- タンク(1)と、
前記タンク(1)の上方に昇降可能に配置される成形ステージ(2)と、
前記タンク(1)の下方に配置される光源モジュール(3)と、
回転攪拌構造(4)と、を含み、
前記回転攪拌構造(4)は、
前記タンク(1)の内部に配置される磁気攪拌部材(41)と、
前記タンク(1)の下方に配置され、前記磁気攪拌部材(41)と互いに磁気吸引する磁気ターンテーブル(42)と、
前記磁気ターンテーブル(42)を回転及び移動させて、前記磁気攪拌部材(41)を前記タンク(1)に対して回転及び移動駆動させるドライバ(43)と、を含み、
前記磁気攪拌部材(41)は、攪拌ブロック(411)を含み、
前記攪拌ブロック(411)は、底面(4112)を有し、当該底面(4112)から傾斜突片(4116)が延びており、
前記底面(4112)に対角線(L)が定義され、前記傾斜突片(4116)が前記対角線(L)に沿って設けられ、
前記傾斜突片(4116)の両末端部は、2つの円弧状湾曲部(4118)を有することを特徴とする攪拌機構を有する3次元印刷装置。 - 前記磁気攪拌部材(41)は、2つの磁気素子(412)を含み、
前記攪拌ブロック(411)は、頂面(4111)を有し、
前記頂面(4111)の両端部には、下向きに開口した2つの嵌合溝(4113)が設けられ、
各前記磁気素子(412)は、各前記嵌合溝(4113)に嵌着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌機構を有する3次元印刷装置。 - 前記頂面(4111)の中間部には、上方に延びるグリップ(4114)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の攪拌機構を有する3次元印刷装置。
- 前記頂面(4111)の前記グリップ(4114)と前記2つの嵌合溝(4113)との間には、下向きに開口した2つの肉抜き凹槽(4115)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の攪拌機構を有する3次元印刷装置。
- 前記磁気攪拌部材(41)は、複数の脚部(413)をさらに含み、
前記底面(4112)から複数の中空柱(4117)が延びており、
各前記脚部(413)は、各前記中空柱(4117)に挿接され、その末端位置が前記傾斜突片(4116)の上面よりも高く、その材料硬度が前記タンク(1)の材料硬度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌機構を有する3次元印刷装置。 - 前記ドライバ(43)は、移動機構(431)と、回転機構(432)と、を含み、
前記磁気ターンテーブル(42)は、前記回転機構(432)に組み付けられ、前記回転機構(432)に追従して回転し、
前記回転機構(432)は、前記移動機構(431)に組み付けられ、前記移動機構(431)に追従して移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌機構を有する3次元印刷装置。 - タンク(1)と、
前記タンク(1)の上方に昇降可能に配置される成形ステージ(2)と、
前記タンク(1)の下方に配置される光源モジュール(3)と、
回転攪拌構造(4’)と、を含み、
前記回転攪拌構造(4’)は、
攪拌部材(41’)と、
前記攪拌部材(41’)に接続され、前記攪拌部材(41’)を前記タンク(1)の内部に置くように駆動させて、前記攪拌部材(41’)を前記タンク(1)に対して回転及び移動駆動させるドライバ(43’)と、を含み、
前記攪拌部材(41’)は、攪拌ブロック(411’)を含み、
前記攪拌ブロック(411’)は、底面(4112’)を有し、当該底面(4112’)から傾斜突片(4116’)が延びており、
前記底面(4112’)に対角線(L)が定義され、前記傾斜突片(4116’)が前記対角線(L)に沿って設けられ、
前記傾斜突片(4116’)の両末端部は、2つの円弧状湾曲部(4118’)を有することを特徴とする攪拌機構を有する3次元印刷装置。 - 前記攪拌部材(41’)は、複数の脚部(413’)をさらに含み、
前記底面(4112’)から複数の中空柱(4117’)が延びており、
各前記脚部(413’)は、各前記中空柱(4117’)に挿接され、その末端位置が前記傾斜突片(4116’)の上面よりも高く、その材料硬度が前記タンク(1)の材料硬度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の攪拌機構を有する3次元印刷装置。 - 前記ドライバ(43’)は、移動機構(431’)と、回転機構(432’)と、を含み、
