Description
室温での形状維持及び、成形性の観点から、ポリエステル、ポリエステルテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン、アクリル樹脂等が好適に用いられる。
紫外線吸収剤としては、ベンゾフェノン類、ベンゾトリアゾール類、トリアジン類、ベンゾエート類、サリシレート類、シアノアクリレート類、蓚酸アニリド類、マロン酸エステル類、ホルムアミジン類、アクリロニトリル類等が挙げられる。これらは1種単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。これらの中でも、ベンゾトリアゾール類、又は波長380〜450nmにおけるモル吸光係数の最大値εmaxが1200dm3・mol-1cm-1以下である紫外線吸収剤が好ましい。
これら紫外線吸収剤は1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
なお、紫外線吸収剤は側板だけに含有されていてもよいし、巻芯及び側板に含有されていてもよい。
硬化性成分として、脂環式エポキシ樹脂であるCEL2021P(株式会社ダイセル製、商品名):25質量部及びビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂であるYL980(三菱化学株式会社製、商品名):25質量部と、光カチオン重合開始剤であるイルガキュア250(BASF社製、商品名(「イルガキュア」は、登録商標)):3質量部とを用いた。バインダとして、フェノキシ樹脂YP−70(新日鉄住金化学株式会社製、商品名):50質量部を用いた。また、ポリスチレンを核とする粒子の表面に厚さ0.2μmのニッケル層を設け、このニッケル層の外側に厚さ0.02μmの金属層を設けることにより、平均粒径3μm、比重2.5の導電粒子を作製し、40質量部を用いた。各成分を配合し、厚さ40μmのPETフィルムに塗工装置を用いて塗布し、70℃、5分の熱風乾燥によって厚さが20μmの異方導電フィルムAを得た。
硬化性成分として、ラジカル重合性化合物であるUA5500(根上工業株式会社製、商品名):25質量部及びM313(新中村化学工業株式会社製、商品名):25質量部と、光ラジカル重合開始剤であるイルガキュアOXE02(BASF社製、商品名):3質量部とを用いた。バインダとして、フェノキシ樹脂YP−70(新日鉄住金化学株式会社製、商品名):50質量部を用いた。また、ポリスチレンを核とする粒子の表面に厚さ0.2μmのニッケル層を設け、このニッケル層の外側に厚さ0.02μmの金属層を設けることにより、平均粒径3μm、比重2.5の導電粒子を作製し、40質量部を用いた。各成分を配合し、厚さ40μmのPETフィルムに塗工装置を用いて塗布し、70℃、5分の熱風乾燥によって厚さが20μmの異方導電フィルムBを得た。
表1に示す紫外線吸収剤を、リールを構成する樹脂100質量部に対して3質量部配合した条件で異方導電フィルム用リール及び異方導電フィルム巻を作製した後、異方導電フィルム巻を蛍光灯下にて24時間横置きした場合における、異方導電フィルムの保存安定性を評価した。保存安定性は、異方導電フィルムの赤外吸収スペクトルを測定し、エポキシの転化率を測定することにより評価した。なお、異方導電フィルムとしては、上記で作製した異方導電フィルムA及び異方導電フィルムBを用いた。評価結果を表1に示す。

Claims (2)
- 巻芯、及び前記巻芯の両側に互いに対向するように設けられた、プラスチック樹脂組成物を成形した一対の側板を備える異方導電フィルム用リールと、
前記巻芯に巻きつけられた異方導電フィルムと、
を備える異方導電フィルム巻であって、
前記一対の側板は、前記一対の側板の材質として用いられる前記プラスチック樹脂組成物に配合された、紫外線吸収剤を含有し、
前記異方導電フィルムは、テープ状の基材及びその一方面上に設けられた接着剤層を有し、少なくとも紫外線照射によって活性化する潜在性硬化剤及びモノマを含有する、異方導電フィルム巻。 - 前記紫外線吸収剤は、トリアジン骨格、ベンゾトリアゾール骨格、或いはベンゾフェノン骨格を有する化合物である、請求項1に記載の異方導電フィルム巻。
