Description
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも2つの導電性を有する作用面であって、互いに電気的に絶縁されるように配置された作用面、を有する電極ヘッドを備えた外科用蒸散電極と、
前記作用面が互いに別々に作動及び停止することを許容するように前記外科用蒸散電極に接続されて構成されている高周波発生器と、
前記作用面を作動及び停止させるための電子制御と、
前記外科用蒸散電極の移動を制御可能なトランスポータに対する前記電極ヘッドの相対移動を検知する移動検知手段と、
を備え、
前記電子制御が、前記トランスポータに関連した前記電極ヘッドの移動に依存して少なくとも一つの前記作用面を作動及び/又は停止させるように構成されている、
外科用器具。 - 請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、
前記作用面のそれぞれは、少なくとも1つの、平面視において実質的に環形形状の、環形の扇形状の、楕円の環形形状の、又は、楕円の環形の扇形状の表面部分を有しており、
前記表面部分は、平面視において互いに同心円状又は略同心円状に配置されている、
外科用器具。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の外科用器具において、
前記作用面は、絶縁ベース部材に積層される、
外科用器具。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具において、
前記電極ヘッドは、導電部材と非導電部材とにより構成されている、
外科用器具。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具において、
前記電子制御は、
前記電極ヘッドの前記移動方向に関して先頭に位置する少なくとも一つの作用面を作動させ、
前記電極ヘッドの前記移動方向に関して後尾に位置する少なくとも一つの作用面を停止させるように構成されている、
外科用器具。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか一項に記載の外科用器具であって、
前記外科用器具は、プラズマ点火の際に、予め定められた作用面が1又は複数の残りの作用面の作動に先立って作動されるように構成されている、
外科用器具。
