the winding body 90X vertically, the crane lifting jig can be easily hung on the winding body 90X, and by extension, the winding body 90X can be easily lifted. The tension bar 43 in the upper half of the construction reel 40 is removed, and the winding weight 90X is accommodated between the pair of circular frames 41 of the construction reel 40 from above. Then, as shown in FIG. 7B, the tension bar 43 in the upper half is attached. Preferably, each tension bar 43 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the winding weight 90X. After that, the binding means 10 is removed.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 7C, the strip-shaped member 90 is continuously fed out from the winding body 90X. The construction reel 40 is rotated along with the feeding.
The drawn strip-shaped member 90 is introduced from the manhole 5 into the existing pipe 6. Then, the strip-shaped member 90 is spirally lined on the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe 6 by the pipe making machine 8. As a result, the rehabilitation tube 7 (spiral tube) is constructed.

Next, other embodiments of the present invention will be described. In the following embodiments, the same reference numerals are given to the drawings for configurations that overlap with the above-described embodiments, and the description thereof will be omitted.
<Second Embodiment>
9 and 10 show a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 9A, the binding cushioning material 12'according to the second embodiment includes the outer peripheral surface cushioning portion 12a and the end surface cushioning portion 12e, and the end surface cushioning portion 12e and the inner peripheral surface cushioning portion 12b. Corner cushioning portions 12c are formed between the two. The buffer portions 12a and 12e and the buffer portions 12e and 12b are connected to each other via the corner buffer portion 12c.

As shown in FIG. 9C, a plurality of creases 12d are formed in each corner buffer portion 12c. Each crease 12d is formed by a notch and extends in the width direction of the binding cushioning material 12'. A plurality of folds 12d are arranged parallel to each other. The distance between the adjacent folds 12d is preferably about 30 mm to 50 mm. As shown in FIGS. 9B and 10, the binding cushioning material 12'is bent at the corner cushioning portion 12c along the corner portion of the winding weight 90X. As a result, the buffer portions 12a and 12e are substantially perpendicular to each other, and the buffer portions 12e and 12b are substantially perpendicular to each other. As shown in FIG. 10, the bending angle α of each crease 12d is a fraction of a right angle. Assuming that the number of folds 12d is n, the bending angle α is about α = 90 ° / n. In short, it is sufficiently smaller than the bending angle of the crease 12d (FIG. 6) in the first embodiment. As a result, it is possible to prevent the packaging member 4 from being caught in the crease 12d and torn.
In FIG. 10, the thicknesses of the binding cushioning material 12'and the fixing belt 22 are exaggerated. The bending angles α of the plurality of folds 12d may be different from each other. The spacing between adjacent folds 12d may be different from each other.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, the strip-shaped member 90 may be a strip-shaped member that is wound and stored, and is not limited to the rehabilitation of existing pipes. The strip-shaped member 90 may be provided with a heat collection tube used in the sewage heat utilization system. The strip-shaped member 90 may be a pulp sheet.
The binding cushioning materials 12 and 12'other than the bottom of the winding body 90X may be as wide as the bottom binding cushioning material 12B. By making the binding cushioning materials 12 and 12'on the upper side of the winding body 90X wide, when the winding body 90X is lifted by the crane, the band-shaped member 90 of the winding body 90X is damaged by the contact with the lifting jig. It may be suppressed.
The packaging member 4 may be in the shape of a drawstring bag so that the lower end opening can be narrowed.

The present invention can be applied to a technique for storing strip-shaped members for rehabilitation of existing pipes such as sewer pipes and agricultural water pipes.
