Description
a)シロチョウガイ、クロチョウガイ、シャコガイ、オオシャコガイ、および他のアコヤガイの種で構成されている群から選ばれた軟体動物のそれらの真珠アラゴナイト層の事前に露出を受けた貝殻片を選択するステップと、

選ばれた軟体動物(本実施例ではシロチョウガイ)由来の貝殻片は、カリパスの助けを借りて測定された、所望の骨接合デバイスを製造するのに十分な厚さを有する。
直線骨接合術プレートは、実施例1に記載された方法によって得られる。図1a、図1b、および図1cは、それぞれ、直線骨接合術プレート1の外面図、側面図、および内面図を示す。
骨端−骨幹の骨接合術プレートは、実施例1に記載された方法によって得られる。図2a、図2b、および図2cは、それぞれ、骨端−骨幹骨接合術プレート6の外面図、側面図、内面図を示す。
踝部骨折のための骨接合術プレートは、実施例1に記載された方法によって得られる。図4a、図4b、および図4cは、それぞれ、踝部骨折用の骨接合術プレート21の、外面図、内面の等角図、側面図を示す。
粉砕した骨幹の骨折の骨接合術のためのスプリントは、実施例1に記載された方法によって得られる。スプリントは、図5a、図5b、および図5cに示されている。スプリントは、2つの半スリーブ26、27である2つの部分で構成されており、2つの半スリーブ26、27は、骨接合デバイスの可能な挿入領域のモデリングに基づいて機械加工されている。半スリーブ26の外面が図5aに示されており、および半スリーブ27の内面が図5bに示されている。2つの半スリーブから組み立てられた全部のスプリントは、図5cに示されている。

実施例1の方法を使用して4つ開放穴を有する6つのT形状骨端−骨幹のプレートを用意し、その骨端のバールは15mm×8mm×3mmであり、骨幹のバールは12mm×9mm×3mmであり、実施例7による固定ネジは長さ33mmおよび直径3mmであり、これらは二重包装内で25KGyの電離放射線によって殺菌されている。これらのプレートは、成文化された外科手術プロトコルによる6匹のヒツジの脛骨の骨幹端−骨端の領域の外面に固定される。
Claims (5)
- 無機部分および有機部分を含む天然ハイブリッド材料から半合成ハイブリッド材料を製造する方法において、
前記天然ハイブリッド生体材料は、シロチョウガイ、クロチョウガイ、シャコガイ、オオシャコガイ、および他のアコヤガイの種からなる群から選ばれる二枚貝軟体動物の真珠アラゴナイト層であり、
前記天然ハイブリッド生体材料のpHを7から7.4の間のレベルに変更するステップと、
前記有機部分に架橋を形成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とし、
前記架橋を形成するステップは、UVAへの露光を伴うリボフラビンの助けを借りて行われる、
方法。 - 半合成ハイブリッド材料製の骨接合デバイスまたはインプラントを製造する方法であって、前記半合成ハイブリッド材料は、シロチョウガイ、クロチョウガイ、シャコガイ、オオシャコガイ、および他のアコヤガイの種からなる群から選ばれる二枚貝軟体動物の真珠アラゴナイト層である半合成ハイブリッド材料であって、無機部分および架橋有機部分を含み、7から7.4のpHを有するものであり、
a)シロチョウガイ、クロチョウガイ、シャコガイ、オオシャコガイ、および他のアコヤガイの種からなる群から選ばれる前記軟体動物の前記真珠アラゴナイト層の事前に露出を受けた貝殻片を選択するステップと、
b)デジタルモデリング後に適切であれば、プリフォームを切り離し、骨接合材料を製造するステップと、
c)前記pHを7から7.4の間のレベルに変更し、架橋を形成するステップと、
d)表面状態を変更するステップと
を含み、前記架橋を形成するステップは、UVAへの露光を伴うリボフラビンの助けを借りて行われる、方法。 - 前記pHを変更する前記ステップは、沸騰点までもたらされた微生物学的に管理された水道水の浴槽内で浸漬によって行われる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記表面状態を変更する前記ステップd)は、
サンドブラストの動作、超音波による洗浄、極低温、および前記天然ハイブリッド生体材料の機械的に構造化されたナノ粒子の適用を含む、
請求項2または3に記載の方法。 - さらに、ステップe)を含み、
ステップd)の後に得られた前記デバイスは、薬学的に活性な物質を含む生体液体および/または組成によって含侵させられる、
