Claims (6)
- モニタリングされた心電図(ECG)サンプルに専門家による緊急調査を行うためにフラグを付ける方法であって、
複数の電極を具備する付着デバイスを用いて患者の心電図信号をモニタリングするステップと、
前記付着デバイスを用いて、生体インピーダンス信号、呼吸信号、身体姿勢信号、及び活動レベルのうちの1つ又は複数を含む、前記心電図信号以外の1つ又は複数の生理学的信号をモニタリングするステップと、
前記モニタリングされた心電図信号に基づいて、前記患者の調律異常を検出するステップと、
前記検出された調律異常に関連する心電図サンプルを収集するステップと、
前記モニタリングされた1つ又は複数の生理学的信号から、前記収集された心電図サンプルに関連する1つ又は複数の第1の特徴を導出するステップと、
生理学的信号を表していない心電図サンプルを除外するステップと、
生理学的信号を表していると判定された前記収集された心電図サンプルをリモートモニタリングセンターに伝達するステップと、
前記リモートモニタリングセンターにおいて、前記心電図サンプルに関連する1つ又は複数の第2の特徴を導出するステップと、
前記1つ又は複数の第2の特徴に基づいて、緊急調査のために心電図サンプルにフラグを付けるステップと、
フラグが付けられた心電図サンプルを順序外で調査するために、前記フラグが付けられた心電図サンプルを専門家に伝達するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記心電図サンプルに関連する前記第2の特徴のグループが、異常拍動の正常拍動に対する比、雑音拍動の非雑音拍動に対する比、心電図サンプル統計値、並びに拍動/心拍数及び変動性統計値のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 異常拍動の正常拍動に対する前記比が、前記心電図サンプルに緊急調査のためにフラグを付けることを可能にするために第1の閾値以上であり、雑音拍動の非雑音拍動に対する前記比が、前記心電図サンプルに緊急調査のためにフラグを付けることを可能にするために第2の閾値以下であり、前記心電図サンプルに関してモニタリングされた拍動/心拍数及び変動性統計値が、前記心電図サンプルに緊急調査のためにフラグを付けることを可能にするために生理学的妥当レベルの範囲内である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の閾値が、0.05(5%)以上であり、心室頻拍/心室細動拍動の正常拍動に対する前記比が、前記心電図サンプルに緊急調査のためにフラグを付けることを可能にするために前記第1の閾値より大きく、前記第2の閾値が、0.03(3%)以上であり、雑音拍動の非雑音拍動に対する前記比が、前記心電図サンプルに緊急調査のためにフラグを付けることを可能にするために前記第2の閾値より小さく、生理学的に妥当な拍動/心拍数レベルの前記範囲が、20拍/分(BPM)〜300BPMとして規定される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- モニタリングされた心電図(ECG)サンプルに専門家による緊急調査を行うためにフラグを付けるシステムであって、前記システムは、付着デバイスとリモートモニタリングセンターとを備え、
前記付着デバイスは、
複数の電極と、
前記付着デバイスが固定される患者の心電図(ECG)信号をモニタリングするために前記複数の電極に結合された検知回路と、
生体インピーダンス信号、呼吸信号、身体姿勢信号、及び活動レベルのうちの1つ又は複数を含む、前記心電図信号以外の1つ又は複数の生理学的信号をモニタリングするように構成された、加速度計及び生体インピーダンス回路のうちの少なくとも一方と、
前記モニタリングされた心電図信号を受信するように構成されたローカル処理モジュールであり、前記ローカル処理モジュールが、前記モニタリングされた心電図信号に基づいて、前記患者の調律異常を検出し、検出された調律異常に関連する心電図サンプルを収集し、前記ローカル処理モジュールが、検出された調律異常に応じて、前記1つ又は複数の生理学的信号から1つ又は複数の第1の特徴を導出し、前記1つ又は複数の第1の特徴に基づいて、前記心電図サンプルが生理学的信号を表しているか否かを判定し、非生理学的信号であると判定された場合に前記心電図サンプルが除外される、ローカル処理モジュールと、
生理学的信号を表していると判定された心電図サンプルを伝達するように構成された無線通信回路と
を含み、
前記リモートモニタリングセンターは、前記付着デバイスから伝達された心電図サンプルを受信するように構成され、前記リモートモニタリングセンターは、前記心電図サンプルから1つ又は複数の第2の特徴を導出し、前記導出された第2の特徴に基づいて、前記心電図サンプルが、緊急調査のためにフラグを付けられるべきか否かを判定し、前記心電図サンプルに関連する前記第2の特徴のグループが、異常拍動の正常拍動に対する比、雑音拍動の非雑音拍動に対する比、心電図サンプル統計値、並びに拍動/心拍数及び変動性統計値のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、フラグが付けられた心電図サンプルが、優先キューに伝達される一方、フラグが付けられていない心電図サンプルが、人的調査のために通常キューに提供される、システム。 - 前記ローカル処理モジュールが、調律異常を検出し、対応する心電図サンプルを前記付着デバイス上でローカルに収集し、前記収集された心電図サンプルが、前記リモートモニタリングセンターに伝達され、心電図サンプルに緊急調査のためにフラグを付けることが、前記リモートモニタリングセンターでリモートに実行される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
